Chapter 5: New quest

Next day.....

Aiden was walking through the morning forest and tried to find any good Pokémon, but everything that he had found were Patrats, Pidoves and some Sewaddles. These were not Pokémon, that can help him with his hunt on legendary Pokémon. As he was thinking about his future plans, he arrived in front of a rock area. He heard noises from there so he decided to investigate this area and find someone, who were making them. When he arrived there, he saw three Dwebbles, which were attacking Sandile. He was quite powerful because he was able to defend himself even when he was injured.

[Hmm.... Sandile, he will be a good add to my team, but not very useful in my first gym battle because of his disadvantage against grass and water type. Huh... I guess, I just need to find one more Pokémon to my team before gym battle.] he sighed and threw his pokéball in the air.

"Let 's go Snivy. "green snake formed from a white light.

"Snivy, use Leaf Tornado to blow those Dwebbles away from Sandile.

Snivy used her vines to lift two Pokémon in the air and jumped too. Her tail started to glow with a green colour and she hit Dwebbles with it, sending them flying towards the ground. Their landing lifted a cloud of dust, when Aiden 's vision cleared again, he saw both of them unconscious.

"Phew... it was quite a battle. "he sighed in relief and went towards injured Sandile, which was looking at him.

He pulled out a healing potion from his backpack and kneeled in front of him.

'Thank you for your help. You are a brave one, aren 't you? I am very impressed, that you could defended yourself in the battle with three opponents at the same time. "he smiled at him and tried to pet his head but Sandile jumped back and stood in battle stance.

"Huh... I guess it is a little bit early for these things, but let me heal your wounds. "

Sandile was hesitating for a moment but then slowly nodded. When Aiden saw that, he slowly came closer to Sandile and started to care his wounds with healing potion. When he was done, he stood up and looked at healed Pokémon.

You will battle with strong opponents, beat them and become stronger from battle to battle. And when you become strong enough, we will start our hunt on legendary Pokémon with your other teammates. When he entered the building, he saw a big machine standing in the room. He approached it and tried to figured out how it is working. It had two modes: Battle and Training. In battle mode you choose someone from a list of registered trainers and battle with him. In training mode, you train your Pokémon in the gym.

Aiden created his personal account and chose training mode. On the screen appeared a number of an empty room. There was a swimming pool for water type Pokémon training, weights for different exercises and treadmill.

Aiden pulled out his two pokéballs and threw them in the air. Two Pokémon came from them.

"Guys, we will train three hours today and tomorrow we are going to battle with some trainers. Are you ready? "

"Good, now back to your training. Snivy, I want you to learn move Protect. It is the same move, which Dwebbles used to protect themselves in your last battle.
