Rebirth

As I packed up my bag and left my high school, I began to walk home.

On the way home,I began to think about the One Piece and one of the most tragic characters in the story,Portgas D Ace.

Having your dad be one of the most powerful person the world have ever seen might seem good but it was far from the case.

He was executed not because of the crime of being a pirate, but being born as the son of the wrong person. Truly despicable if you ask me.

His death may have been in his own doing but it is still a tragic one.

I was still deep in my thoughts when I crossed the road. I didn't seem to notice the threat until it was too late.

I turned to my side only to find a truck was speeding at me. My life flashed before my eyes as I could only watch the threat.

I guess the driver of the truck was not going to kill me as he swerved out my way straight into a pole.

I almost got hit by a truck! My mind was trying to process the instance that just happened and I guess the universe wanted a round two!

The pole that was hit by the truck fell down and struck my head,knocking me out completely.

My eyes began to flutter awake as I was now in a bed, a very crappy bed.

I urged myself to get out of bed before I realized a horrifying discovery, I was a kid! I double checked this theory and it was true! What is happening?

I noticed there was a mirror in my room so I immediately ran over to it. When I looked into the mirror, I almost passed out.

I was wearing a yellow t-shirt with two-kanji phrases. I was wearing a knee-length short and a black elbow guard on my left arm. The moment I saw myself in the mirror, memories started to flash through my eyes.

Memories that were not mine.

After the memories stopped coming, I recapped. The memories I was receiving were not mine but the son of Gol D Roger, Portgas D Ace.

I was in the body of kid Ace.This felt too real to be a dream and that could only mean 1 thing. I transmigrated into the little boy's body.

I began to recall getting hit in the head by the pole.Did I really die from that! There's no point in crying about what already happened. I need to find out more.

Seeing I'm in little Ace's body, I'm currently in Mount Colubo of Dawn Island.

According to my memories, It has been a week since Sabo "died". I felt all the sadness Ace felt at the moment but knowing he got picked up by Dragon and is still alive eased that pain.

I left my room and headed over to the kitchen and spotted a person. It was Dadan.

"Ace! I usually have to drag you out of your room after what happened with your friend.", she said not wanting to say Sabo's name.

"I'm fine now Dadan, I'm moving on now", I responded with a straight face.

Dadan was shocked by this. SHe didn't expect me to move on so quickly. SHe would move on too if she knew what I knew.

"Where is Luffy"I said wanting to meet the Mc of One Piece and the next Joyboy.

"He's in that stupid tree house you boys built", She hissed out.

Without a second thought, I ran out of the house to that destination. I know exactly where the tree house is thanks to my memories.

As I ran through the forest, I noticed something. I was running way faster than my previous body. I forgot Ace had plenty of insane feats as a kid.

I got to the tree house within 3 minutes.It was pretty deep in the forest.I climbed the ladder and went inside only to see who I have been looking for.

It was a black haired kid with a blue shirt saying the number "56". He had white shorts and a scar on his right cheek. It was Monkey D Luffy.

"Ace, your back!", He ran up to me excited.

We talked for hours before I decided to walk home. I'm not staying in that tree house. There is a nice home waiting for me, I ain't dumb.

As I walk home, I began to think about what transmigrating in the One Piece world might hold for me.

I'm Gol D Roger's son, I have massive potential and I already know I have Conquerors Haki. I want to be the Pirate King. It means you have conquered the seas and no one can mess with you, not even the World Government.

First of all, I'm not submitting to Whitebeard like cannon Ace. I would hate having another person be my superior.

I want to be the strongest person and have the best crew and who's going to stop me?!
