(At the dagoba beach)

" So, All Might what do you want to ask? "

" Young man are you really quirkless? Do not lie to me. "

All might asked me with a intimidating vibe. Man.. he sure can be scary. While calming my emotions I answered,

"Yes"

" Young man why even though you are quirkless you tried to save that boy?" he asked with a much softer tone.

The important moment us here. I have to answer carefully.

" I-I don't know All Might. When I saw Bakugou suffering 'my body just moved on its own' "

[ All Might's P.O.V]

Since last month something in me was telling me to go to Musutafu. It was like my voice from the soul. After I came to this city the feeling gradually became stronger. Now ask I look at this boy the feeling became more stronger. OFA is acting weird. Is it indicating me that this boy might be the future successor of OFA.

After hearing the boys answer I am sure it must be him.

All Might seemed startled by my reaction and hurriedly said, " Young man it's me. It's my true form. "

"I know but LOOK", saying that he transformed in his muscular state and threw a punch to the sky, which generated massive amount of airwaves.

" OK. I believe you But how did you became like this."

" 3 years ago in a fight against a very powerful villain I lost half of my left lung and stomach and intestines were damaged." while saying tha he lifted the left side of his shirt showing a gruesome scar.

"Oh my god All Might. How are even walking let alone doing hero work. "

"Several operations saved me but as a result I became like this.I can only stay in my muscle form for only 4 and a half hour. The time is shortening day by day."

"So, that's why you are seen less and less everyday. But why are you telling me all this. You mean you barely know me."

"The reason I am telling you about this because young man I deem you worthy of inheriting my quirk"

"A-a-a ... quirk what do you mean?? How can I have your quirk???" I showed him a puzzled look.

Now time for some emotional drama to make me more believable. I showed a surprised faced while tears were dripping. I quickly wipe the tears and said in a trembling voice.

He understood I accepted his proposal. Suddenly he gained a sheepish look.

" We have been talking for so long but I don't even know your name. Also give me your contact information. "

"My name is Izuku Midoriya. I live 3 block away from here. Here...this is my contact info."

After I went home my mom was almost on the verge of tear. I told her that I have no injuries and I was in no danger. She reprimanded me but even than she was proud of me.

All might was in his skinny form. After exchanging greetings and pleasantries he started talking.

"Young midoriya, current one for all is very strong. So if you don't have the necessary physical requirements your limbs will blow up. So, can you just be in your boxers so that I can examine you."

After All Might was done examining my body he was quite surprised by my good physic and firmness of my muscles.

"Young Midoriya your physical fitness is very good. Now look over there. Dagoba beach was used to be a tourists attraction point. But because of the changing current and illegal dumping this place has became nothing but a scrapyard. Your Goal is to move as much scraps as possible to the truck over there."

"OH MY GOSH!! Young Midoriya, you were not bragging when you said your body is strong. Your physical fitness is very good that means you may be able to control a very good percentage of OFA from the start."

I gave him a deadpan look.

" Did you really thought I was bragging..."
