Chapter 20: Back

I went inside and packed a bag for our vacation and selected a few sexy outfits and panties. I cleaned my room and took the broken bed frame outside. I cleaned the upstairs and went surfing to stay busy. At six my Mom called me inside for dinner I wrapped up and ate fast. "I feel like a run." My Dad's head popped up. "What?" I nodded and downed my food. "I think I'm gonna go for a run." My Dad stood knocking into the table. "Can we go with you?" I nodded and slapped a note on the door for Jackson.

We took off and I rushed to catch up to my parents they snapped at me and I yippee taking off. We ran until we hit the cliff and I looked up to see the sunset. My Dad pushed me over and nipped at my neck. Then Mom nipped him in his sweet spot and he collapsed with her on top. "I love you." I thought as they cuddled close together. "We love you sweetheart." They sent me and I pushed on them both. I smelt a weird smell and turned to see a Big Brown wolf standing near us watching us.

I stood in front of my parents and the wolf came up and laid down. He whined and I sniffed him. "Jackson?" He ran his nose over my face. "He came back!" I sent my parents as I jumped on him and he snapped back playing. I grabbed the heavy fur around his neck and he laid on his side. I jumped on him and then nipped his tail. Jackson jumped up and chased me around my parents. They laughed and I bit my Mom's ass. "Paisley." She warned and then I bit my Dad's side. "Paisley." He barked I  jumped over them knowing Jackson could make it, but wouldn't do it.

He did though catching me off guard and locking my face as his weight pinned me down. I faked being hurt, and he got up checking on me and I darted to the house. He growled and ran after me. My parents right behind us. I got there first jumping the fence and transforming I grabbed my.robe and tossed it on as Jackson butt ass naked jumped the fence and picked me up. "He has great assets." My mom said and I laughed. Putting up her robe for her. She glanced over her shoulder, and my Dad turned her head. "I'm over here Gem." She smiled and I handed my Dad his robe. "Looks like we need to get another robe." Mom said as she passed Jackson who blushed and my Dad blocked her view.

"Damn women in this family." My Dad grumbled. "Once they start they never stop Jackson." He turned and opened my robe. "I don't mind that." He nodded and quickly and pushed me back. "Someone is here. Go inside Paisley." I called my parents as Dad tossed Jackson a robe. He slipped it on just as Alpha Derek came around the corner.

My stomach dropped and Jackson groweled. I mind linked Uncle Jacob. "Derek is here and no one knows what he wants." Derek opened the back gate and swung it open. "Excuse me mutt, but I need to see my mate." I jumped and went to scratch him as Jackson grabbed me back. "I am not your mate you coward. I Paisley Rae Sterling reject you Alpha." He snarled and lunged at me. "Don't finish that sentence Paisley. I felt you break the bond last night." Jackson moved me back further. "Run Paise." He set me over the fence and Jackson transformed into a wolf.

I didn't run though I walked back through the fence my Dad holding my Mom back. "I Paisley Rae Sterling reject Alpha Derek Argentine of the Woodland pack for rejecting me and leaving me when I needed him. He snarled and lunged at me. I transformed and ran under him raking my claws into him. Jackson clamped on his neck and pulled out fur. Derek yelled and turned to him. I bit his leg and he yelled again. Uncle Jacob leapt over the fence, but not before Jackson lunged and grabbed his neck snapping it.

My Uncle froze and as Derek's body dropped to the floor. I ran to Jackson searching him for cuts and realized how big he really was. "Whose son are you?" Jackson bowed his head, and transformed back. I am technically Prince Jackson Truth second in line for the Irish throne. My Father is King Gerald Truth. I've been wandering around the states looking for another mate." He glanced at me and I turned me head to the side. My Dad held up a robe. I transformed and tied it as he talked.

"I tried to talk to you today, but your wife said you weren't there. I wanted to ask you if I could stay here with Paisley, you, her family." Uncle Jacob looked down at the dead Alpha. "You killed an alpha. You are obligated to go take care of his people." Jackson shook his head. "My obligation is to Paisley. She is the one I want." Jackson turned to me and his eyes flashed gold.

"Paisley?" My Uncle called my name, but Jackson just told me he wa a Prince and he wanted me all in the same breath. I needed a second. "Paisley!" My head snapped to my Uncle. "What do you want Paisley?" I caught a whiff of something rotten. "Wolfsbane." I said as everyone ran inside except me. I transformed again and took off after the smell. "Damn it Paisley!" My Uncle yelled as I took off to the cliffs. As I got closer the smell got stronger. There on the edge sat Sloan. I groweled and he patted the ground next to him. "Did you kill him?" I shook my head. "Is he dead?" I nodded and ran pushing him off the cliff. I watched him swim and make his way to the plateau. He climbed back up and raised a needle. I grabbed his arm and bit down. I clampled my teeth down tasting blood. I saw him raise a knife and someone tackled him knocking us all over.

Jackson looked over and ran his claws down the man's face. He transformed and took the needle from Sloan's hand. "This is the guy who stabbed you isn't it?" I nodded and he stabbed the needle into Sloan's chest. "Don't come back unless you really want to die." He pushed the liquid into him and he started to convulse on the floor. I released his arm and Jackson picked him up tossing him. I watched him skip a rock before landing on one a little further out. "Opps." Jackson said as he turned and beant down. Looking me over.

"Before we go back I wanted to say sorry for not telling you everything. I just didn't want you to like me as a Prince. I wanted you to like me for me." I transformed back so we could talk. "I do like you for you and I don't care if your a Prince or a homeless wolf picking through trash. I like you Jackson. If I didn't I never would have let anything happen between us. His eyes flashed. "So you'll still stay with me?" I nodded and he crushed me in a hug. "Race you back?" I kissed his cheek. "You're on." I pushed him and jumped as I transformed running back as fast as I could.

He barked and I ran faster hearing him catch up. I slowed when I saw Uncle Jacob standing there with his arms crossed. My Dad held up my robe and then one for Jackson. "Show me Paisley." I stepped foward and showed him why I went. Sloan and another needle. I showed him I was going to be stabbed and how Jackson saved me again. Then him tossing the body into the ocean and him being caught on a rock.

I let go to see his face. He was angry and he walked toward Jackson. I stepped in front of him. "He was just protecting me." I said as he nodded and held out his hand.
