Ch-16 Weird maid

'Why is it kept in the bathroom? Shouldn't it be better to just keep it in my cultivation room so that I can absorb more during the absorption process.' Yuze thought.

He quickly possessed his Martial soul and the whole cauldron started to submerge in its shadow and reappeared in Yuze's cultivation room.

Then Yuze jumped into the cauldron filled with purple blue medicine liquid and started running his cultivation technique.

All the pores over his body opened and started sucking in the medicine liquid and spirit power like crazy.

'Even if i'm using such an advanced cultivation technique the absorption rate of the medicine is still slow because of how unrefined this medicine is.

Medicine refining is really primitive in Douluo Dalu even though it is based on the wuxia world. And the author just diverted the series into a science fiction after the first part of the story. Honestly it seems he didn't utilise the awesome power system he came up with to its full glory.

Now that I'm here I gotta change that. If I bring alchemy, arrays and spiritual tool creation into this world it'll divert the development of Douluo Dalu as a whole and change the plot. It'll even provide me with a base to build my empire upon.

People are power hungry so if I give them a taste of new power beyond what they can ever imagine they'll join me easily.

With array formations and spiritual tools even people with little soul power and not so good martial soul can output a huge amount of power. Even support system soul masters can attack and cause a significant amount of damage with this means. It'll truly bring a revolution to the world if they're introduced in the mainland.

All I need are quests that'll provide me with the rewards.' Yuze thought.

Time quickly passed away, it was already late at night when Yuze completed absorbing all the medical liquid.

'uhh what is this disgusting smell.' Yuze thought as he opened his eyes.

His whole body was covered in back muky tar like sticky liquid that smelled horribly bad.

'uhh this is why it was kept in the bathroom eww' he quickly used his shadow manipulation to get to the bathroom and jumped in the pool.

After an hour of trying he finally got rid of all the smelly stuff. He quickly ran out of the washroom and got dressed up. Then again used shadow manipulation to move out of his room and approached the maids quarters.

Lily, a girl of about 16 years old, is a maid in training. She woke up in the middle of the night to drink some water.

She approached the water pot to fill up a glass of water. As she was doing so she saw her shadow move and stretch, even in the dark she could see her shadow moving even though she stood still. Her hands started to shake, she felt as if someone was emerging from her shadow.

Being too afraid to even turn around she stood still and suddenly felt a cold hand resting on her right shoulder.

"Hey" she heard a ghostly voice speak .

Her whole body started to shake like crazy. She slowly looked at the hand resting on her shoulder, it was pale white in colour.

'no..noo human can have hands so cold and pale like it never saw the light of the day.' Her mind was going crazy and her thoughts went haywire.

'I knew something was wrong in this place, why did mummy have to make me work here too, am…am not even paid enough for this' her eyes started to get watery.

Suddenly the hand moved and went towards her face and stopped on her forehead.

'is it gonna make me under its control by doing magic on my head and make me…do.. weird stuff.. ahhh' she thought.

And she again heard the ghostly voice speak.

"Hey girl you don't have a cold then why are you shaking"

" Uhh what ?? Cold? " she was confused and she gathered enough courage to turn back but all she saw was a pair of amethyst blue eyes staring at her.

"AHHHHHHHH"

~ SHATTER ~

She started shouting at the top of her voice.

The glass from her hands slipped onto the floor and shattered into million pieces.

"This ghost is trying to make me under his control and make me do weird stuff AHHHH someone save me" she continued shouting at the top of her voice and started speaking nonsense.

'Is this bitch retarded or something ? Why is she making a sound like the alarm clock from my old world. This is so annoying to hear' Yuze thought.

"I'm not a ghost, listen to me." Yuze tried to speak to her but she didn't listen and just continued to scream.

"AHHHH"

As she continued to scream, Yuze's patience ran low and he

~ SLAP ~

A loud slapping noise was heard and then suddenly the screaming stopped.

The lights started to turn on and the head made followed by her two accomplices came running down the hallway.

As they approached the source of the sound they saw Lily on the floor holding one of her cheeks and sobbing and a boy with black hair standing in front of her.

They approached the boy and bowed.

"What led to your presence here young master. Do you need anything from us ? "

" what? young master ? So he's not a ghost who was trying to control me and make me do weird stuff?? " Lily asked with a confused face.

" Of Course not, I'm here cause I need my room cleaned as it smells really bad because I just refined my body out of impurities. So I called you but you wouldn't listen and started to scream. " Yuze said, clearly annoyed.

" Who approaches a young beautiful girl in the middle of the night and in the dark if they don't want to do weird stuff to her huh" She said white pouting.

"A beautiful young girl? Where I can't see her ? " Yuze said, pretending to look around the hallway.

"Me meeee I'm right here you menie." She shouted.

" I'm just six years old. I won't do those "weird stuff" you were talking about, so get your mind out of the gutter. " Yuze said in an angry voice.

"Young master, please forgive her. As you can see, she isn't the sharpest tool in the box." The head maid said softly.

"Hey you granny you're all just bones, don't look down on me I'm super beautiful I know it cause my mom said I was beautiful Hummhh" she said with an annoyed tone.

" Yes yes you're beautiful now go to sleep it's too late for a kid like you to stay awake" Yuze said, teasing her.

" Hey Hey don't call me a kid you're the only one who's a kid here" said Lily, but as she did so the other two maids covered her lips, held her hand and dragged her upstairs into her quarter.

"Umm um ummmmmm" she tried to speak but being unable to make any sound she stopped struggling after sometime and accepted her fate.

The head maid bowed and again apologised

"Young master, I'm extremely sorry for whatever she said. Please forgive her on my behalf."

" Okay forgiven, but she is a soul master right? " Yuze asked.

" Yes, young master " the head maid replied.

" What is her Martial soul and innate soul power ? " Yuze asked.

" Her Martial soul is a little weird, it's just black fog and her innate soul power seems to be 3, Young master " the maid replied.

' black fog huh, interesting '
