When Alyssia left Wano, Kaido and the others had returned a little later.

They were not aware of what she had done within Wano and even if there were some traces to be found, it would be difficult to link it to herself.

While the effects of what she had done may not have been big in the present time, she had left a little bit of hope for the future of Wano.

With her new skills and knowledge, she had a means of combatting the future obstacles which were considered as the most dangerous.

Even if Alyssia was the most powerful entity in the world, she was not completely invincible as some viruses and other things could still kill her.

Even if she could survive them, there was still those around her which could be affected so it was always best to have a way to cure everyone.

After travelling for some time, Alyssia finally arrived back at Zou and entered the MMA where her laboratory was set up after she visited her children.

She started playing around with all kinds of different vials with a grin on her face. "Time to get back to work. Grem and Val assist me please."

The small creature excitedly came by her side as it nimbly climbed up and started handing her all kinds of measured materials. "Gyakakaka."

Val started taking out all kinds of instruments to prepare for the beginning of Alyssia's experimentation.

She then spent some time locked up experimenting, seeing her family and practicing her improved Inferna skill and the improvements to her other skills at the edge of Zou where Archie was practicing with his Quake fruit powers.

Once she had settled down a little and spent a little time with her family, Alyssia took a call on her Sea Snail which told her that she could no longer remain within Zou. "Hmm.. I got it. Yes.. I will be on my way."

Alyssia had heard many reports of minor conflicts or disturbances during her time away but she chose to trust in her allies.

With Devil Apes to aid and protect the main members and participate in group missions their safety was pretty much guaranteed.

With Aizah acting as the manager for most of their operations and K1 assisting with everything, the establishment of the New World mercenary group was quick and it gained a fast growth.

Some had received dangerous missions to go to a highly dangerous island but they were given the proper support so that they could survive and so that the White Storm did not suffer heavy losses.

Jester had been spending some time within the underworld as he joined up with number one, two and three so that he could investigate some things himself.

Meanwhile deep in space some time earlier, the crew of Medea, Carrot and Ashwin had arrived at their destination.

They had settled down for a little while to get used to the new environment and they quickly found out many interesting things about the other planets and influences.

The large piece of rock that they were on had been converted into a docking area for space ships and for trade to be conducted.

Depending on who was buying or selling, each person had to be careful not to go around flaunting their wealth because the area was without proper laws.

Carrot smelled the blood nearby and frowned as she turned her head to the side to see another dead body. "Another one."

Medea watched as someone was searching through the corpse then ran away after taking something from within the clothing which looked like a small envelope. "Mm.. it is so chaotic here. We have already sold some things and got used to the currency so we have a lot to bring back home."

Ashwin nodded. "Mm."

They had sold some things upon arriving and quickly found out that they should only sell things in small amounts and not sell anything of a high value so they sold what they had slowly.

There were many different minerals from their own planet which had been brought with them so they sold well.

They had encountered some more space pirates or criminals who had tried to rob them once but they were all electrocuted by Medea upon getting anywhere near them.

Her Rumble fruit powers were too overpowered when combined with her cyborg enhanced body.

Even if someone could get close to her, she would not be damaged by their attacks and they would pass through her body.

Those that passed through would be electrocuted and Medea had not yet come across anyone that possessed Haki or could counter her power so she had not been able to really test her upgraded cyborg body.

While they were discussing their next plans, they were walking back to their ships but as they passed by a building, there was a pair of eyes which had looked down towards them with a look of madness and interest in them.

He turned to his subordinate and asked. "Is it them? The ones you have been watching?"

The subordinate nodded. "Yes master."

The cloaked man looked very pale with weird coloured veins showing, his eyes were slightly bloodshot and there was a flicker of colour appearing in his eyes when he showed excitement. "Catch them. They will make excellent pets."

The subordinate bowed slightly then turned to the other men who were all dressed similarly. "Master has given orders. Capture them."

Each of them had similar appearances like they were unwell or had been given something to make their appearances change.

The moment that they were excited, their eyes lit up a little and the veins on their bodies became more visible.

Each one seemed to have something wrong with them but not all of them looked exactly the same.

Some others within the group had some differences from the others like they had been afflicted with a different type of mutation or affliction.

Their master showed a smile and waved a small vial in front of them. "Carry this out well and you will get your antidotes on time as promised. You do not want to suffer like last time do you?"

"Yes master!"

"We will carry out your order."

They instantly became very obedient when the vial had been shown and their eyes locked onto it like it was their only hope.

The master saw that they were acting obediently and showed a proud smile. 'These guys really have become obedient pets since their last punishment. Maybe I do not need to hold off giving them the antidote but.. if they fail then it cannot be helped.'

The master treated each of his subordinates like pets which would be punished if they failed to meet his needs or were disobedient.

He watched them leave and then his crazy eyes looked down to where Carrot was happily talking to Medea and Ashwin. "A winged person, an altered person and unique humanoid creature with intelligence. I must have them. They could be useful and they look like they have strong and durable bodies."

His eyes were especially drawn to the unique and mystical looking appearance of Carrot who had been working hard to tap further into her own Sulong bloodline limit.
