Night Metropolis

It was already evening when Jiang Liushi's tour bus reached the military base. After absorbing and refining the mutant nuclei's energy for the whole day, Jiang Liushi reached his best state.
After entering the military base, Jiang Liushi felt more like they were driving inside a night metropolis rather than a base. Because of the existence of American soldiers, many Japanese had also gathered there. There were no high-rise buildings in the base. The only high buildings that could be found were three-floor shops and shopping malls.
After doomsday, almost all of those shops had been turned into bars, casinos, and businesses with pink or red neon lights. At the doorsteps of the said businesses were often a few girls, who were well-dressed. They were glaring at the passersby with a hint of lust. It was obvious that those said businesses were brothels. In this post-apocalyptic world, those kinds of business had become the new normal.
