Luffy proceeded to run across the deck with a comic expression of fear on his face.

"It's unfair to attack with more people too!" The chase proceeded across the deck, somehow avoiding Coby, before Luffy's hand snagged on the mast. Instead of being jerked back, the arm stretched, allowing Luffy to keep on running away while the rampaging crew went into collective apoplexy at the sight.

Luffy turned to smirk at the crew. "Just kidding. Gomu Gomu no Rocket!" With that, the stretched limb recoiled, dragging Luffy bodily across the gap at the speed of a bullet. The crew was hit by the organic equivalent of a cannonball. Just as Alvida managed to reach the deck, her entire crew laid sprawled out across the deck. Coby stared in shock at Luffy. Luffy grinned and said, "I'm strong, remember?"

Alvida narrowed her eyes. "So, you have the power of the Devil's Fruit. I thought it was just a legend."

Luffy grinned and pulled on his cheek, the skin and muscle stretching like taffy. "I'm a rubber man!" Luffy proclaimed proudly before letting the cheek snapback, allowing him to give a sly smirk. "Not only that, but I've got a super-secret thing up my sleeve. There's no way you can beat me!" Alvida grimaced, before charging forward with her massive mace held above her head. "Don't take me so lightly!" she yelled in fury, bringing her mace down on Luffy's head.

Luffy stayed in his exact same position before a smile spread across his face. Luffy glared up at Alvida, who was sufficiently freaked out that the man's skull hadn't cracked.

"Hm, this hammer's weights approximately… half a ton, I would say. And you are swinging it around with ease, and you can also put some strength into it. It seems like there's a bit of hope for you yet, Alvida! Shishishishishi!" Declared Luffy with a laugh, not noticing the incredulous look Coby was looking at him with nor the fact Alvida had blushed slightly at his words.

"Also, I'm a rubber. That won't work on me!" Suddenly, out of nowhere, an unseen force seemed to ram into Alvida, knocking her back across the deck. Coby stared in disbelief, as he saw the most terrifying (and heaviest) person he'd ever known getting thrown ass-over-teakettle. Luffy merely grinned, before pulling back his fist, which then went back a few meters as it stretched.

Just as Alvida stood up, looking as if she'd just hopped off a rollercoaster, Luffy brought his fist forward in a truly terrific punch as he yelled "Gomu Gomu no Pistol!"

His fist impacted, and Alvida was blown away into the distance until she was nothing more than a star on the horizon.

'Hope she still gets the Sube Sube no Mi Devil Fruit. Her transformation was mind-blowing in the anime. She would be a valuable addition to the crew if I could make her submit to me in the future.' he thought.

Luffy turned to glare at the stragglers on Alvida's ship, who were by now ready to shit their pants.

"Oi. Get a boat ready for Coby. He needs to join the Marines." The men on the ship started bustling like a nest of bees, preparing a small dingy for Coby's and Luffy's use.

Coby turned to stare at Luffy, his mind unable to comprehend what had just happened. Luffy just shrugged. "What? No enemy can stand up to a King."

With that oddly philosophical remark, Luffy made to grab Coby and hop into the waiting boat. However, before that, the sound of cannons suddenly roared like thunder: the Marines had arrived. Luffy grinned at the new arrival, before turning to Coby. "Aren't you going to go over there? You want to be a Marine, right?" Coby's mind went back online at the idiotic remark. "I can't join them now! I'm coming from a pirate ship! They'd lock me up before I could ask!"

Luffy shrugged before grabbing Luffy and hopping into the boat. As they plummeted towards the waves, Luffy yelled out with a voice that rang with an undertone Coby had never heard and made his hair stand on end, as if a living force vibrated with the words.

As the boat landed on the water, Luffy caught a glimpse through the resulting spray of an orange-haired woman in a boat loaded with treasure. She was wearing a white and blue shirt that strained against her big and perky chest and a tan skirt that barely covered half of her thighs.

