Ch.33 The Battle begins

As Vega was thrown out of the labyrinth he collided with various trees in the forest. Normally such type of attack would have killed a person but Vega shrugged it off only feeling some pain in the place he was hit.

Before he could think anything else Ryuu again came at high speed and tried to kick him but this time Vega was prepared.

As he coated his body with magicule his hands turned more wolf-like and his chest broadened with silver scales all over it.

All in all, he looked like a beast. He kicked the ground with great force and disappeared from the place where he was standing.

Arriving in front of Ryuu's attack he punched it. A booming sound was heard and Ryuu was flung back but he quickly stabilized himself.

Vega also flew back a little but quickly hit the ground and disappeared from his place.

Arriving in front of Ryuu he punched him in the face sending him flying.

"HAHAHAH' laughing like a manic he continued to attack Ryuu. Due to the damage to the hand he suffered previously Ryuu could only stay on the defensive while dodging Vega's attack.

Though his speed was slower than that of Vega due to the combination of his Sage Eyes, Sage Wisdom, and true sense he quickly adapted to Vega's fighting style.

Finally, his hands were properly healed then covering his hands with fire he increased its temperature turning the yellow flame white.

Then before Vega could properly react he was hit with that flamed-covered fist. With a sonic boom, he was sent flying back destroying everything in his path.

And the place where he landed a small crater was created. Standing up from the ground you can see that one side of Vega's entire face was burnt blood was flowing from his nose and mouth.

Suffering such amount of damage Vega couldn't help but be angry. Glaring at Ryuu with even bigger killing intent than before he started to use his unique skill in full force.

Unique Skill: Beast

Sub skill - Devour: You can devour any living creature. After devouring you will get some of the magicule and physical strength of the devoured creature. If the creature is strong enough you may even get some of their strength.

- Store: You can store some of the magicule of the devoured creature for future use.

- Release: You can release the stored magicule to increase your attack power greatly and to do devastating damage.

- Beastification: You can make some part of your body the form of the beast you devoured. The more you turn your body into that of a monster the more rationality you will lose.

- Sacrifice: You can sacrifice the power you gained from the devoured beast to heal your wound. The more severe the wound the more you have to sacrifice.

The body of Vega started to get bigger he turned into an even bigger beast. His body started to get covered in fur and scales. His eyes turned to slit like a lizard's and his mouth turned to that of a tiger. Two horns grew in his head and his hair started to lengthen and turn red.

His legs turned into that of a panther and his hand turned into sharp claws. But there was also armor protesting it to give him the ability to punch his enemy with even greater force.

"Roarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" Roaring like a beast he used Release and covered his hands with magicule to increase his attack power.

Looking at the changes happening to Vega Ryuu's face couldn't help but turn solemn.

He started to release an even greater amount of energy. His hands and feet started to get covered with white flames. White lighting started to crackle around his body and his eyes glowed with an even greater golden hue.

His strength increased greatly but it didn't come without a cost. You can see burnt flesh on his hands and feet. That happened because his body currently couldn't handle the intensity of the flames he created. Even letting the white lightning flow through his body gave him immense pain.

But he didn't falter and increased the density of redirecting cloak. After all, behind him are his students and as a Sensei he must look cool.

After Vega finished his transformation he charged at Ryuu and Ryuu also charged at Vega.

They both disappeared from their place as they were moving at speeds greater than Mach 100.

As both of their attacks collided all the winds of that place were displaced and with a boom sound a huge crater was created.

But they didn't stop as with the same speed as before they continues to attack each other.

Within a matter of seconds, hundreds of thousands of blows were exchanged between them.

Except for the sound produced by their attack colliding the only other sound heard was the burning of the flesh and breaking of the bones.

Good thing both of them have skills related to healing or both of them would have become a bloody mess by now.

The entire forest had become their battleground. All the monsters fled from the forest due to the fear of getting caught up in such a fight.

Currently, the battle is being fought on even ground but how long will it last? Vega is both stronger and faster than Ryuu the only reason he is able to fight him evenly is due to his skills.

In the middle Vega created two extra hands and punched Ryuu in the gut. Suffering from such an attack he coughed blood but didn't fly back because Vega had caught him with another hand.

Now with one hand stopping him and the other three started to punch Ryuu with great intensity.

It seems like the fight has started to get in Vega's favor. If such a situation continues then the winner of this fight has already been decided.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAH" Vega was laughing like a maniac and punching Ryuu. A third contender entered the fight with its glowing red eyes it fired a big energy beam toward Vega's back.

Resulting in a big explosion.
