2. Hunting Rabbits

mike looked down onto the dead rabbit and it slowly started melting into the ground only leaving a long curved blade made from a claw and rabbit fur. mike looked down on this stuff in disgust untill he shook himself out of it.

"system how do I use the inventory feature?" asked mike.

*ding* "it is simple. the host has to grab the itams and think of them going into his inventory. and the same way around" said the system

mike looked down and shook off the heebie-jeebies as he picked up the claw and the rabbit pelt. he then imagined them going into a inventory slot like in a video game. he heard a click and then nothing

*ding* system points can be traded in for itams or skills ranking from F- to SSS+ some of these itams may also cost gold. as for gold it can be transferred to a local currency at a conversion rate of 1:100 meaning the host has 1000 in currently.

Mike's eyes widened as he had never had 1000 us dollars before and he couldn't believe it.

"ding* the host is incorrect. he has 1000 in hemlock currency.

"oh yeah" said mike. well I guess I can hunt some more rabbits untill I get my new body." said mike while looking for some rabbits.

"hey system when will I get my body?" mike questioned.

*ding* the host already has a body but it was asleep so he has been transferred to his mind doungen. would the host like to force wake.

mike gave it some thought but eventually pressed no on the menu. it than dissolved.

if he was in a new world he needed all the money he could get

" system this is the last question before I go hunting. what is cultivation and how do I do it.

*ding* "cultivation is a process which a person will improve themselves physically or internally. one could do this by mediation or working out. both of which are very slow. so humans have made their own ways to cultivate." the system informed mike.

mike ingested this knowledge and then was on the lookout of rabbits. after he looked for around 5 minutes he found two very close together. mike then walked close enough to the rabbits to see there status

mike looked at the rabbits then grinned. but before he attacked them he asked the system something

"why am I able to kill them in one hit if my strength in only 15." asked mike

*ding* "the rabbit you killed had 60 health and the first hit will always do more damage." informed the system.

knowing this mike looked at the rabbits and geared him self with the rabbit claw from his inventory not using his pelt because he was yet to know it's use. while holding the claw he felt himself get stronger and felt super powerfully. looking at the claw a +5 strength rank F- appeared.

mike smiled as he ran head first to the rabbits. when he got close enough the rabbits head snapped to look at him like the other time and they rushed in as well. soon mike got close enough to attack. he sliced at the neck of the weaker rabbit and a 80dmg appeared above it's head along with a bleeding affect that took 50 DMG every 10 seconds.

while mike looked at this the strongest rabbit sliced at his chest. the rabbits claw dug deep into mike as mike howled in pain he saw a - 60 hp in his vision. he jumped back as the weaker rabbit died from blood loss he saw a + 20 XP over it's body. mike then switched his attention to the bigger rabbit that was running twords him. mike sliced for the neck again but the rabbit blocked it and only took 20dmg.

mike knew that with the amount of DMG he did that he would have to hit it 5 more times with being hit again. mike then saw a -20 hp from bleeding. mike was furious as he ran up to the bigger rabbit, dodged a attack to the side and stabbed at its face. this time mike saw a 40dmg sign. mike then tryed to right hook the rabbit but it dodged and swung at Mike's arm. mike just barely got kit only taking -10hp.

mike ran twords again this time he let the rabbit swing at him and he ducked and jumped up while slicing the rabbits body all the way up. he saw a 80dmg sign and the body of the rabbit flopped to the floor.

mike looked at the rabbit dissolving into the floor and to the spot where the other rabbit died. mike saw that only one rabbit dropped a pelt but both dropped a claw. mike then took everything in his hand and placed it into his inventory. mike winced from pain but tryed to ignore the fire he felt on his chest

"system how do I stop the bleeding and heal?" mike said in a hurried voice

*ding* the host will need to buy a F- healing potion but he currently doesn't have enough system points or gold.

mike got a worried expression before he started pacing. he had just got reincarnated and she was already about to die before he even woke up.

mike tore his shirt off and trued to apply it like a tourniquet to his open the wound and waited to see if it would work.
