chapter 8 ~wake up to regret

Isaac pov

I wake up in a strange place with white walls and incredible amount of pain. Everything's fuzzy in my head I'm trying to remember what happened. Then like a light bulb everything came hitting me back as fast causing my head to hurt. My dad Wolf's mind hurting Alex and Ace not being able to watch my little sister hope grow.

All because of that evil man I call his father. I remember all the tourist things me and my father to Alex even though I wasn't in my right mind because of the wolf's mind it still hurts doing I did that to her. I've always loved Alex and Ace I have a little sister I never really met properly. It's like the day of the first time my father dosed me with a wolf's mind just happened yesterday it's so fresh in my mind.

~Flash back~

It has been hours of hearing Alex scream as our father wiped her for just getting into the cookie jar. I could hear Ace begging and screaming for him to stop. I wish you would all stop they don't deserve this Alex was only 13 and pour Ace is only 15 he should have to watch 13-year-old sister get whipped by our father over and over again just for getting into a cookie jar.

She wasn't her it was Ace can't stand it anymore and one more year I'll be 16 and challenge my father I'm getting sick and tired of hearing all the pain he's causing my siblings one day I'll stop it all. Would feel like hours Alex had finally stopped screaming but I could still hear it and my head echoing around and around my head.

I see Ace carrying Alex up the stairs to the basement. He had tear stains all over his face I didn't even see a slap mark on his right cheek no doubt for my father for yelling at him to stop hurting Alex. Ace has always been protective Alex. When Ace saw me he run right to me. Isaac you got to do something she is starting to give up. Ace says.

Im trying little bro just go get her taken care of while I go deal with our father. I tell Ace he runs to his bedroom that he shares with Alex. I walk up to my dads office. I walk into the office to find my father doing something with a plant the plant looks very familiar but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Need to stop treating Alex and Ace that way one more time and I'm done I don't even want to be off of this pack it it can go to Ace or Alex. I don't want to be the alpha can you get that in your mind so stop treating them like crap and slaves. cuz one day they could be the alpha. I yell at my father.

He looks at me with disgust and anger evident in his eyes. Don't speak to me like that you are the firstborn meaning you will be the alpha if you like it or not. As for Ace and Alex they are no fit to be alpha blood they will just help with alliances with other packs by marrying them off to one of their children. My father yells at me as he throws a vase on the floor.

Then I see him coming towards me with the plant that I now realize is wolfs mind.

~End of flash back~

It's crazy how my life changed just for standing up for my siblings. I've done awful things to them heck Ace ran away. There was a time I actually woke up from the wolf's minds influence I even wrote a letter to Alex in that time. I just hope one day they'll be able to forgive me. Well at least Alex no one knows where Ace is. Hopefully one day we'll find our lost brother.

Even after waking up I can't remember what quite happened before I blocked out. I sit there trying to concentrate and think and then it just clicks. Alex is a true alpha chosen by the moon goddess and she demoted me to Omega and she's finally put our father where he belongs. And then I was brought to the hospital well pack hospital by the head warrior Chris.

From what I gather they removed the wolf's mind from my system. Meaning I'm free from my father wich means that me and my family can be happy. I look around the room it's the basic hospital room white walls and some painting of flowers. I try to lift my arms but can't because my arms and legs are strapped to the hospital bed.

I lay my head down and close my eyes because I feel a headache coming on. I hear the door slowly open I lift my head up and open my eyes to see a woman in a lab coat that I recognize as Doctor Paige. I see you are up I will get the alpha right now. Paige says. I see her eyes cloud over mind linking.

I start to hum twinkle twinkle Little Star. Soon she was done mind linking. The alpha wants me to tell you that she will be here in a minute. Dr page says to me. I just not in my head and go on trying to rest. I dropped off to sleep wondering what will my dear sister do with me for all the bad things I did even though I was mind controlled.

I wake up to hushed whispers. I opened my eyes and look around. I don't find anybody in the room so I figured they're outside the door. I closed my eyes again and pretend to be asleep as I hear the door open. I was hit with the smell of roses and chocolate. Which is the natural scent of my sister Alex.

The female wolves have a like sweet but chocolate he sent so it's usually paired with some type of candy and flour. Male wolves have the scent of woods and rain. That's how you can tell if there's a female or male wolf in your presence. But this is all different when it comes to your mate your mate sent is something you usually enjoy smelling say I liked cinnamon rolls and the scent of them then my mate sent percent that my mate smells like will be cinnamon.

I look up to see my sister with a glare ooh it's never good when she's giving you that glare. I looked at my hands because well I'm in deep in trouble like dude I know it was mind-controlled but still I did those awful things. All of a sudden I feel hands around me and the rose and chocolate scent engulf me. Letting me know my sister is hugging me.

Forget you for all the bad things you've done this is our little sister hope and this is my best friend Ava. She says with a humongous smile. I look over to see my sister well little sister she's so adorable she looks like Alex. I can't believe that's our sister not my niece. I say with a laugh.

As the rest of the day goes on we talk about the things that I've missed in their lives. I'm glad to be back and can't wait to continue to be the amazing brother I used to be.

Hey guys sorry the chapter short but I was trying to get this updated as soon as I could so I hope you guys enjoyed having a little bit of Isaac's POV for once of course you're going to go back to seeing hope and Alex's point of view and there may be a hint of someone else's point of views I'm trying to make it a variety of povs so you guys are probably like how did this change so fast and like where is all the other stuff that is in the warning type at the beginning of the book well more of it's coming and that's why there is the warning I'm not going to spill too much but it is coming further down in the book all right
