"Nope, 'Will' here just different but yet similar to what you think, it could feeze weak-willed opponents with fear or with something else, but if you really had a high will to do something, trust me I would say even that so call Goku you think of would have a minimum of 5% decrease in his combat power."

(A/N)- Sorry for the short chapter.
I want to emphasize the new bond between Oki and Melo in this chapter. Also, I know many top items in the 'T.P.' shop have outrageous prices, and to own them, MC has to complete different types of tasks and not use his accumulated T.P.
