Marvel's Copycat: Genesis of Power

The story has potential but the author butchers it by forgetting the timeline of events. At one point Tony Stark is a well known superhero and in another he's just building the suit. Which from a reading perspective isn't pleasant at all. If you could fix that then this story has potential to be a good fic.

MC is a simple guy. He's just there to comfort Tony Stark like his little girlfriend. There's no point in him having the ability to copy. ...... ....... ........... ............

This is a pretty good idea however the author keeps forgetting what has happened and it feels like we are reading the same 3-4 chapters in a loop with each time the chapters are slightly different. It's really frustrating and I hope it gets fixed soon

The more you read this the harder it becomes to read. The author forgets the sequence of events in the mcu, he forgets what he has written in the older chapters, and Mc doesn't do anything but worship Tony stark the entire novel. He can copy ANY ability but he is just worried about what Tony is doing. He gets blown up in a lab, eager to get back to work for Tony, has all these combat skills, still afraid of his own shadow. After he gets all these combat skills he is deathly afraid of a hot redhead? Especially since he is not supposed to know the true depths of her skills. The Mc shows no growth or potential and has no creativity to improve himself with. At some point it just feels like the author is writing the same chapters over and over again. All previous conversations are forgotten and he is reiterating the same thoughts and emotions. As it is right now I don't recommend reading this.

The premise is good, but the chapters seem disconnected, in one he was talking to Stark about his power, and in the next he doesn't return to the subject and talks about how Stane suspects him and wants his help to steal Stark technology. Other than that, MC can copy knowledge/talent from others but doesn't stop to think for 1 second about exposing this. Furthermore, the timeline is confusing, I don't know if it's AU or the author just forgot
