bow of fate

the user gets a bow of fate which is bound to him it cannot break and he can summon it anytime from anywhere.

the user can create arrows of fate in his hand, which when pierced give the enemy the fate the user wants, it can be unconsciousness or even death. (its like death note but a little more versatile)

the fate itself cant be longer then 30 seconds, if the user wants the enemy to become an ally or have feelings towards someone it will end in 30 seconds

however the arrows cant do damage themselfs, when the arrow pierces the enemy it will disappear in the body of the enemy.

the power and speed of the bow are like a regular one, so it depends on the skill of the user
