Chapter 2: Meeting with GOD part 1

"Alright. Now, you will be sent into the body of Oliver." The old man said.

"Wait, as in the guy who God from that world picked?" I asked in confusion.

Doesn't this mean I can't be a mage? Not that I would want to, I would probably go into the path of a magic swordsman or something of the kind but still.

"One last thing. No matter what, the people in that world can never know that they are from a novel, don't worry I made sure the god cannot read your thoughts about the novel. Other anime however are game. Now, bye."

Waking up in a new body was definitely a new experience. I mean, it's not everyday you wake up inside of a body that is not your own.

As I was looking at my hands and legs, I could subconsciously feel something inside of my mind. Something like a switch, and beside it, a completely different 'me'.

Deciding to keep that as an option to use before God, I decided to walk down this massive hall. Standing in the hall of God is definitely a humbling experience, this was the absolute biggest thing I had seen in my life. Just the sheer size of this place made my head spin.

The entire thing, just like it was described in the novel, was black and red, giving it an imposing, evil feeling.

I decided to not keep God waiting, and walked down more quickly towards him.

Eventually, I could see a young man on a throne, smirking at me. He had long red and black hair on him with red eyes and an all knowing gaze.

I then decided to walk straight up to the god. If anything, I know one more easy way to survive in this world. Provide entertainment for the god in front of me.

I remember him clearly talking about how he hated everyone reacting in the same way, and me not waking up to the god would be a mistake.

He looked at me with an amused and surprised gaze.

"Where am I?" I asked as I walked up to him.

Right now I did not feel any oppressive aura from him. Probably because he didn't want me to explode in front of his aura.

Then, his smile became extremely massive, and he had the same grin as Ego Junpachi did.

"Well this is amusing! This has never happened before." He said in complete and utter happiness, like a kid who just found a new toy.

Suddenly, it seemed like the ground in front of me had moved, as I was now in front of the god.

"You are currently inside of my domain. I yoinked your soul right after it had died, preventing it from going to the afterlife."

"I see." I just said calmly.

"You see, that's all you have to say?" He asked, really happy about my change in reaction from his other summons.

"How can I prove you wrong? You just willed me to move by god knows what, so I have to accept."

He seemed really proud, as he puffed his chest a little and said," Yes, I do know what, since I AM GOD!"

That's when it happened, that's when I felt an immense amount of pressure.

It wasn't physical. No, it was emotional, pure fear is what I felt.

'Monarchs Indifference: Converse like I normally would until the fear he is emitting is gone.'

Right as I had said that, I felt my emotions leave me, and all I could think about was cold hard logic.

About how to best follow the task I had just set.

While I was still in control, I could feel like something else was guiding me. If not for god, I would expect a future me situation.

"So, I am assuming I have a task to do."

"HAHAHAHAHAHA, Yes, you sure do have a task. That is, to cause chaos."

"Cause chaos where?"

"Quick one aren't you. In my main world, not here on Earth, but a world where anyone can reach even my level of power. Theoretically of course."

"And how am I supposed to do that? I am just a normal human."

"Interesting." God said as he came to my side.

"What is interesting?"

"You currently have no thoughts in your head, but you can converse with me normally…very interesting. I don't even know what you are thinking about."

"Anyways," he said, snapping out of his thoughts and continued," You just have to become stronger."

"Sounds easy enough."

"It is. I already told you a little bit about my main world," the young man said. "To repeat, my world allows someone to reach supreme power by increasing the power of your body and mind."

"There are innumerable ways to supreme power. You can use the inherent energy in the air to increase the power of your mind. This strengthens your soul, and the more powerful your soul gets, the more powerful your mental abilities become. You can crush elephants with just your mind or move the energy of the world in such a way that it creates powerful destructive forces."

"However, you can also focus on strengthening your body. By absorbing the energy in the atmosphere and fusing it with your body, you can become so fast and so powerful that the other person that trains their mind wouldn't even be able to react to an attack of yours."

"You can also fuse with some ethereal concepts and summon them."

"You can also concentrate on weapons, which allows you to sunder reality with a move of your weapon."

"You can also comprehend the concepts of how the world works and manipulate the energy in such a way that it imitates these concepts. You would gain control over fire, gravity, time, space, water, metal, life, and so on."

"You can even just purely absorb Energy without end, becoming a walking bomb that could unleash many years of accumulated power in a single strike."

"So, in short, there are innumerable ways to power," God said.

Then, he frowned as he said the next part.

"Everything was going well, and I had a hell of a time watching the different paths of power fight each other."

Then, God gritted his teeth.

"And that's when he showed up," God said with disgust.

"Who?"
