They got to the palace and he took her to their room and dropped her on the bed. He tried to talk to her "ophelia listen Everytime I try to explain you always conclude that I am a bad person you won't even let me talk

"what do you want to say that she forced you to sleep with her I am not a fool"she shouted angrily,he had broken her heart just when she was beginning to like him she hated herself for ever feeling that way.

" I was already engaged to her before I married you"

"but you slept with her after you married me"she replied.

"Ophelia I was drunk I wasn't thinking straight"he said kneeling in front of her but she got up "tell this to the vultures excuse me"she said and entered her dressing room and shut the door behind her.

Diego sat down with his head in his hands this wasn't the way he wanted her to find out damn Rosie.

He got up and left the room,he was very angry and all he wanted was to kill.

Ophelia sat down on the floor and was just staring at it she couldn't believe what just happened. Just then she remembered what Rosie had said

"wait they got intimate the day before yesterday and today she is pregnant is that how fast vampires conceive"she asked herself

"I'll ask Maria she is a vampire she will surely know"she said and stood up. When she went outside she didn't see Diego in the room "he left well that is good for him"she hissed.

She went outside and instructed one of the maid to call Maria and she went back to the room and waited for her. Maria arrived and was surprised to see the princess was already back

"my princess you are back already"she asked

"yeah,I got tired so I decided to come back home"ophelia lied and pretended to yawn

"sorry my princess,also you sent for me what happened? Maria asked

"yes I did I just wanted to ask you something as per you are a vampire have a seat first"Ophelia said and Maria sat on the stool close to her

"my princess I am all ears"

"hmm Maria is it possible for a vampire lady to conceive 3 days after being intimate"ophelia asked.

"that is highly impossible princess, vampires are no different from humans or witches it takes 14days or maybe a month to conceive after being intimate"Maria replied.

"hmm Maria that is serious I thought vampires had fast rate of conceiving"Ophelia lied she didn't want Maria to know why she was asking

"hope there is no problem my princess? Maria asked

"no there is no problem,you can go back and continue your job and before you go please bring my food to the room I won't be coming down"Ophelia said.

"ok ma I'll go get it right away"Maria said and left the room.

"so Rosie is lying that means Diego is not the father of her unborn child"she said happily, "but still Diego shouldn't have slept with her anyways I am happy I found out the truth but I need to apologise to Diego I insulted him alot"she said she knew what he did was wrong but he didn't realize that Rosie was lying because of the guilt he was carrying.

Maria interrupted her and dropped the food on the table,she bowed and left the room. Ophey waited till Diego came back around 2am. He walked into the room and was surprised to see ophelia awake. "Diego you are back I have been waiting for you"she said and went to hug him.

"I must be dreaming"he said pinching his self.

"dreaming you are awake"she smiled.

Diego got a chair and sat down he couldn't believe what he was seeing,she was talking as if nothing had happened

"Ophelia I don't understand you didn't even want to see my face some hours ago but now you are hugging me"

"I know that what you did is wrong but I realized I have no right to question you"she replied.

Diego stood up and held her hands "I am sorry Ophelia I didn't know what happened"he said looking very sad.

"I forgive you but I want you to do me a favor"she said looking at him.

"what is that tell me I will do anything just tell me"he said.

"I want you to bring Rosie to this palace"she said looking at him. He let go of her hands he could not believe what he heard "are you out of your mind ophelia why would I do such a thing you are my wife how could you say such a thing"he said almost shouting

"Diego I know it hard but if she is carrying your heir and rimona or Jai find out they will kill her and the unborn baby"she replied.

"no I can't Grant you this wish"he said and went to sit on the bed how could he bring Rosie when the only woman he loved was Ophelia.

Ophelia walked up to him and sat down close to him "Diego please do this for me don't you want me to be happy"she said hugging him and placing her head on his back, he just couldn't say no to her

"fine I will bring her but if she tries anything stupid I will kill her"he said

"she wont,thank you very much come let's have dinner "she said and went to bring the food and they both ate and went to bed.
