Layla smiled at Clara's words she called her ' her daughter' and wants to spoil her " don't worry we will be home soon" Clara said and ended the call " don't mind him darling he is just worried " she said to Layla

When they got home they met the stylist Nathan calls waiting for them in the living room Nathan and David were upstairs getting ready while Lisa ( David's sister) was having snacks in the kitchen. When Fred saw the two madam's he greeted them and signalled to a maid to take them up to their rooms.

"Madam and little miss these are the stylist that are to serve you they will be directed to your rooms while you take a shower".Clara smiled in satisfaction and asked " Did any order arrive here earlier today "

"yes there were two boxes from T and D" he replied

Clara gave a curt nod and headed upstairs with Layla and the two went to get ready while doing that the stylist were directed towards their room . They both got ready for the ball Nathan had been ready and was told by Fred that they had gotten home Clara was the first to finish so she decided to go to Layla's room instead of going down .

When she entered she was surprised by how beautiful her daughter had become she was sure Nathan was going to be dumbfounded when he sees her .The stylist greeted her and continued with their work when they were done with Layla they turned her around to reveal the goddess of beauty their own creation .The stylist were proud of themselves Clara couldn't believe her eyes yes Layla was a natural beauty but this was a different style and she couldn't help the tear that rolled down her cheek.

Layla was nervous as to how she looked and frowned a little when she saw a tear roll down Clara's cheek "mom what's wrong why a you crying " she said moving closer to her Clara didn't even notice the tear all her focus was on her beautiful Layla. She smiled and held her hands "darling I'm fine I'm just so happy to be blessed with you I couldn't ask anything more "

"oh mom same here and I want you to know that I love you so much" Layla said .the stylist were touched by the drama unfolding between the duo.

"ok sweetie come on they are already waiting for us" with that Clara and Layla left the room

Meanwhile downstairs Nathan was pacing up and down at the foot of the stairs ,Lisa was taking pictures and videos of herself while David was just sipping his orange juice. And trying to talk some sense into Nathan to calm down.

"Fred go up there I don't want to know if they are ready or not just go there and drag them down here, I want to see them both" Nathan said after some minutes. Fred hurried up the stairs b'cause he knew how Nathan doesn't like to wait .By the time he got to the top he stopped in his tracks and was bewildered by the beauty that was walking beside Clara with that he took slow steps back down the stairs.

David who had watched the old man go up was surprised by this reaction he signalled to Nathan and it made him irritated "Fred what's wrong I thought I told you to go get them " with that Fred missed the next step and ended up rolling down the stairs David immediately got up to check on him but the man had look as if he had just seen a ghost and as he looked up he saw the most beautiful lady he had ever seen and her smile could light a thousand rooms ' who was she and where was Layla' he thought .

Nathan and Lisa saw his reaction and looked up Lisa was stunned to see the lady beside Clara while Nathan found his legs taking him to the foot of the stairs he dumbstruck and didn't even know what he could use to compliment or describe how gorgeous and extraordinary she looked .She looked just like a goddess'his goddess,she was his ' and he was happy .

Clara was happy with the reaction she got from everyone including the maids while Layla was nervous about it. She and Clara took their time to go down the stairs by now Fred was on his feet and Lisa was at the foot of the stairs just like the men everyone even the maids stopped what they were doing and their jaws dropped on how beautiful the little miss was .

When they were a step to the where they stood David , Nathan and Fred had their hands stretched out to receive the ladies and Clara didn't expect less but Layla wasn't used to this .By now they could all see that the goddess they saw some seconds ago was Layla Fred bowed to both ladies and the duo nodded and smiled.

Clara placed her hand in David's and he kissed her knuckles and helped her down the remaining steps. Nathan took a step closer to Layla and took her hands in his kissing her knuckles up to her wrist and she blushed at the action looking everywhere but his face .

Nathan looked at her and saw she was blushing and he smiled " Layla look at me " she was a little bit hesitant but did it when their eyes locked she could see all the emotions in it ' love, admiration, appraisal, satisfaction, happiness,pride ' and she smiled even more .Clara ,Fred ,Lisa,David and the maids watched them .

Nathan moved the lock of hair that obstructed him from seeing her beautiful blue eyes and he was lost in them " you look drop dead gorgeous " he told her and she blushed the more he lowered his head and kissed her forehead and her cheeks and with that she felt hot all over due to his hot breath that fanned her.

"Thank you" she muttered and also gave him a kiss on his cheeks . Nathan was surprised by this little act .

Lisa had to speak up to get the couple out of the lovey dicey moment"hi, I'm Lisa David's sister she introduced herself with that her brother nudged her .That got Layla's attention and she looked at the pretty lady beside David she had big round emerald eyes and she looked amazing with the black dress she had on .

"hi there I'm Layla , Layla Andrews it's nice meeting you" she replied
