Zack stepped towards Max with a furious expression on his face ," What the hell ! How do you know my sister , and why is she running from you ?!" Zack was now shaking with anger . Max put his hands in the air as if he was surrendering ," I don't know but I have to go after her ." Zacks claws started ripping through his finget tips poking Max in the chest ," You are not going anywhere near Annistasia !" A low growl erupted out of the pit of Maxs stomach ," I am you alfa ! I do not take orders from you ! She is my mate ! Mine! If you try to stop me I will rip you appart !" Max was ready to shift at any moment he had to get to his mate . Zack looked taken back by Max calling Anna his mate .

Christina who was standing behind Zack was now clutching Zacks arm trying to make him look at her ," Zack , son let him go . He is you alfa , if Annistasia is his mate you cannot stop him . " With that Max raced out the door decending the stairs like he was flying .Stopping outside the door he lifted his head to sniff the air . Her scent was faint , but was just enough to know that she was headed to the main road .

Anna was half way down the dirt road when she heared what sounded like a dog whinning .Stopping she turned around to see Max shifting into his wolf .What was happening ? This is not real ! The wolf was gray , just like the wolf that had protected her . Why would the wolf protect her ? Anna couldn't move to run away from the wold that was now running straight for her .If anything it felt like something inside of her was pulling her towards the wolf .

Max was feet from Anna . He had slowed down significatly .Before she could even blink an eye , Max shifted from his wolf back to human form .Standing infront of her now was a completely naked Max . He showed to have no care or simpally had not realized .Max stepped closer causing Anna to step back .Max whinned ," You are mine !" Anna could feel every hair stand up on her body .Shakely responding ," What do you want from me ?" Max eyes saddened ," Mate , you are my mate , and I am yours ." Anna felt a warmth envelop her body she closed her eyes enjoying the feeling .When she opened her eyes to realize the naked Max was holding her wispering ," Mine ." in her ear .Anna tried to fight her feelings but they were to stong . She relaxed and allowed Max to scoop her into his strong arms while nibbling on her lower ear lobe .Max carried her off the path into the woods . There was another path that appeared . Anna hoped that the path would lead them back to the house where she had left Zack and Christina .Help .I need help she thought leaning her head against Maxs chest .As the warmth over took her body making her numb . Anna closed her eyes . From somewhere inside her body she heared an unfamiliar voice say ,"Mate ."
