Chapter 4: Training

"Okay, Snivy, now we are go-…. "Aiden was not able to finish his sentence because Karen interrupted him.

*I am sorry for interrupting you, but I have a suggestion for your Snivy 's training*

"What is it? "he asked curiously.

*Leaf Storm is a very good move but success of learning this move now is only ten percent. *

"B-But why? "Aiden was dumbfounded with this information and tried to figure out, why chance of success was so low.

*Your Snivy do not know how to manipulate with grass energy. First step of learning will be practice with Leaf Blade. It will help her with manipulation of energy inside her own body and accumulating it in her tail. When she complete training her Leaf Blade, she will try to manipulate with energy outside of her body. Leaf Tornado can help her with it. She will release grass type energy from her tail and create tornado with it. It is not going to be easy but It will be base for learning Leaf Storm. *

"Hmm... I guess, you are right. I think, I was too excited and forgot about difficulty of Leaf Storm. Thank you for your help, Karen. "he smiled at his watches.

Aiden then turned his look towards Snivy.

"Snivy, did you hear what Karen had just said? "

'Vi, Snivy. 'she nodded in agreement.

"Good, let 's start our training. We are going to train until noon. We will have a lunch and then continue training till the dinner. Are you ready, girl? "

'Snivy. 'she answered with a determination in her voice.

"Okay, let 's start then. "they went towards a large rock, which was lying in the middle of clearing. They arrived in front of it and started their training.

"Snivy, try to move grass type energy to your tail and accumulate it there, then try to destroy this rock in front of you with your tail. Is it clear? "

'Vi, snivy, sni. 'she nodded and move in front of her trainer. She closed her eyes and started to train. A few moments later her tail started to glow with a green colour. Suddenly, she opened her eyes and jumped towards the stone. But when she was ready to hit it, her tail stopped to glow and she hit the stone without an energy in her tail.

"Do not worry, girl. You just need to train harder and then you will succeed. "he tried to cheer her up.

'Snivy, sni, 'she answered with a determination in her voice.

4 days later...

".... Snivy, dodge Patrat 's bite and sent him flying with Leaf Blade. "Aiden commanded to his Snivy.

Snivy dodged Patrat 's attack and her tail started to glow with green colour and she hit Patrat with it. He flew away and landed under a nearby tree and his comrades carried him away.

"Now use it on that. "he pointed at the same rock which was lying there since the beginning of their training. Snivy jumped towards the rock and smashed it with her new move to small pieces.

"You did it, Snivy. You have finally mastered your Leaf Blade and now we can begin to train Leaf Tornado. "he came in front of her and petted her head.

"Okay girl, now try to release your grass energy while you are spinning. "

'Sni- vy. 'she jumped in the air and tried to do what Aiden said to her, but only a small blow of green wind appeared.

"I guess, it will be harder than I thought. But I am convinced that you can do it. "he smiled gently towards his partner.

6 day later.....

They had to stay longer than they were expected because mastering Leaf Tornado was really hard. Snivy had finally been able to use Leaf Tornado after five days of hard training, but her aim was terrible. So, the last day of training, she was practising with rocks and then in battles with another Pokémon, where she had to hit moving target. And after all this work, she was finally able to use Leaf Tornado perfectly.

"You did great, girl. I am very proud of you. "Aiden was smiling at his partner.

'Sni-vy, sni. 'she was very happy that her trainer praised her hard work.

"Okay girl, now we will head towards a resort with sand spa and rest a little after all that hard work. How do you feel about that? "

'Vi, snivy. 'Snivy agreed with Aiden 's plan.

"Good, Karen, can you say how long it will take to arrive there? "

*Wait a second... your way to resort will take three hours*

"Got it, Snivy, return. "he took out his pokéball and with a beam of red light Snivy disappeared in it. Aiden then put it back on his belt and moved towards his new destination.

3 hours late...

Aiden was standing in front of a huge complex. There was a main building in the middle of complex. Other four were connected to the main one and each one of them had their own function. He saw a few people who was enjoying sand spa or just sunbathing outside. Aiden went inside the main building and moved towards the worker.

"Good day, sir. How can I help you? "he asked Aiden with a smile on his face.

"Hello, I need to rent a room for two days. "

"As you wish. "worker bowed to Aiden and started to search for something under his desk. Then he pulled out of there a key with a number seventeen on it and gave it to Aiden.

"It is two hundred of pokédollars. "

"Okay, thank you. "Aiden tapped something on his watches and money were transferred from his bank account.

*Ding* sound came from worker 's computer. He checked if everything is alright and the looked again at Aiden.

"Enjoy your time, sir. "

"I will. "Aiden moved towards the elevator.

When he arrived in the room, he took out his pokéball and threw it in the air. With a flash of bright light Snivy appeared in front of him. She immediately started to check her surroundings with a curiosity. When she was done, she turned her head and looked at Aiden.

"Hi, girl, we are finally here. For the rest of the day we are not going to do anything, but tomorrow we will head to a nearby mountain range and try to catch a new member of our team. Are you okay with that plan? "

'Sni-vy. 'she nodded.

"God, now you can go outside and sunbath. I know you like it a lot, but do not forget about time and come back before the sunset, okay? "

'Vi, sni, snivy . 'cheerful smile appeared on her face and she rushed outside of the room.
