Starlet sat in the clinically white room trying to hide how nervous she was. She watched as her husband opened his mouth wide for the clinician. The doctor swabbed the inner side of Lucien's cheek with what looked to be a Q-tip and then placed it in a test tube and capped it. He wrote down something on a sticker, peeled it off and carefully stuck it on the tube.
"How long should we wait for the results to be out?" Starlet asked nervously.
"You can come back in about two hours," the man said.
"And we can have the results?" Star asked anxiously.
"Yes," the doctor, a man with an odd fatherly figure said with a gentle smile behind his wire-rimmed square glasses.
It wasn't hard to see how anxious Star was to get the results and be done with it. Ayanda had already given her sample to the clinician with one of the lawyers present to oversee.
