Jasmine couldn't finish her words when Derek turned to her. "I won't be the one to kill him."
Jasmine's eyes flickered, but even she couldn't find the heart to save that monster of a father who put the family before his own blood. He was the opposite of Derek, who would fight the world for his blood.
"Don't hurt yourself." Jasmine removed his mask, pecked his cheeks, and ruffled his head. "Be fast before the Supremes arrive."
