He sees Evelyn as a hard game to win, he has to break her in other to be satisfied.

The more he tries to break her, the more he falls deeply in love with her.

“Alex this is dangerous, you practically live in her house and give all kinds of excuses to Sandra, what is going on, I don’t like this!” Jack said worriedly.

Alex could only inhale and exhaled, he didn’t want to hear anything that anyone has to say.

Vampire was very angry as Alex did not show up at the next council meeting.

Lincoln stepped forward and made his claims.

“I told you, my lord, the boy is a kid, he is running around with women as we speak, I have my evidence, my Lord, I am the only candidate for this position"

He finished his speech and step aside.

The spiritual head was disappointed, they have hope that Alex will take up the position for a change, he needs a younger person to take over, not this old bunch of criminals.

The man cleared his throat and spoke. “I've heard you Mr. Lincoln, but we must wait a little longer for Alex, I need to hear his side of the story, till then this meeting is rescheduled for two months later.

Everyone starts to murmur, noise filled the whole place and Lincoln left angrily.

“You must make that boy understand,” the spiritual head told Vampire. “We have been waiting for this for a very long time” he whispers.

Alex came down from his car but was blocked by someone, he lifts his head and there! Vampire stands looking down at him with so much anger.

“Hey…long time!” he said smiling down at Vampire who is not smiling.

“C'mon, you just got here, let's go in and have some drinks,” he said and starts walking inside but a hand grab him, and damn! that was not just a hand because Alex couldn’t move an inch.

He struggle to free himself from Vampire's grip but it was useless to even try.

"You're hurting me, man, I don’t want to fight,” he said to Vampire.

“Do you think you can fight me?” Vampire ask and Alex could see flashes of light in his eyes, he was really angry.

“Fine, I’m sorry” he begged Vampire even though he doesn't know what his crime is.

Vampire let go of him and he looked at the spot where he held him, it all turn red.

“What is my crime? look what you did to my hand”

“Why were you absent from the meeting?” Vampire asks.

“What!, I didn’t get an invitation”

“I sent you the invitation twice,” Vampire said.

“What!” He rush into the house and called Sandra.

“Did anyone bring any invitation here?”
