Where is She?

AT WITCHDOM PALACE, KRYMMENA MYSTIKA.

SHAWNA'S POV:

I reached WitchDom sometime ago, and as soon as I reached there, grandma came smiling at me. She gave me a warm hug as I smiled looking at her. She asked after breaking the hug-" How are you, my dear? Is everything all right in WitchWorld?"

I controlled my tears as I don't want her to know what happened last night and forced a smile while nodding my head. She asked-" How is Priam?" She hesitated to ask me this question. I looked at her blankly not knowing what to reply. She looked a bit serious when she said-" I know your marriage has been in a circumstances, but I am happy that you finally got your love."

How can I tell her, he married me to take his revenge. I just smiled at her. She said-" Come"

I followed her inside as she said while on our way-" he must love you a lot. I knew he had feelings for you for a long time now. I just cannot believe he will take this step to marry you. he certainly knows how to make you fall more!!"

I wish all these were true. I wish he loves me back like before. But this is not possible now. Not until I get to know what is he hiding behind his anger. I tried to change the topic as I asked-" Any news about commander Zenith?"

Her expression changed into a serious one as she nodded her head in a no. I asked-" I there anything else missing?"

She replied-" No. He just took the secret scroll of W's and left...." She sighed as she said again-" I don't know why did he do that. He was one of our trusted members..."

I knitted my brows as I replied-" I need to see the library Krymmena mystika now".

She nodded as we walked towards the Krymmena mystika. A voice from behind called me-" Shawna?"

We both turned over to see who was it. It was Junnie. She was standing there with a genuine smile on her face. I was so happy to see her again. How long it has been we met again. There is so much to tell her. I ran towards her with a smile as I hugged her without any second thoughts. It was the reunion of old friends. Tears of joy falls on my cheeks as we broke the hug. Junnie said-" I have m missed you, Shawna!!!"

" Me too"- I replied. Grandma smiled and said-" You two talk here, I will attend the court today. I will be back shortly girls!!!"

She left as we smiled looking at each other. We talked for some time as I cannot control my emotion for long as cried in front of her, telling her everything happened to me. She was the only one I can trust now. She patted my head consoling me to stay strong. She said-" Shawna. You have to be strong. Only you can make these things right. You have to hold on and find out what is wrong with him. I will help you, Shawna..."

I nodded my head while wiping off my tears. She is right. I have to be strong. For now, I have to look into the country affairs. I told her about commander Zenith. We came inside the Krymmena mystika to find any clue.

It's been some time but we couldn't find anything yet. We sighed as we fell on the chair tired. I asked-" Junnie? did you find anything?"

She nodded with a sad pout. We are tired and thought to come out now. We walked towards the door as we halt with a sudden appearance of Priam. " Oh my god," I exclaimed.

I looked at him with a shocked face as I said-"You scared me!!" I looked at his behind when my eyes fell on William and Tiara. Tiara was crying. William had a straight face while Priam had a cold angry gaze on me. He has his cold dark aura with him. I frowned as I asked in confusion-" What's wrong?"

Priam answer in his cold voice-" You tell me". I was confused with his words as I asked-" Tell you what?"

He asked in a straight voice-" Where is Jennifer?"

" Jennifer? How am I supposed to know?"-I replied while answering in a monotone.

He clenched his jaw and looked at me in anger. He said-" She was with you the last time we saw her. What did you do with her after that?"

I looked at him in disbelief. Is he accusing me of Jennifer? Is this the same Priam I know? No... he cannot be. I replied in a shocked voice-" What did I do? I saw her last in the wedding venue, after that she left. Tiara was with me that time" I looked at Tiara.

Tiara came forth and said-" yes, brother Priam, she was with me. "

I asked with a serious look-" What happened to her?"

Tiara said with tears in her eyes-" She is mi-missing Shawna"

" What?"- I whispered in shock. This was indeed a shock for me. She is missing? How? I looked at Junnie with a confused face as she came forth. Junnie said-" Priam, before accusing Shawna, we must search for her... she must be..."

