Just a very casual public debate

Luffy bounced up and asked Galan to fight him. Galan chopped his head and turned Luffy into a scrunched up version, waddling around with 'X's for eyes and his tongue out comically.

Luffy sprang back up and said that Galan was almost as strong as Garp! Olvia saw Galan emote slightly and she asked Luffy to be a Marine but Luffy refused, making Olvia pout in sadness.

Sanji dropkicked Luffy flying, shouting at him for making a woman sad as he kicked him, calling him names. Before offering himself as a Marine but Olvia just sighed.

The conversation across the restaurant mentioned Hawkeye and the green haired boy was agitated, the crew started talking about going to the Grand Line with excitement but Sanji told them that they were going to die and that they were idiots.

The green haired boy said that it was his dream and the only person who could call him an idiot was himself!

Galan looked at the boy and pointed at the window, saying that Mihawk was here. The green haired boy ran out of the restaurant with excitement as the rest followed him.

Galan was still drinking his whiskey as Olvia smiled sweetly at him. He frowned and looked troubled, not knowing how much it was. Olvia suddenly looked worried, making a cute face asking him what they were gonna do. Galan told her that he didn't know how much it was… he frowned and she said that he should just leave 10,000.

Galan felt that it was too much but Olvia felt that they received good service so he should leave 15,000 to include for the tip. Galan repeated that it was so expensive but Olvia said very seriously that the chefs work hard, it's better to overpay.

Galan didn't know what to say and left 15,000 beli Olvia took out another 5000 from his wallet saying that it was just in case.

Galan sighed that it was so expensive for the third time, as they worried about these mundane things.

The screen showed a split view of Mihawk slicing a massive ship in half with one sword, everyone outside was panicked while Galan looked at the table as Olvia worried about maybe putting more. As they went back and forth…

A pirate was shouting about demons as Mihawk arrived, everything looked very sinister as Zoro stepped out making a declaration to Mihawk, looking like a hero! But the screen went back to Galan who finally said that it was good before leaving.

Olvia looked relieved and nodded.

Everyone watching laughed.

Galan and Olvia watched as Mihawk stopped Zoro with a small knife, having said before that he doesn't use cannons to hunt rabbits.

He blocked all of Zoro's moves with ease until finally piercing his chest. Zoro claimed that he would rather die than be defeated because he had a dream to become the world's greatest swordsman!

Mihawk acknowledged his dream and got serious but he and Galan saw an amazing scene, Zoro used a very primitive version of Armament Haki, even Conqueror's!

But the boy didn't know at all!

Finally, Zoro was defeated but turned around telling Mihawk that a wound on the back is a swordsman's shame! Mihawk was excited and cut him across the chest!

Galan stopped Luffy from going after Mihawk and they had a staring clash, before anything could happen, Olvia told Luffy that his friend was alright! Luffy looked over and was relieved.

Zoro declared that he wouldn't lose ever again! And Mihawk told him to surpass himself! Afterwards he walked into the restaurant and sat down with Galan.

He gave him two snails and said that he completed the task asked of him. Galan handed him a list of hidden swordsmen and Mihawk took it but Galan added that there was another swordsman, one of the 5 Elders, who had the most powerful cursed sword.

Mihawk was stimulated and went to go find these swordsmen after commenting that he felt pity for everyone in Galan's way, knowing his goal to take down the Government. Of course, Galan brought him under his camp by providing swordsmen to him.

He even promised to leave the Swordsman Elder for him.

Mihawk had no reason to say no! And agreed.
