The Beginning.

1348, Fifth Epoch, Tingen

Inside a remote house in a suburb a man could be seen lying on a bed. The only difference between this man and a corpse is his unsteady breathing.

"Ahhhhhh, my head!" The man lying on the bed stood up and mumbled as if he had a severe headache.

'I overslept again' the man named David Blaine thought as he stretched.

He opened the curtains and the strong sunlight entered his retinas.

"Another day in this world"

David spoke as he looked out into the street, the carriages passing by, the workers who were already on their way to another hard day.

'It's been a while huh? I still can't believe I'm really in this world.

David originally didn't belong in this world, a week ago he woke up passed out on the floor with a rope around his neck. It took him a while to realize that he was in the Victorian steampunk world of Lord Of Mysteries, a world full of mysteries, twists and turns and much more.

His predecessor eventually decided to end his life after a series of terrible events, originally he had a happy life. His family wasn't rich but they managed to live pleasantly, it all started when your father got sick because of his work in the factories, but your family was united and wouldn't give up so easily, your mother went to work on the street while you took care of the house and your father, it wasn't easy and you thought about giving up many times but whenever you saw your father persisting you followed his example and worked hard. But one night everything changed. Your mother didn't come home from work, this time you couldn't get over it, a short time later your father took his own life and you followed his example and then our protagonist entered David's consciousness and became David.

David quickly went to the bathroom to wash up and get ready for the day.

The mirror reflected David's face.

He had dark hair that was shared by most of the citizens of Loen and an ordinary face, you would not be able to tell David apart from just any peasant.

After finishing in the bathroom David went to the kitchen and prepared his breakfast and sat down to organize his thoughts.

'It's been a week since I came into this world, even though I'm sure I read this novel to the end I seem to have forgotten some important things'

David contemplated while taking a sip of coffee

David was a fan of novels and had read countless of them, Lord of mysteries had been one of the most insanely good reads he had ever had, but something didn't seem right with his memory of the novel, even though he hadn't read it in a long time he didn't seem to remember many things from the middle and the end of the novel.

'Anyway. It doesn't matter, I have to become a beyonder anyway but I don't want to become an officer of some church.

David obviously didn't remember the formula for the potions and even if he did he barely had enough money to survive, let alone buy expensive ingredients.

David finished his coffee, got up, put the cup in the sink and sat down on the couch in his house.

David struck a pose of concentration and began to think about his next steps.

Klein probably hasn't been reincarnated yet.

David didn't want to contact Klein before the beginning of the plot so as not to cause some butterfly effect, at the moment the most valuable thing he had was his knowledge of the future even though he didn't remember many things from the final part of the work he still knew some key knowledge such as: The method of acting, Convergence of Beyonders and some potions.

But all that is useless without being a beyonder.

I could find a potion formula through the Tarot

Club but for that I would have to wait 1 year and still hope to be called.

Even if I get some potion formula I still don't have any money, getting resources together should be my top priority.

'But how the fuck am I going to get a lot of money in a hurry, I'm not built to work in a factory'

David felt his headache return.