William cut her off by saying-" She is nowhere. "

Priam looked at me with his angry face as he said-" Make sure, You are not involved in this". He left with a warning. I cannot believe this is the same Priam I use to love. I kept looking at him with teary eyes.

Somedays I am healing from the past, somedays I am breaking down again from the present. But the thing that kept me strong is both the times, I didn't give up.

AT, PARADISE OF DOOM, PALACE

JENNIFER'S POV:

I stood there looking blankly at them. Do I have to stay here until the next abduction? This is insane. But I have nothing to do. Oh, dad must be worried about me. I thought with sadness on my face. Are they looking for me? They must be. I know. Priam and Shawna must have had their first night yesterday... Ugh!!! Shame on me, How can she get married before than me?.

I looked at Jordan's handsome face as a smile curved into my lips. I thought, Maybe, I can show Shawna, I have more than her. Jordan will be perfect for me. His handsome face and those plump lips are just perfect for a show-off. I bet she must be jealous to see an elf king as my husband.

I was thinking all this when I felt someone's hand on my feet. I quickly looked down at who was it and was shocked to see the little girl. She sat on her knees while looking at my wounded feet. her soft hands touched my wound as I hissed a little in pain.

She asked in her soft voice-" Is it paining too much miss?"

I was a little confused and shocked to reply to her. She was kind. And that is what makes me a little uncomfortable. Why does she care? I wouldn't if I were her. Are all Elves are like this? Kind? I sighed as I nodded my head agreeing to her while biting my lower lips a little.

She took out something from her pocket as she asked-" Miss, you sit down over there, I have this medicine prepared by me. This will decrease your pain a little."

I was stunned to see her sweet behavior, I quietly followed her as she made me a seat on a chair and she asked me to show my legs. She looked carefully at my bare feet which were wounded. she took out the medicine and applied it to my legs. It burned a little as I hissed in pain. I closed my eyes tightly from controlling my tears.

After some time I can feel someone is blowing air in my feet as I opened my eyes to see it was Jordan. He sat on his knees beside Sheera and blew some air to cool down the burning sensation. Why everyone here is so..... weird?

I scoffed as I said-" Can I get room to freshen up?"

Jordan looked at me quickly as he replied-" Yes, Sure."

Sheera said to Jordan-" It's done. You can take her now. I will come back in the evening to see her."

She left as Mangul showed her way out. I was left with Jordan alone. It was a little awkward to look at him. He was still blowing air to my feel looking at it carefully. He said slowly-" You must have had a hard time last night?"

I scoffed and replied-" Does it look like I enjoyed it?"

He chuckled while looking at me as he said-" I like the attitude you hold. It is rare in Paradise of Doom"

His eyes were showing kindness and love. It was scaring me. His deep voice was making me weak towards him. What is wrong with me? No can affect me as much as he does to me. I frowned as looked away and asked-" can you please show me my room?"

He stood up and said-" Sure, Come with me"

I stood up from the chair but the pain in my legs made me give up as I stumble to stand straight. Jordan noticed that and immediately came over to me and picked me up in his strong arms. I gasped at his action. I wrapped my arms around his neck to ensure I don't fall. He looked straight towards the door as he began to carry me towards my room. His face was radiant as the sun. There was something in him that was making my heart race. I gulped at the thought that right now I am in the arms of the Elf King Jordan. But I liked his politeness towards me.

He took me into a room and carefully placed me on the bed. he said-" I will be outside. You can freshen up and take a rest, We will meet by the Lunch?"

Is he asking me to have lunch with him? Is this a date then? I bite my lower lips with a little smile on my face as I nodded. He left as I laid back resting myself on the bed. Ahhh!!! a moan escaped from my mouth in relaxation.

A maid helped me to change my old dress after which I came back and drift into a nap as I was tired from last night.

I woke up in the afternoon as the maid took me to the lunch table. I saw Jordan was already waiting for me there with a smile on his face. His eyes were stuck on mine as I cleared my throat and sat on the chair with a little smile. He asked-" Did you find everything you need? Was everything comfortable?"

I said-" It was okay."

He chuckled as he said-" come let's eat"

We had our lunch. The food was tasty I must say. I was hungry since yesterday so I ate as much as needed to fill my hunger. He looked at me with amazement as he cleared the corner of my lips which was covered with food particles.

