Waves

Once Alyssia had finished with visiting some islands that had different outbreaks that were causing them problems or had already caused the extinction of the original residents, she had left behind the completely cured lands and had left the rest to those from the White Storm.

After manufacturing her own version of Eternal Pose that had each of the island's magnetic waves tracked, she met up with Jester who had taken them. "Make sure to not let news spread too far for now and when the time comes… get a decent price for them."

Jester held onto them and nodded. "I will do just that but will you not be coming along?"

Alyssia shook her head and replied. "I have some things to prepare so I may be late but I will see how things go. If not then I will meet up with you afterwards."

Ever since Alyssia had returned from Weatheria, her advancements in weather based research and other areas related to it had progressed a lot.

They gave her new ways to create different things that already existed or had yet to be invented.

There were inventions like sonar radars, blux wave generators, weather monitoring machines, her own versions of the Eternal Pose and even some other technology that used all types of energy or waves of different types.

Each invention of hers could easily be used to detect great changes to the surrounding environment, track the location of islands, detect approaching life forms and even be weaponised in some ways.

Before any medicines had been made to allow the Sulong transformation without the moon or to make it permanent with a serum, she had already been nearing closer to the solution to the blux waves needed to allow the transformation.

The main problem was that it did not come in a smaller size and even if it was made into the size of a watch or something similar, it could still possibly break during combat.

There would be those that would rather risk some minor side effects from taking the medicine to allow a temporary power boost.

Not all of the wave based research had hit a dead end and a lot had helped Alyssia to further navigate through the New World.

There were some areas that Alyssia was still exploring related to the various wavelengths related to the wills of others, Devil Fruits, Sea Stone, waves related to energy sources or even a way to set up some form of wifi and communication.

Some areas had made big strides towards those goals while others had been slower to achieve but Alyssia kept those projects going even when she moved onto her serum based research and was making use of those technologies that had been successful.

Even without using her Observation Haki to pick up on the changes in the weather and the environment, there were tools that would do it for her so it was much easier for her to locate islands that were left alone or were undiscovered.

Some may have been regularly visited but were too dangerous so they had to be cut off from the rest of the world or nobody had discovered them yet but Alyssia had found them.

Not only did she find them but she had dealt with the problems on those islands before handing over the new Eternal Poses to Jester.

Jester bowed a little and jumped back onto his ship before sailing away, Alyssia silently looked at the departing ship then fell backwards. "Haah.. now I got to prepare myself for what is coming and I have to deal with some things I have yet to do."

The large snake that was the evolved Ghost was a very large size but it was very fast to respond. "Hiss!"

Ghost moved her body quickly then curled around behind the body of Alyssia to catch her as she fell backwards, it was as if she was all too familiar with the movements of Alyssia.

She flicked her tongue and let out a hiss then her gaze turned towards Alyssia who had sat there comfortably. "Hiss."

Alyssia sat on Ghost like she was seated on a throne and rested her eyes for a little while before ordering. "Onward to Zou!"

Val had heard her order and bowed. "Yes master!"

The MMA had left the open seas and followed the Vivre Card towards the location where Zou was located.

A large ancient giant elephant was walking slowly through the deep sea and its head was poking up into the sea of clouds above, it was Zunesha who was carrying Zou and the Mink Tribe on its back.

The MMA had slowly made its way around to the back of Zunesha before firing a metal wire to wrap around its tail before being secured safely.

Once the MMA was safely in place and was being pulled along the sea by Zunesha, Alyssia had taken a step forward before shooting up into the sky.

She quickly disappeared from the boat and reappeared at the top of Zunesha where she could see a ship that was further away from the main area of Zou.

It was shown that those allied with her had made it on Zou and were remaining there during the time that she had been busy.

There were humans and other races on board the Ark Maxim that had landed on Zou so they could only remain on the borders of Zou so that they did not cause unease to the residents of Zou.

There was a backpack on her shoulder that was being carried by her which showed that she had come prepared.

Medea and Ashwin were the first to appear before her, Alyssia had asked. "How is everyone? Have there been any problems?"

Ashwin shook his head silently as if to indicate there were no manor issues so when Medea saw that he was not going to explain further, she decided to speak up. "No problems and the medicines that you have sent back have helped to suppress the virus. Is there really no way to cure this?"

Medea was partly blaming herself for letting Carrot and others get injured and infected but it was mainly due to Carrot not being careful enough and not studying her opponents enough before taking action.

Carrot being unable to progress further in her training and being stuck on suppressants for the virus was not good for her future development and having her being unable to contribute meant that the forces of the White Storm would be weakened.

Each of them had to look out for each other so when one was harmed, the others around them would naturally feel some guilt or unease towards the situation.

With the suppressants, Carrot could live her everyday life but she would still be infected and could infect others so she had to be careful enough to halt the infection from spreading to others.

She could be among the others that were infected but had to be quarantined from others that did not have the infection so the best way was to keep her isolated during the time that Alyssia was searching for a way to cure her.

Alyssia nodded calmly in response to the question. "I believe that it can be cured."

Meanwhile, she had thought to herself. 'It is still untested but the system has shown that it will work.'

Alyssia waved her hand and ordered. "First we should organise a team to take samples of each person to identify what virus they have and then separate them into groups."

"Un!"

"Got it!"
