Chapter 4

As david is about to leave he turns around hearing mary talk in her sleep he tries to get close to her so he can hear what she is trying to say catching a glimpse of what she said hearing that she wishes he would stay with her as and become her older step brother because she doesn't have no-one and feels a bit lonely ever since her parents died in a accident not so long ago david hesitates for a moment thinking whether to wait or to leave behind a note telling her that they will see each other someday as he is about to leave he opening the door slowly makes a creaking noise that wakes up mary who is starring at him with a confusion look on her face she ask him what is she doing in her room david answers quickly so she won't think that he was doing something suspicious as he explains that he was planning on living her a note before he head out and leaves to his home mary stands up straight in her bed looking at him with pain in her eye's she ask if he was planning to leave behind a note for her to read david shakes her head side to side saying yes mary.

As they look at each other surrounded by awkwardness only david is first to speak up saying he heard her speak in her dreams about him becoming his older brother figured david says that if she will allowed him he would gladly become his brother mary gets happy knowing that he will become her new family from now on david gets close to her hugging her tightly saying that everything will be alright so she doesn't have to worry anymore he's not going anywhere mary backs up for a moment looking at him with a serious look wiping her tears away telling him as her younger sister he has a job to do at his home base so he has leave but has to promise to return back to banilla village to hang out with her every weekend or she will be mad at him and never talk to him david stand up with a smiles on his face telling her that he will keep the promise that she made for him as her brother as he leave mary room closing the door heading to the living room to gather his stuff he leaves her house looking back at her window waving goodbye mary see this also waving letting them both know that they will see each other again.

As david makes it to his motel room he gather his remaining equipment and supplies before making a call to neo to make him a portal home as he enters it he is greeted by his grandpa yango who give him a huge hug saying that he has been gone for more than two days and got worry when he didn't call back to report what he has found in banilla village as david talk about what happen in the village and what they had to fight yango and neo say that he is lucky to have fought one shtriga and not a whole pack of them because that would've of been a challenge even for him to handle david look a bit surprised to know that even he couldn't handle a pack of shtriga by himself but he does understand why he should be more concern when it comes to them he would've died today if it wasn't for mary having his back he tell yango that he will be more open minded when it comes fighting in his mission jobs so he won't burden everyone.

As he ask yango if he has any other job to attend to he reply saying that he has multiple request but they seem to be easy and not too dangerous like the last job david groans saying it gonna be those job's neo ask what does he mean by those job he explains that when the job isn't dangerous or at least a struggle that means you will have to do a guarding or a helping job and most people don't do those job because it boring but there team's does it cause they have to return the favor by help the community or they won't be able to help each other grow and grow there job request for them all across the land as david leaves again completing the rest of the job after a couple hours he returns home and tell neo that he has finally finish his job's he tell him that he's done for the day and to not bother him today david walks out the mission room and head to the lunch room to grab a bite to eat.

As he goes to the kitchen he makes himself a whole meal full of very single junk food he can think of as he grabs his tray he takes a seat and dig in onto his food devouring everything david stands up dropping off the tray he walks to his room when he opens the door he enters it immediately closing the door he raises his hand getting an air blast ready aiming at X who's sitting down on his coach relaxing asking him if he had a fun event happen today david ask what does he mean X tells him that didn't he had a fight with the shtriga two days ago and adopted a little sister name mary he gets mad powering up more his attack making it larger, but X tells him to calm down he doesn't mean them harm he likes them both how they fight for justice and freedom he ask him why is he here and not somewhere else like he always be X says that the reason he came to visit him in person today was because he wanted to have a serious discussion with him that's gonna benefit him in the future along with his crew members david sits down on the chair saying he will hear him out but he better not try anything funny or he will die before he has time to leave X laughs out loud pointing a finger at him saying that the way he is right now he couldn't match his power even if he used his power form.
