Rebirth vs. Reincarnation

TRUCK-KUN!!!!!" I screamed as she leaped into my arms, screaming 'bubba' into my ears with a smile.

Patting my little sister's lovely head, I chuckled, " What are you doing here? And where—"

"PAPA!!!!" The two dragons Arknaons and Ty screamed, leaping into our embrace, snuggling up on my left and right cheek.

Fluttering me with kisses, the three little girls all stared at me with smiles as they leaped out of my embrace, placing their arms over their waist, thinking they were big kids.

"What are you little brats doing here? Every time I look for you, I hear you're traveling." I said, directing my attention towards the two little dragons.

"That's my fault, Big-Big Broda. I took 'em away. Truck-kun was bored. Flama is such a bore." She said, causing my mind to flashback to the first time I saw Flama and then the second.

It had been so long. Form dead mortal to God, what a ride it's been.

"I hear you spoke to the Big Guy in the skies; how was he?" I curiously inquired.

"Big-Big Papa was awesome! So was mama Tia!"

Tia? As in Tiamat? Damn, I want to see her too. I swear all the real fun happens in the higher planes. God, it feels so trapped here.

Hmmm? Interesting. I'm starting to feel more and more of the sins. I may need to make a chart to gauge the effects. But if my emotional state returns, I can narrow down the causes by a few steps.

Sending a long eye towards the stary eye Zanta as he stared at my two daughters, I narrowed my eyes, noticing the look he held. Not to mention the look he held towards my sister.

"Boy, the fuck you looking at?" I coldly snapped as several guards appeared one after the other. But that did little to stop Zanta from trembling.

"I-I-I," he stammered and looked down.

"The hell did I say about bowing your head! Arch it high, and look at me before I drive my foot so far up your ass, that your mother will sing your name!"

"BULLY!!!!" Truck-Kun uttered, leaping onto my head like a fairy, " Stop being so mean!"

"What are you doing here?" I inquired, rolling my eyes at the little lass, resting her chin lazily against my head.

"Big Broda, ask that I give your child my rebirth sutra. In case you don't know, my power is so strong that the One simply forced it into my bloodline to limit it to a specific group. In a way, I guess you could say I made a new Forsaken Clan.

Taken back, I lifted the little girl light as a tiny baby and stared at their prideful expression. "What? Impressed? Admit it! Truck-kun did good, didn't she? Truck-kun is the best worship me, bubba!"

"Gods, why are you still a loli? Your voice makes everything so chibi. I can't take you seriously."

"Correction, I'm a chibi! Not a loli! And Truck-kun doesn't like big bodies. It's so yuk!"

Rolling my eyes again, I shook my head, " What is this rebirth?" I couldn't help ask, as I could not believe that even the One had to take action personally.

"It's as it sounds. I am a God of Reincarnation, but before that, I was a God of Rebirth. While it might sound the same, rebirth is the simple fact of becoming born again, while reincarnation is an ordeal that means walking through politics and, honestly, a reincarnation pool. Somewhat like you did."

"They still sound the same to me."

Touching her small chin, she suddenly nodded as she thought about it again, " How about this. If you die, you enter the wheel of reincarnation; if I die, I will be perfectly resurrected with one hundred percent of my power."

"So you can never die?!"

"Impressed? That's right! Truck-Kun is the most unkillable entity in the known Myriad Heaven. Even sealed, I am immortal! Even If you kill me with the strongest of Intent, I will just be reborn and get a new soul, a new flesh, and a new mind. Everything about me will be reborn."

Releasing a burst of evil laughter akin to a villain, Truck-kun flashed me an enchanting grin, " hehe, bubba's face looks so stupid!

What's stupid is that ridiculous power! How is it possible that such a thing exists?

Lilith's time travel ability was retarded, but this is equally ridiculous.

"So can you rebirth from anything? Like a tiny cut?"

She nodded.

"What about soul poisoning? Or Lilith's ability to time travel?"

She nodded once again, "Well, maybe if Lili went back far enough, but that era is time locked by the One and Zariel. You cannot get in unless you can manipulate the weave like Zariel or the One."

So that's her ridiculous ability.

"But I can only give it to one child, as per the order of the One," She explained, a little disappointed.

"Which one will it be?" I asked, watching the little devil's face turn into a naughty one.

"I no tell!"

"Yeah, Papa don't need to know!" Said Ty giving my cheek a quick peck.

"Arkanos won't tell either! But Arkanos will get what she wants!"

Dear, God, I fear for the future. First, these two visited the most powerful being in our conceivable existence, refuse to tell me why, and now they tell me they have plans. And it seems my Lil Sis is enabling them. I swear she's going to spoil my chibi's. And that's my job!

Clearing my throat, I shook my head, " So why are you here now? Or are you just visiting?"

"Oh, I forgot. I came to tell you about Mithra. And the Descendents of Sol and Pendragon.' She warned, " As you are the Monarch of Noctem, I needn't tell you the power that the Knights of Luna possess. They're so powerful they rival the woman you saw. And that's only one of them."

"Wait, you're saying it's not just one but an entire clan that's so powerful?" I hurriedly inquired.

"Yup, but the woman you saw. She is Mithra's First Acolyte."

"Eh? What does that mean?"

"It means that Avatars don't take on disciples, Bubba. They are not even supposed to take part in worldly affairs like Lili."
