Cultivation levels

Qi Refining (1-9) [Refining Qi into dantian/learning how to refine Qi, Physically same as normal people (except for dantian which is stronger then normal peoples obviously), difference is they can start to use small spells like creating small amounts of fire and such](With a sufficient understanding of cultivation, and a spirit root anyone can pass this level)

Qi Establishing (1-9) [Stage where you course Qi through your body makes you physically stronger than normal people and can use a bit stronger spells (albeit not by much, like before you can create fire and now you can create a higher temperature fire, mostly a physical stage)] (As long as the person had a spirit root, and knowledge they can finish this stage as well)

Foundation building (1-10) [Builds a foundation for Qi and body to continue growing stronger with Qi, also builds a foundation for your core and rest of realms] (NEVER should anyone skip this realm, this establishes bodies and dantians potential to continue growing, also helps core establish when golden core realm is reached, as you can see it has one more stage than the others this is because establishment is much more important than others and takes longer)

Golden Core (1-9) [Golden Core is built, assists in replenishing your Qi and strengthens body and obviously dantian] (This realm is significantly different than other realms, and one could say this is where real cultivation starts as the last 3 stages were basically for setting a foundation to cultivate, first stage a physically strong person could beat them, if cultivator is physically weak and is close range... 3rd realm is for setting a foundation and strengthening everything and this realm is where everything is significantly strengthened compared to the others and has a huge difference compared to ordinary people)

Nascent soul (1-9) [Soul is significantly strengthened and so is Qi and body] (from here on out every realm is significantly stronger than the other)

Essence soul (1-9) [Realm where soul can leave body for an amount of time and soul attack's are available] (I'm not going to mention it anymore but Qi and body is significantly strengthened in each realm, I'm not going to continue typing it in brackets)

Golden Body (1-9) [Focuses mainly on body, body skills are best cultivated (and more effective) after this stage]

Qi transformation (1-9) [liquidizes Qi, focuses mainly on Qi, Qi skills are very significantly enhanced after and in this stage] (Considered very strong powerhouses)
