Chapter Eighty-Four

"What wrong with the mood Sharon?"

Jason asked,after he was standing so close to her.

"Nothing!come and seat here"she said, shifting a bit for him to sit beside her on the huge rock.

"Your eyes look glassy and teary, had a little friends fight?"

Jason asked,running his hands along her back to get her stable.

"I don't know how to put this,but what if I asked you to forget about Charlotte and move on."

She said sadly,she never wanted this but Charlotte was not the deserving girl she thought she was anymore;such a nice and cool guy like Jason doesn't deserve a girl like her.

She saw the dissatisfaction look on his face,he must have been Into her too much to let go;how does she explain the situation to him.

"I mean, just that Charlotte is..."

She paused in her words, and tears form in her eyes threatening to fall off anytime but she held them in.

She bit on a lower lips softly trying to calm herself down to speak,all this time Jason just kept mute and stare at her.

"She is not the girl we both know, she's a changed person now;she says she can kill me to be with Samael...."

She burst into tears again,unable to control them as they flow freely and willingly.

"Take."

Jason finally speak, passing a rose petal handkerchief to her.

"Don't cry,your tears is something I don't like to see."

He said, wiping her face with the handkerchief since she refuse to raise a hand.

"I know you love her, am sorry."she muttered softly.

"Why should you be sorry?it was Charlotte decision,you never made the choice for her."

"Don't worry about me i have forgotten about her instantly,it hurt though but I will get over it with time."

He said, masking up his pain as he Pat her gently on the back.

"Remember in our high school after we broke up because the both of us were poor and our blood group doesn't approve us,you weep for weeks and i wept for whole full month."

"But look at me now,still as close to you as ever, even after the two years wasted relationship."He chuckled at the memories of them from high school.

"I bet I would only be remorseful on it for a week not cry,cos we were never a thing to begin with."

She smiled at him,the memories were indeed blissful and painful.

"We got over that,and remained childhood best friends."she smile cutely at him.

"Since everyone is using this chances to start up a relationship,break bond; I think you should use this time to strengthen your bond."He said, placing the handkerchief on her palm.

"How?"

"Tell Aiden about that accident."

"No!He would never love me again if he hears about that."She said panicking a bit.

"You can't always tell his reaction."

He said, standing up and pull her up also.

"I have a question,if there ever comes a situation,where you have to save either me or Charlotte;who would you save!?"she asked anxiously.

"Don't ask,I pray that time never comes."
