Ch. 181 Bounty Hunter

' A spider emblem.' I stroked the wall with a spider painted onto it as I scanned the surroundings.

' They should be around here somewhere...' I looked around as I checked the alley.

As soon as I entered the alleyway, I was surrounded by cats.

Screeehhh!!

They hissed as I held my hands up.

" Whoops, sorry I trespassed into your territory, but I'm in need of your help." I spoke as I lifted my hood to reveal Mt cat ears.

Meow!!

Eri meowed as she revealed herself.

Meow!

A black cat replied who seemed to be the leader of this gang of cats.

" Wonder to hear, I want to find someone who has a tattoo just like that spider painting." I pointed at the painting behind me as the cat looked behind me before nodding.

Meow.

The car meowed before walking away.

" Following you." I replied as I followed the black cat.

We walked a step before the cat stopped in front of the back door of a club.

" So here huh, thank you, and please take these for your assistance."

I gave the cat a fish that I caught from the Greek Era.

Meow!!

" Ah, that's right, how could I forget your brothers and sisters." I took a few more out as the cats took them and left.

" Well them let's enter, shall we?" I entered the back door as a gaurd noticed me.

" Huh? A kid? Oi, no kids allowe–guhhh!" Before he could finish, I plunged the hidden blade under his chin as he fell to the ground once o sheathed it.

Thud! The body dropped as I continued.

The sounds of muffled music entered my ears as I made my way through the building.

' Techno, haven't heard that in a long time.' I smiled as I approached a gaurd from behind.

I kicked his knee before plunging the hidden blade inside his skull.

I sheathed a hidden blade and pushed the dead guard away.

I entered a hallway illuminated by red lights as I saw two gaurds approach.

Taking out a kunai, I threw it at one of the gaurds neck before rushing in and jumping onto the second one as I plunged the hidden blade into his eye socket.

I took my kunai back and wiped the blood off on the dead gaurds clothes.

I frowned and looked back at the kunai.

' An old habit of mine, thought I gotten rid of this.' I sighed as I purified the kunai and put it back inside my kunai pouch.

I scanned the hallway or listened for any footsteps that might be approaching.

' Clear.' I thought as I moved swiftly through the red hallways.

' More red lights.' I peeked my head to see another red hallway.

' Who designed this shit?' I thought as I walked through the hallway.

It was like a maze, and the red lights were hurting my eyes. If it weren't for the sunglasses, I'm sure I would've gotten a headache.

' The gaurds must be psychopaths to work like this. In fact, I might be doing them a favor by putting them out for their misery!'

' If there are patrols which there usually are, then they should've found the bodies about now.' I thought as I saw a group of gaurds turn the corner.

" Called it." I pivoted my foot to walk the other, but it proved to be useless.

" Oi! Kid!" A man shouted as he approached.

' Guess I'll have to use my strongest technique...'

I grabbed Eri from my robes as I turned around and threw her intot he man's face.

" Cat jutsu!!" I shouted as I unsheathed my hidden blade.

" Gaahhhhh!!" The man with Wri on his gave screamed as I plunged the hidden blade inside another man's knee before he could react.

And before he screamed, i gripped his mouth as he was kneeled in front of me.

" Shhhh!"

Shlkkk!

The hidden blade was stabbed into his throat as I pushed him to the side to block a gunshot.

Bang!

' A gun!' In a split-second, I was already informed of the man with a gun and grabbed it from him before shooting the guy in the knee and pulling the trigger when I aimed the muzzle at his head

Bang! Bang!

" Ah." I looked at the gun with widen eyes as I realized my body took control from memory.

I blinked a few times as I sidestepped an attack and used my feet to trip the guard and shoot his head.

Bang!

I grabbed the second man's punch and put the guns muzzle under his chin.

" Too slow idiot."

Bang!

Thud

I looked at the man with a blood leaking down his chin and head.

' Man, this feels weird.' I observed the pistol before shooting the knee of the guard that has Eri on his face.

Bang!

Eri, seeing her prey being crippled stopped and licked her paws to clean the blood from her fur.

" Ahh...ahhhh!!" The pain settled in for the gaurd as I grabbed his hair from behind.

" Now... be a good dog and show where your boss is at." I spoke using genjutsu and word magic.

" Ye–yes!" The man replied through a painful voice.

I nodded as I pulled the man to his feet and kicked him.

" Go." I commaned as the man started limping through the red hallway.

I was led to a white hallway.

" Finally, something different." I muttered as the man's blood stained the white floor.

" He–here..."

Bang!

I shot the man as I tried to open the room.

' It's locked.' I thought as I applied more force into the door as I focused my strength at the hinges.

Clank!

The hinges fell off as I kicked the door open.

" Wh-what!!??"

" Shit!?"

" What the fuck!!?"

Bang bang bang!!

I looked at the gun before tossing it away as I realized the clip was empty.

I took my kunais and threw them to the rest except the boss who looked the most important in the room.

" Who–who are you!!" He shouted as he tried to stab me with a knife.

I caught it with my left hand as I tried to attack my right side.

" Eh, just updating my resume." I shrugged as I dragged him across his desk.

" Now, tike to make you my first target." I spoke as I threw a sheet of paper.

" Wanted, dead, or alive. William." I chuckled.

" N-no! No nooo!!!" He shouted as I dragged him across the floor.

He tried to get up but failed as I threw a few kunai into his legs and tendons.

" Ah! Ahhhh!!"

" Hahaha!! We're gonna have a fun time!! Hahaha!!!"

I could hear the Techno music getting louder with every step I took as I dragged the man.

I kicked the doors open to the balcony of the DJ and threw William over with a steel wire before also jumping over the railing and landing in the crowd.

I turned back to see William hanging by the neck as I took a picture with my scroll for my completion for my bounty.

' A Shinobi, a knight of the round table, a magic knight, a Greek hero, and now a bounty hunter.' I chuckled to myself as I escaped the club.

" He-he's running away!!" Someone shouted, but no one stood in my way as they cleared a way for me.

They were afraid after all, and I'm sure I would break a bone if they tried something.
