Red Harbor.
As a port exclusively for the Celestial Dragons of Mary Geoise, it was bustling with activity. As the place where the essence of all four seas gathered, Red Harbor had an enormous docking area for ships, which was essential to meet the daily supply needs of Mary Geoise.
However, at this moment, the port area of Red Harbor was crowded with ships of various shapes and sizes from all over the world.
The port, and even the nearby waters, were packed with vessels.
These ships were neither as uniform as Navy warships nor as pirate-themed as the ships of pirate crews. Instead, they resembled a fleet assembled by multiple factions.
At the forefront of the fleet, six incredibly luxurious ships were docked at the port.
As the gangplanks of the six ships were lowered one by one, the King of Loans, Lu Feld, was the first to disembark.
Dressed in his signature suit, tie, and cape, with a cigar in his mouth, Lu Feld looked around at the other ships with disdain. He then glanced up at the towering Red Line.
"A bunch of cowardly rats. This is the time to maximize profits, yet they send their underlings instead of coming themselves. Aren't they afraid their subordinates will eliminate them once it's all over?"
Lu Feld sneered. To him, this was the perfect moment to seize power. Both the Revolutionary Army and the World Government, as well as the Navy, were likely to suffer heavy losses in this battle, possibly ending in mutual destruction.
If he could take control of the World Government at this moment, the gains would be as vast as the entire world.
As the underworld forces arrived, fierce battles erupted once again in Red Harbor.
The sounds of combat filled the port.
In the midst of the fierce fighting—
Severed limbs, gunfire, and cannon blasts painted the port in blood, turning Red Harbor into a literal "Red Harbor."
Countless people lay in pools of blood, their eyes slowly losing their light.
But neither friends nor foes had time to mourn the dead, for no one knew who would fall next.
Such is the brutality of war.
As all the forces clashed together, the disparity in numbers became evident.
With Jinbe leading a group to deal with Caesar, the coalition forces at Red Harbor found themselves at a significant disadvantage, suffering heavy casualties.
However, being one of the top forces controlling the underworld, they lacked neither supplies nor weapons.
The warships anchored in the port and near the sea revealed their cannons, firing shells wildly at Red Harbor, harvesting lives indiscriminately.
However.
Though the coalition was outnumbered, thanks to Betty's ability to inspire and enhance morale across a wide area, they managed to hold the line.
The underworld forces quickly recognized the threat of Betty's ability and immediately sent high-priced assassins to take her out, despite the heavy guard protecting her.
With many high-ranking coalition members injured, and lacking enough top-tier fighters, the regular soldiers couldn't stop the assassins' advance.
As time passed, the coalition's disadvantage became more apparent.
Even with Betty's morale-boosting power, they were struggling to hold out. After all, some things can't be changed by sheer morale alone.
At this critical moment, an enormous green slash suddenly appeared from the rear of the coalition forces, cutting through the entire battlefield and slicing the ships along its path in two before disappearing from view.
"This slash…!"
"It's Mihawk!"
Finally, someone from the underworld side, with sharp eyes, noticed the figure of Mihawk, the world's greatest swordsman, standing in the rear of the coalition, his body wrapped in bandages, wielding his black blade, Yoru.
As soon as Mihawk's name was mentioned, many people panicked.
After all, the road to becoming the world's greatest swordsman was paved with the blood of countless swordsmen and powerful foes.
"Don't panic! That guy's injured! We can take him down!"
A loud voice from the crowd snapped the people out of their panic.
The originally chaotic crowd gradually calmed down. They wouldn't dare look Mihawk in the eye if he were in perfect condition, but an injured world's greatest swordsman was a golden opportunity for fame.
"Is it this lively here?"
At that moment, Fujitora, who was supposed to be on the Red Line, arrived at the edge of the battlefield. Before anyone noticed him, he drew his sword and sent several gravitational waves slashing into the sky.
Moments later—
Just as the underworld forces were about to charge Mihawk for glory, three massive, fiery meteors, followed by hundreds of smaller ones, descended from the sky, heading straight for the underworld's position.
"What is that?!"
"Meteors…!"
"It's Fujitora's power!"
The underworld forces noticed the descending meteors and immediately paled in fear.
At that moment, they realized that sheer numbers meant nothing against a force like Fujitora.
On the Revolutionary Army's side, upon noticing Fujitora's intervention, they all breathed a sigh of relief.
With Fujitora joining the battle, the outcome was almost certain.
"It's not over yet."
Bunny Joe from the Revolutionary Army looked up at the meteors crashing down with terrifying force.
Standing atop the central meteor was a figure, arms crossed, looking indifferently down at the battlefield.
"Hmm?!"
Upon seeing the figure atop the meteor, Lu Feld, the notorious King of Loans, didn't think twice and immediately turned to flee.
With Fujitora and Akainu involved in the battle, the outcome was already decided. Even Lu Feld, as arrogant as he was, didn't think he could stand against two of the top powers of the sea.
From the sky, looking down—
One by one, the meteors crashed into the crowd, burning and exploding into fiery blossoms.
Under the meteor strikes, everyone in the underworld, regardless of status, was equal. If hit, they would leave this world.
As the meteors struck, the underworld forces, who had been full of ambition, now only thought about fleeing this hell.
