Qingmao Mountain

Qingmao Mountain was the birthplace of this so-called 'Great Love Immortal Venerable'. it was once a mountain that was full of greenery, now it's a very inhospitable environment, the land was infertile and covered in snow, and the trees had completely been turned into ice.

Not to mention that it's now home to Many beasts and Variant humans.

[I am your very own Gooning System!

My creator, Great Love Immortal Venerable, has been making this arrangement meticulously for the past ten thousand years.]

[What is this arrangement to be exact? Well, since My creator has not found Eternity Gu in this Gu world, he's planning to venture into other worlds in search of it. But, he found it disappointing that he would be leaving behind this world without having an apprentice or a successor]

[That is why he chose you as his successor. I am an eternal Gu House made to assist you as you make your journey and adventure in the world of Gu!]

After a long time of explaining, I understood a few things.

First of all, I was chosen as the successor of the most Legendary figure of this world.

Secondly, this 'Gooning System' was made just for me by my senior.

Thirdly, A game like 'Gooning System' will allow me to transmigrate back to Earth if I complete the set requirements.

"So it was like that..."

I said with a solemn expression.

My senior, The Great Love Immortal Venerable, although kind by every means, somehow made enemies with the locals of this world.

He was pretty much untouchable so they dared not to make trouble with him again.

But, if they found out the news that he chose a successor, they would stop by no means until they wipe me from existence.

I understood all of it. However, there was a lingering question that's been bothering me.

[That's simple, my master took a quick peek at your home world. There were many candidates, some with even higher Goon Path attainment levels than you. But, as if it were fate, you were the person with the most compatible ideology and mindset to bear me.]

I was very enlightened by the answer.

Before leaving the Gu world, The Great Love Immortal Venerable left me with countless Missions that change along the way.

My first mission was to find my way out of Qingmao Mountain.

Or so he did because the system told me to trust in it.

I endured countless hours of walking as I made my way out of the mountain, everywhere was just ice.

Luckily, I saw no beasts.

As I walked, the system kept me entertained.

After a while of walking, I finally found some signs of civilization.

There were many snowmen in front of me.

It was vivid but I could see some of them moving.

"I'm so horny I can have sex with those moving snowmen right now."

I thought inwardly, thinking nothing wrong with it.

[Those are variant humans called carrot-nosed snow beast. They're a type of Varient human that only exists today because Great Love destroyed Fate Gu, which then allowed souls to live again as they take the form of a snowman. They're very hostile to those who enter their territory.

I was almost safe until I accidentally stepped on a frozen branch.

The snowmen quickly investigated and saw my running figure.

"An intruder! Quick, surround him!"

In a short period, I was already surrounded by snowmen that numbered thousands.

[ It seems like there's no way out except fighting. Use your rank Three Goon Gu!"

Having heard the instructions given to me, I swiftly raised my hand and pointed a finger at the snowman nearest to me.

"human we were only gonna interrogate you, die human!!"

"Kill! Kill! Kill!"

"Human bastard, we snowmen never forgive enemies, we will end you!!"

"Unforgivable! Human, you will face a brutal end!!"

After more than tens of thousands of years of being peaceful, a large-scale battle is about to unfold in the heart of Qingmao Mountain.

An innumerable number of snowmen rushed me, their fierce gaze forming fear in my heart.

If looks could kill, I would be a hundred times dead!

"This is dangerous! Goon system, help me make malicious thoughts as I dispose of these snowmen scum!!"

As I used the mortal Gu house called 'Goon Zone' the Goon system helped me make malicious thoughts.

Countless inappropriate memories emerged in my mind.

Every time a snowman reaches a certain distance, a hot and Gooey-like white substance shoots out from the towers and instantly melts whatever it lands on, turning them back into their natural state.

As for the snowmen, they always turned into liquid with some exceptions when they split their bodies and turned into smaller snowmen.

According to the information that the Goon System told me, The Gu house Goon Zone was a Gu house consisting of over a thousand Goon Path Gu worms.

It was a rank-four Gu house able to help me recuperate and help me think of malicious thoughts.

Gu houses were like mini fortresses, it has both attack and defense, allowing the Gu masters inside to have some ease of mind.

Against these carrot-nosed snow beasts ranging from rank one to rank three, the barrier will hold on for a while until it breaks down or when at least a hundred rank four carrot-nosed snow beasts make a combined effort to destroy it.