'Nami!' Luffy almost went in a fan mode. Thankfully, a splash of seawater on his face calmed him down.

Luffy noticed the predicament that Nami was facing currently. Her boat had ruptured when it fell on the waves. The seawater was filling it, and in no time, the boat would sink. Therefore, Luffy yelled, "Oy, get on our ship. You will sink."

Nami didn't waste time; she picked up her bag and threw it towards Luffy, who caught it easily.

Nami was also going to jump and land on the free space on Luffy's boat, but at the last moment, she lost her footing and fell on top of Luffy.

On instinct, Luffy raised his hand to save her from falling, but his palm caught something soft.

'So... So soft!' Luffy's fingers sunk into the soft flesh of her breasts, but before he could take pleasure in the heavenly feeling, a slap impacted his left cheek.

When the warships and the passenger ship were out of sight, Coby and Luffy stopped oaring and slowed down to the equivalent of a brisk walk instead of a sprint. A huge red palm was printed on Luffy's left cheek, causing it to swell in that area.

Coby was smart not to bring it up. Not when the perpetrator was sitting beside him.

The orange-haired girl with a staff placed on one side and a bag on the other side was currently looking at her molester with a burning glare.

'I... I'm a rubber man, and I have a Primordial Incubus Physique than; how come her slap hurt me so much.' Luffy thought while massaging his cheek. He doubted maybe Nami could use Armament Haki.

'I should probably apologize to him. It was my fault, as I slipped. He was only trying to save me. But I just couldn't stop the urge to slap him when he grabbed my boobs.' Nami was torn between decisions about whether she should apologies to the guy or give him one more slap on the other cheek. Though looking at his handsome face, Nami dropped her slapping urge. She could not bring herself to slap such a handsome face.

Luffy was also looking back at Nami. His eyes were roaming on her young and budding body. Her skin was pale white, slightly tanned, but not much. Her face was pretty, and her breasts size more than a handful. Luffy had the first-hand experience of them after all.

Nami looked better than what the anime had depicted her on-screen and in the manga. If his memory serves right then, and like how it was in the anime, the girls of this world are well-endowed.

Nami's oranges would grow up to become big melons in the near future. Luffy thanked Echirio Oda in his heart; It seemed their taste matched quite a lot.

"Um, excuse me. In which direction should we go?" Coby broke the silence and asked a genuine question.

Nami raised her hand and pointed in a direction that was a little to the right where the boat was heading.

"Shell town is the nearest settlement located in this Yotsuba Island Region. That's where we are heading." Nami said plainly.

"Shell town! Ah, that's where the 153rd Branch of a Marine Base is located. If I remember it correctly, the marines there are headed by Captain Morgan. Oh, Um, Luffy, if you had captured Alvida then you could have cashed her 5 Million Beli bounty at the Marine base of the Shell town"

Nami stared at Luffy with her mouth open, shifting her look from the short Coby to the grinning man that looked the same age as her before she spoke hesitantly.

"You defeated that Alvida?"

Coby then explained Luffy's feats to her when she sounded dubious.

Nami had a hard time believing Coby. The man sitting opposite to her had come out of nowhere and beat Alvida and her crew with an ease that was scary and if that wasn't enough, he was also physically strong enough to stop one of Alvida's strikes, which she knew were capable of easily destroying one of the warehouses in one blow.

"Who are you?" Nami asked unwittingly.

Luffy turned towards Nami and grinned widely as he pointed at himself with the thumb of his right hand.

"My name is Monkey D. Luffy. And I am the man that's going to become the Pirate King!" He declared with such conviction that for a moment, Coby and Nami believed that this wasn't his ambition but rather an already given fact.

Suddenly Nami noticed what he said and screamed, "You are a pirate?!"

Luffy and Coby heard the seething voice and they both turned towards the third person only to see the orange-haired girl glaring at Luffy with barely repressed scorn and anger as she held bags thrice her width and half her height that was obviously filled to the brim with money and other valuable things.