Despite their desperation, it was impossible for them to escape unscathed.
With Akainu in pursuit, they would surely pay a heavy price.
...
"I must admit…"
Kizaru turned toward Red Harbor and spoke to Sengoku, "In terms of situational awareness, Fleet Admiral Sengoku is without a doubt the Navy's finest."
Fujitora's support was expected, but Akainu's intervention was something Kizaru hadn't foreseen. Especially since it was Sengoku who personally ordered Akainu to aid Red Harbor.
Sengoku, however, did not react to Kizaru's words. Instead, he looked up in Nicholas's direction. "That man has the power to change the world. When he was at his weakest, we failed to eliminate this threat. Now that he's awake, any move we make will only result in enormous losses for us.
Borsalino, if you weren't so lazy, in my eyes, you'd be the best candidate for the next Fleet Admiral."
Sengoku looked at Kizaru as he spoke.
Of the three Admirals, Sengoku had the most faith in Kizaru.
"Oh, forget it. The pressure of being Fleet Admiral is too much, and I don't want to be bossed around by those guys. But after this battle, I imagine those annoying fellows won't show up again. After all, that man holds quite a grudge against them."
The "man" Kizaru referred to was, of course, Nicholas.
"Who knows? Perhaps the old Celestial Dragons will disappear, and new ones will rise to take their place."
With that, Sengoku fell silent.
...
"It's time to end this."
As Nicholas spoke, the faces of the Five Elders changed dramatically.
They quickly distanced themselves from their opponents, staring at Nicholas with suspicion.
In their eyes, Nicholas's form suddenly turned into a bolt of lightning, and in an instant, he appeared in front of the blond Elder.
"Hmm!?"
The blond Elder's pupils shrank sharply. In a hurry, he raised his fist to block the swiftly approaching lightning.
Crackle!
Thunder roared, and violent energy surged in all directions.
The lightning enveloping Nicholas dissipated, revealing his figure.
"You…!"
The blonde Elder's words were cut short as he saw Nicholas's blade suddenly press down.
Boom!
The blonde Elder was instantly sent flying. His eyes widened in disbelief, but before he could react, the sharp gleam of the blade flashed, and his head was sent flying high.
His headless body collapsed to the ground.
Not far away, the other three Elders' faces turned grim.
The members of Roger's Pirate Crew and Dragon were all stunned. They had fought these Elders before and knew how formidable they were. Even if the blonde Elder had been somewhat weakened by previous battles, the fact that Nicholas dispatched him in just two moves was terrifying.
"This can't be happening…!"
"How can he recover so quickly after fighting Imu?"
"Even with that strange ability from the dwarves, his Haki and stamina shouldn't have returned this fast!"
The tall, thin Elder with the long beard, the scarred Elder, and the Elder with the flat hat and facial scar couldn't believe what they were seeing. After centuries of working together, they understood each other's strength well. And now, one of their equals had been cut down in just two strikes—did that mean Nicholas could kill them just as easily?
This terrifying thought sent shivers through them.
As the Elders remained frozen in shock, Nicholas slowly raised his head, his gaze sweeping over the three remaining Elders. His eyes looked at them as if they were already dead.
The Elders instinctively took a few steps back. They had ruled the world for so long that they had forgotten the sensation of looming death. But now, facing Nicholas, they were reminded of it all too clearly.
"Are you afraid?"
Nicholas casually flicked his blade, sending the blood from the blonde Elder splattering across the ground.
None of the Elders responded to his taunt. They were too focused on Nicholas, fearing he might strike at any moment. Cold sweat covered their foreheads and backs as they faced the imminent threat.
"Corruption in power really turns all heroes into fools," Nicholas said, as blue lightning arcs danced around him, his presence locking onto the remaining Elders.
Realizing they were in mortal danger, the three Elders activated their Haki and abilities at full force. They wouldn't go down without a fight.
But it was too late.
In the instant Nicholas moved, they had only one thought: Dodge!
Yet their bodies refused to respond. Time seemed to freeze, and the only thing that remained in motion was Nicholas's blade.
When time resumed, the only thing they could see was a gleaming blade cutting through the air.
The next moment, their necks were slashed, and their bodies fell lifeless to the ground.
The entire battlefield was stunned.
Those who had fought the Elders knew how difficult they were to defeat, yet Nicholas had killed one in two moves and the other three in a single strike. The whole process had taken less than ten seconds.
Nicholas's power was now beyond human comprehension. It was as if he had become a god, and everyone else was insignificant before him.
On the vast battlefield, all who witnessed or sensed the event felt a deep, primal fear and uncertainty about what Nicholas would do next.
"What's your next move, Nicholas?" Shanks wondered, his grip tightening on his sword from the tension.
Strangely, Sengoku, who had previously wanted to kill Nicholas, seemed surprisingly calm.
At the center of the battlefield, Nicholas made a swift strike, cutting down a distant iron dragon, and then gazed toward the battle on the Red Line.
His powerful observation Haki spread across the entire continent.
"Those who surrender will be spared; resist, and you will die!" Nicholas's voice echoed across the Holy Land.
As countless soldiers of the World Government laid down their weapons, the war that would decide the fate of the world was finally nearing its end.