Normally, a Gu house can be destroyed with some difficulties by several human Gu masters who have the same rank as the Gu house.

However, the ones outside the Gu house trying to wear it down were Variant humans.

In the face of the fortress-like Gu house Goon Zone, countless amount of snowmen perished, turning the battlefield into the likes of a castle situated in the middle of a lake being besieged by foreign invaders.

Earlier, when the Gu house wasn't formed, the snowmen charged at me with little to no hesitation.

However, seeing as the tides changed after the Gu house was slowly forming, the snowmen started being careful, no longer charging in with no plans.

"Come, come, come! I remember you lowly snowmen said that you would kill me. Are you scums trying to make an effort or not?"

My tone was filled with ridicule and confidence as I taunted the snowmen to probe them to attack, their gazes were getting sharper and more filled with hatred with each insult I threw.

Out of nowhere, the battlefield was suddenly quiet, the snowmen stopped attacking.

Their gazes then turned sly and their minuscule-sized mouths turned into an eerie smile.

the snowmen then opened their mouths and said in unison;

"Oh lowly human, you have insulted us. Now that you've done that, our supreme elder will have no choice but to personally punish you"

My heart sank.

what are they talking about? Weren't they struggling just now?

Why are they calm and not attacking?

Suddenly, an aura stronger than mine engulfed the battlefield as an angry yet cold voice came out of nowhere.

"Hmp, lowly human, I was merely standing aside on the sidelines watching as you make a pathetic last effort to save yourself from certain death. But now that you insulted my fellow snowmen, I can no longer stand aside as you also insult me and those who came before us!"

The goon system was also caught by surprise.

In the Gu world, the strong rule over the weak, Gu masters trample on the mortals, Gu Immortals trample on Gu masters, and Venerables trample over Gu immortals.

Earlier, I was in triumph and was sure of victory until the tides of the battle instantly turned.

I was a fox preying on hens, happily trampling over the weak as I tore them to pieces.

Saying so, the Goon System gave me aspiration, my mind was panicking but my heart started to calm.

The elder snowman seemed to have noticed and its expression turned dark.

"Oh? It seems you have a trump card against me. You lowly human, come, show me what you got!"

The elder snowman's body started emitting chilly smoke, his hands became long and transformed into sharp icicles resembling a rough and sharp samurai.

[It seems like this snowman supreme elder has a defensive and offensive killer move from Ice Path. I'm assuming he has at least master-level attainment in Ice Path!]

[thankfully, the Goon path counters all other Paths, even Kill Path and Rizz Path. Now, use the 'Dragoon twin killer move" it has both offense and defense. It might not be this snowman's match but with Goon Zone's help we can drag this fight until he loses all his primeval essence.]

The instructions were clear and I had the Gu worms, the system also helped me activate the killer move.

I exclaimed as a Gooey white substance formed on my back as if they were the wings of a dragon.

The snowmen focused their gazes on me as the wings transformed, some were laughing as if they were seeing me make a laughing stock out of myself.

"Heh, that killer move looks like a peak killer move for rank 4, I can see its offensive and defensive qualities, but do you think that's enough to battle toe to toe with me? You're looking down on me!"

The supreme elder of the snowmen started running, using his long samurai-like icicle arms as an extra pair of legs.

"Supreme elder kill this insolent human!"

"Kill, kill, kill!!!"

The snowmen population cheered as the elder snowman rushed, his face filled with burning hatred.

[We can't win, not until we drag this on long enough until he loses his primeval essence.]

[With my help We will be able to drag this on by efficiently using the Gu house while attacking and retreating inside it.]

My panicking mind started to calm down, and my heart was filled with hope.

"That's right, I was chosen to be the successor of the only Venerable to ever reach rank Twelve! What was thought to be impossible was achieved by him, as his successor, I can't fail his expectations!"

Hearing those words, my mind was eased and my morale was reaching an all-time high as I cheered myself on internally.

Time seemed to slow down as the snowman got nearer and nearer, my mind was shifting at rapid speeds and malicious thoughts came and went.

"You snowman scum don't know what's good for you!! Die!!"

Qingmao Mountain, right in this now desolate land that was once a lush forest with lots of vegetation, a rank four and a rank five Gu Master is about to collide!
