Princes vs. Princesses

"If it is really fate, does it mean we will be together forever?" "There are people who don't believe in fate but I believed in it just for you." "But I didn't ask you to believe in it." "You didn't but my heart did."

He held her closer while watching her sign some documents placed on the glass table. The family of the Fourth Prince already brought the legal documents that will serve as evidence for their official engagement. She looked at him and gave him a sweet and soft smile. She couldn't believe that she will get married to him soon. He took the pen from her as it was already his turn to sign the documents. She rested her head on his shoulder and he wrapped his arm around her waist.

"It says that we will start living together after our wedding. Does it mean I will be a part-time housewife for you?" She asked softly and he nodded. He placed down the pen and looked at her.

"You know we can always divide the household chores. Let's have schedules for it." He said and this made her smile. They decided to not have a maid as it will also become a part of their daily lives.

"I want to taste the food you will cook." She said excitedly and he let out a chuckle. He lightly pinched her cheeks and she wrapped her arms around his torso.

"I'm not a good cook but I'm sure everything I will cook is edible." He added and his mother's personal assistant took the documents for keepsake.

They were spending the whole day in his room until he received a call from his father that he is needed in the company for a while. She picked up her handbag and he drove her to the nearest mall since she told him that she will buy some materials for their project. He kissed her forehead and told her to give him a call once she arrived home. She pouted when he finally left. She dressed nicely for today but she felt like it had gone to waste. She was walking at the side while looking around since the stores there are full of the latest fashion trends when she suddenly bumped into someone. She blinked when she saw that it was the Second Prince.

"Oh? You're alone?" He asked and she nodded. Then, two more figures followed and it was the Ninth Prince and the Student Council President.

"Fuyu-chan, you're on a date?" The younger one blushed at her question and she slowly nodded. She saw that they were holding hands and somehow, she felt bad for the Third Prince.

"It is his turn to date me." The Ninth Princess said while biting her lips gently. She remembered about the engagement, so it is given that the three candidates will have their turns to date her.

"Would you like to go with us? We will watch a movie after buying some materials for our project." The Second Prince said and she immediately nodded her head.

The Student Council President belongs to the third section but they have the same subject teacher for the project. The Fifth Princess quickly accepted his invitation since she doesn't want to spend her day grumbling about the Fourth Prince being busy with his work. The Ninth Princess is not yet telling anything about what happened to the dinner she had with the three candidates' families but it seemed like she was able to build a good relationship, perhaps, friendship with the Student Council President. She asked the Second Prince why he was the third wheel of the day and he said that he just saw them in a stationery store earlier.

"You look like you just woke up. You have a bed head." She said when she noticed how messy his hair was. He tried to brush it with his fingers but it was still a little painful because his wounds were still scabbing.

"Don't mind it. I just removed the bandages earlier. My wounds are still painful." He said as they finally arrived at the school materials shop. They took small plastic baskets for their materials and started looking for what they needed for the project.

"Why bother to go out when you can ask your maids to buy materials for you?" She said in a low voice, not knowing that he was just behind her.

"Because I also need to go out and have fresh air. Are you concerned about me?" He grinned widely and she rolled her eyes, almost smacking his arm because he surprised her.

"It is natural to be concerned over a friend when he or she has an accident. Don't give any other meaning to it. Who likes to be chased by the yakuza, anyways?" She mumbled the last words and he crossed his arms while staring at her.

She caught him staring at her, so she turned away and focused on getting the materials. He put the basket down and dragged her to the corner where the shop's stock room was located. She raised a brow and she noticed that he was getting too close. His face was so serious and this made her nervous. She looked around and he suddenly pinned her on the wall.

"What are you doing? You're too close. I don't like it when someone else aside from Icchan is too close to me." She said and she gasped when he pressed his body against hers.

"If I'm your fiancé and I did this to you, would you feel threatened?" He whispered and she lifted her chin to look at him. She shook her head slowly, imagining what she would feel if it was the Fourth Prince.

He leaned away from her and she felt relieved. She kicked his leg and immediately pushed him away. She froze on her spot when she found the Fourth Prince standing from a distance. She ran towards him and hugged him tight. The younger one wrapped his arms around her while keeping his gaze on the Second Prince.

"How did you find us here?" She asked, trying to distract him and he shifted his gaze on her. He cupped her cheeks and caressed it before leaving a kiss on her lips.

"I called Fuyu and asked if she saw you. Dad just asked me to sign some documents and then, he let me leave." He explained and she smiled softly. She could feel that he was jealous, so she placed a quick peck on his lips before urging him to help her get the materials.
