The Foundation and Hero Society

The world of quirks was something entirely different from the world Oki was from. The world of quirks had some things that weren't possible in the former world, and also... things that were in the former world of Oki were also missing in this world.

Quirks had a major impact on society, so big that everything went out of control. At first, the people who possessed the quirks were only one out of thousands, but the numbers soon started to change at an alarming rate. The ratio of 1:1000 became 1:10 ( Quirks: Normal ), and this mathematic representation scared governments, dictators, the military and the last and the worst of all the society.

Ordinary people started discriminating due to fear of the unknown as it was human nature to fear something mysterious, and it is always true. This discrimination soon started to destroy the very basic building blocks of society. The discrimination went so far as to the point where even a mother would kill a child who showed signs of a quirk. In short, it became something horrible. The chaos caused by the breaking of the structure of society brought many who wanted everything to themselves. Thus those who possessed quirks started to round up under different causes.

Some wanted everything under their foot, some wanted to stop the discrimination, some wanted to build the society back to the original, some wanted to ... stop the chaos itself.

At first, there was nothing but talk, and it was only at first as it soon became a blood bath. The clash of different ideals and refusing the truth in front of them was the cause of this. Seeing this, few started to step up and stop the bloodshed but didn't want to involve themselves in politics. These people soon used their quirks to stop evildoers and also to protect innocents.

These people soon came to be known as ' Hero ' / ' Heroes '. The emergence of heroes started to quell down the chaos, albeit slowly. Soon the discrimination was put off, governments worked day and night to make new rules and regulations, and the one that is given the highest priority was the ' Hero Policy ', which soon changed to ' Hero License '.

The ' Hero License ' is something of an identity that you could use your quirk in the society, not all ' Hero License ' owners are heroes, but all the heroes should have hero license. To be precise, ' Hero License ' allows someone to have the power to use their quirk in public as the license is something given to people who can use their quirks to help, or the license owner has to control over his quirk that when in public if used it doesn't harm others.

Thus this is the origin of the ' Hero Society '.

But, there is nothing known as true peace. Wherever there is light, there will always be shadows to be found as well, when there is good, there will always be evil, and thus if there are heroes, there will be their counter opposites ... villains.

Heroes who use their quirks every day showing their powers also showed their weakness to the ones who wanted to kill them. These put heroes at a disadvantage against their well planed enemies.

It soon became to a point where the so called villains almost destroyed society. Thus soon,' Hero Programs ' started after the junior of high. But, this brought another problem to hide the weakness of the heroes quirks. This is where the costume department and technological department came into play.

At first, it was kicked aside as many heroes thought of these departments had no value as the title ' hero ' made them arrogant. But, it was only for a short time, and soon it changed.

The rise in these departments broke the villains and made the villains crawl back to the holes they arose from. But, it was never a permanent solution as few people started to make costumes for villains or sold already existing equipment in the black market, and this move brought a tie between the heroes and villains.

This tie lasted for a long time, and it seemed that it would always be a tie. But... ... ... A figure emerged during these periods. The figure had broad shoulders as if it was to say ' You can always lean on me ', the figure's smile made whoever the innocent see it have a calmness and at the same time whoever weren't had fear and fear only. The figure had something special around him that made people believe that this figure was something beyond their comprehension, but it was in a good way.

The figure soon started to make legendary achievements that even the world of quirks sounded absurd. ' Saving a thousand in half an hour ', ' Bringing the rain to 7 villages with just a punch ' ' punch enough to destroy a city '. These are only a few of his achievements, which made his mere presence strike fear into the heart of villains worldwide, as none can stand up to his massive power.

Soon, his hero name ' All Might ' was known to Americans and Japanese people and the whole earth. Ranked as the No.1 Hero of Japan billboard hero rankings and No.1 in worldwide famous Hero ranking. Due to his only, a few years of work at the U.S.A brought its crime rate to 25%, and the country Japan which he is protecting had a crime rate of 3%.

This census scared many, and the many are many to count.

These achievements and the pressure brought by his words and he himself to the villains also made others give him the title ' Symbol of Peace ' ( NOt demanding but out of respect people gave him ).

But... as there is a symbol for peace, there will also be a symbol for evil. The symbol of evil was so powerful that it looked like it was equal to the symbol of peace, but it wasn't. It never was. The symbol of evil representative was someone who was one of the people from the early quirk discrimination times. His foundations were so strong that not even something like a hero's plot armour would break this foundation, but, instead, the posser of plot armour to be never found after the encounter with the foundation of the ' Symbol of Evil '.

But... a problem soon arose for the symbol of evil. After living a life for more than a century, or two brought some complicated problems to his body. Even after stabilizing it, there will always be side effects. This weakened the ' Symbol of Evil ' to the level of ' Symbol of Peace ' albeit not so much as here the darkness was still stronger than light.

But soon... a fight that would change the lives of three people would come.

The fight that changes the lives of the ' Symbol of Peace ', the ' Symbol of Evil ' and - (A/N- Well... I ain't completing this. )

I thought of uploading a different chapter according to my schedule ( The Tech Tournament ) but decided not to at the last moment.