His touch made me pause for a moment as I looked at him in shock with food in my mouth. I was looking stupid probably.

He smiled as he said-" Eat slowly, you might get choked"

After lunch, I went to my room again as he said he had some work. But he asked me to come with him the next day after breakfast as he would give me a tour of his kingdom. I accepted it. The next day I woke up in the excitement and got ready to go as I wanted to see the elfland too. We reached the gate where the carriage was waiting for. Like a gentleman, he opened the door for me and asked my hand. Nobody had ever done this to me in WitchLand. they hated me. But for him, He is different. He liked me the way I am. I feel happiness inside of my heart. I gladly took his hands as he guided me inside.

He showed me the beautiful view of Paradise of Doom that made me amazed. This was a beautiful land, protected my elves with their strong magic. Everyone in this kingdom was kind just like him. What is he doing to me? I was liking the feeling but I was scared. An elf and a witch had never been together before. How can I think... these thoughts were making me upset. We enjoyed the whole day as it was evening by now. We were standing near a river as he was showing me around the beautiful creation of nature. But I was busy looking at him. Am I in love?

My heart skipped a beat with the thought of being in love with him. This was insane. How can I fall in love? Is this love what feels like? This was new for me. I have always been a brat. After losing mom, dad gave me everything I asked for. Slowly that happened to be my habit. What I fell in love with, I had it. But now standing here I realize those were not love, those were just my addiction.

This was love, the feeling of happiness to be around him, the feeling of fear in my heart losing him. I was lost in these thoughts when a sudden earthquake happened to make me fall in the river.

I don't know how to swim!!!. I struggled while fighting with the water to make it up to the surface, but the more I try the more I have been pulled inside. I was scared. Is this is my end? Will I die? No... How can I? I haven't even kissed him yet!!! Ugh... how can I think about kissing right now? Someone save me. I was losing my breath with my struggle. My body began to give up as my eyes began to close slowly

Soon I felt a strong arm pull me out from the river. After that, I was blank for a few minutes. But a faint sound of his voice calling my name can be heard-" Jennifer!!! Jennifer? look at me!!!... Breathe"

I can see him with my blurry vision. He began to push my belly to get out the water from me. After some time, he pinched my nose as he took a deep breath before attaching his lips to mine to blow the air in my mouth.

Why can't this happen when I am fully conscious? Oh god!!. I finally coughed while catching my breath. He sighed in relief as he hugged me immediately saying-" Thank god you are okay. I thought I lost you"

My heart skipped a beat hearing his words. But right now I was shivering in cold. He noticed that as he pulled out his royal cardigan before covering me with it. He carried me again in his string arms towards the carriage. His voice was sacred and concerned as he ordered-" take us back to the kingdom immediately"

The carriage began to run at its speed as he sat there holding me in his arms. He was warm. he was making my heart flutter with his every move. I blushed a little thinking how close I was with him right now.

As soon as the carriage stopped before the gate, he carried me to my room. I was feeling a little embarrassed as everyone was looking at us. So this is what falling in love feels like? Warm and comfortable?

He carefully placed me on the bed as he asked the maids to change my clothes. He looked at me with his concerned eyes one last time before leaving the room. No... don't go, I want you here to stay with me. I screamed in my head.

The maids helped me to get dressed as I laid back with my weak body on the bed. Soon the door opened revealing Jordan along with the physician. He cares for me!!! This made me smile a little. The physician said while bowing down before him-" My king, She is okay now, Just need to take rest"

Jordan nodded as the Physician left along with the maids. Jordan came and sat beside me as he looked at me carefully. He placed my hair strand behind my ears as he said-" You are so pretty"

I smiled and replied-" And you are a handsome Elf king."

We chuckled as I said-" thank you for saving me today..."

We were cut off by the appearance of Magul. I frowned in annoyance as I looked at him. Mangul's face was scared. Jordan knitted his brows as he asked-" What's the matter?"

Mangul replied in a scared voice-" she-Sheera... is abducted!!!"

Both of us looked at him in shock!!!
