"Gomenasai. I think it will be the best for me and Shu if we will book a hotel instead. Thank you for the ride. We will call a cab from here now." Miyuki bowed her head and carried Shu in her arms once again.

She is feeling weirder and weirder as the time passes by. She doesn't know who all these people are but they keep on calling her with another name. Her name is Miyuki and not Fuyu. She went to Tokyo with Shu to have a winter vacation and not to cause a ruckus in some other people's lives. When she reached the lobby area, she put Shu down first.

"Ittai." She winced in pain when she felt her head hurting. She quickly looked for her medicines inside her sling bag but her hands were trembling, so she dropped the bottle on the floor.

"Mommy, are you okay?" Shu asked but she forced a smile and nodded. She was suddenly sweating heavily and her ears started ringing.

She fell down the floor while covering her ears. She can hear someone screaming and sea waves. Shu kept on calling for her but she couldn't hear him. She was getting pale and the little one started to cry. They rushed to her and Sho carried her in his arms to bring her back to the office.

"Who are you?" She mumbled before she completely lost her consciousness. Riku carried Shu and Gia picked up the pills and put it back inside the bottle.

"I'll call for the doctor." Gia got her phone and dialed Sho's doctor's number. After that, they brought her and Shu back.

He carefully placed her down the couch and Shu immediately snuggled to his mother while still crying. The first day of their winter vacation is already a disaster and this made Shu feel that they should go back to France now. The doctor came after a short while. He checked Miyuki's condition and even the medicine she tried to take earlier. It is a sedative but a low dosage. How did she get those when she needed a prescription for it?

"Mommy is sick. She is having headaches and will take medicines when she needs to. Uncle said I should call him when something happens to Mommy." Shu said between his cries but most of all, he can already speak properly at the age of three.

Shu got his phone from his small backpack. His phone is for emergency purposes only. Sho held the little one's hand gently and shook his head. He doesn't want them to go back to France yet. He will not let them go back there. He doesn't know for how long they will stay in Japan, so he needs to do something already.

"Who are you? Why are you keeping me and Mommy here? Are you my Daddy? Mommy said that Daddy is working here in Japan, that's why he is always busy and has no time to see me." He doesn't really know how he will answer Shu's questions but the feeling of being called Daddy is something new for him. It makes him happy.

He noticed the gold ring on Miyuki's finger. He held her hand gently and took it off. He saw that there's no engravings inside it. As far as he knows, most of the wedding rings have engravings inside it— either the couple's initials or wedding date. Does this mean she is not really married?

Miyuki grunted softly as she slowly got her consciousness back. Her head is still hurting but the ringing of her ears stopped already. She felt her son snuggling to her and she smiled faintly. When she opened her eyes, she saw them waiting for her. There's even a doctor among them.

"I'll talk to her for a while." Sho's doctor said and they quietly went out of the office. Miyuki urged Shu to follow them out and the little one obediently followed his mother's request.

"Ne, Shu-kun. Do you know your Daddy's name?" Gia suddenly asked but he shook his head. She carried him to the couch.

"Is your Mommy really married?" She asked once more and he shook his head again. Sho looked at the gold ring on his palm again.

"Mommy said that they will get married when I turn five. Mommy is wearing a ring to shoo bad men away." The three looked at each other.

Sho got his phone and sent Fuyu's parents a text message. They need to know that Fuyu is alive. He also needs to have a sample of Shu's hair for the DNA test. His instincts tell him that Shu is really his child but he knows that Fuyu or also known as Miyuki will not believe it unless there is evidence.

"Do you want warm milk?" He smiled at Shu and the little one nodded his head many times. He immediately got up from his seat and prepared a glass of warm milk.

He watched the little one drink it carefully. At least, the glass got his saliva already. A few minutes later and they heard a scream inside his office. He rushed inside and saw that the doctor was trying to calm her down. Miyuki is having hallucinations of her past. She is hearing the screams and sea waves again and she can't stop struggling from the doctor's grip, giving him a hard time to calm her down by asking her to take her medicines.

"Don't touch me! Please!" She kept on saying those words while crying hard. Instead of the doctor, she is seeing the face of the man who assaulted her that night.

"Please.. No.. No.. Don't touch me.. Sho is waiting for me.." She cried harder while pushing the doctor away.

Gia started crying and all of them knew that they didn't have the chance to save her from the man that night. It's been their nightmare since then. The man stabbed her a few times while violating her. Before that incident happened, Gia revealed to her that Sho will propose soon. She went to the sea side to think about it more— if they are doing things fast or it is fine since it will be only an engagement. And then, while walking at the seaside, she saw a man lying down on the sand. She approached him and saw that he was only asleep but then, the man woke up and dragged her near the cliff. The man took drugs before it happened.

When she woke up, she was already at the hospital but she didn't understand anything because they are speaking in French. The doctor explained to her that she is pregnant for two months already and the stabs on her body didn't affect her baby. They noticed that there is something wrong with her. She can't remember anything. They called for a psychiatrist to help her but it was no use. She can't really remember anything until she got nightmares. She started hearing screams and sea waves even though she is living in a city.

Regret and conscience are eating them alive. Gia knows that she should have not revealed to her that Sho will propose soon because it was supposedly a surprise but Sho is the one who bears it all. He should have let her join the employees in team building. He should have postponed that summer getaway instead. He lost her because of his actions.

He slowly pulled Miyuki close to him and hugged her gently to calm her down. She is still struggling but his hug is calming her down. She gripped on him tightly, feeling everything around her is familiar. He started leaving kisses on her temples and crown just like he used to do. Miyuki can only remember the name but not the face. Sho never introduced himself to her the moment she got inside his office today.

"Sho.. I need Sho.. Where is he.." She whispered between her sobs. He tightened his hug around her and took the snowflakes-designed ring from his pocket instead to wear it on her finger.

"I'm here. I'm here, Fuyu. I'm your Sho." She slowly shook her head as she couldn't absorb what was happening.
