Chapter 20

(Short chapter today, I bought no man's sky today to play with my friends and we ended up playing for 10 hours, so now I have an hour and a half to write, anyway, hope you enjoy)

"Kikikikiki, finally!! A fight!!"

Shouted Hong Xian.

A few minutes ago, a group of cultivators stormed into their base and destroyed their defenses like they were nothing.

Yang Jing looked at her teammates and signaled for them to keep going.

After that, the rest of the team left, leaving Yang Jing alone with Hong Xian.

"They should have stayed, it would have been more fun."

Said Xian with a sad tone.

Not feeling like talking anymore, Jing unsheathed her sword.

"A sword? Kikikikiki!!"

Xian started laughing while unsheathing his swords.

'Does he ever shut up?'

Jing started getting really annoyed at this point, since the moment he appeared, he didn't shut up for a moment.

Not giving Xian anytime, Jing started her attack.

She dashed forwards with her sword at her side.

When she was close enough, she slashed with her sword.

*Sound of swords clashing*

Xian blocked her sword with his own.

He had a disappointed look on his face.

But it was too soon, Jing brought her other hand up and slashed with two of her fingers.

"Kgah?!"

This surprised Xian, but instead of a painful look, he had an insane smile of pleasure.

"More!! Kikikikikiki!"

This got Jing flustered, but she was used to evil cultivators being insane, so she regained her composure really fast.

The fight continued, and with every injury Xian received. The more insane he became, at a certain point his laugh just continued and never stopped.

'What the fuck is with this guy?!'

She fought and killed many evil cultivators, but this was her first time fighting someone like that, he didn't seem bothered by the pain, he seemed to be enjoying it if anything.

As the fight continued, Jing started getting tired, meanwhile, Xian was perfectly fine, looking closely, to her shock, Jing saw that all of Xian's wounds already healed.

'Does he have a regeneration ability?'

Jing felt a bit stupid for taking this long to figure it out.

'How do I deal with this?'

This was her first time dealing with a regenerating enemy.

After that, Jing changed her way of fighting, she tried making big wounds instead of small ones.

And finally, it paid off.

'There!'

Jing swung her sword to Xian's neck and was able to decapitate him.

Jing looked at Xian's head on the ground and frowned, it still had an insane smile, even in death.

'This time, stay dead.'

Jing turned around and started walking away.

'I need to rejoin the others'

Not noticing Xian's head and body starting to move.

(Short chapter, but I'm really tired and I feel like if I went on it will be very bad, I'm honestly not happy with this chapter, it is shit, the fight is ass, and I ended up skipping stuff, it feels like it is missing chapters, I hate this chapter.
