Racial Tutorial Quest

(A/N: The percentage-based experience system had been changed to a linear increment type.)

The slaughter did not last long, not at the speed Hunter moved. In the blink of an eye, the many warriors who had arrogantly rushed here to take him down were all killed, either beaten to death or blown up by condensed ki in the form of a ki blast.

The ships that came in tried to turn and flee, but Hunter smashed one down with his hand and blew the other two up with ki blasts powered with 3 points of ki each. In the end, Hunter found that his face was bombarded with notifications that had been ignored by him during the fight.

Hunter gained 4 whole levels. He was naturally thoroughly satisfied with his gains and couldn't help but glance toward the large mothership that hovered in the distance, spinning slowly as it seemed to loom over the entire forest area.

Many warriors and smaller ships continuously poured out of it, rushing in different directions. Soon, Hunter could sense power levels of various quantities exploding throughout the zone, and even visible explosions and tremors occurring from his vision due to his high altitude.

He immediately got off his high horse and remembered that this was some sort of hunting operation based on the words of the Frieza Force goon who had tried to capture him earlier.

Hunter did not know what their target was, but it could not be specifically him, seeing how few troops they sent after him despite clearly detecting him. Not to mention that even up until now, he could sense that foreboding power level within the mothership.

Hunter ignored the rest of the notifications in his vision for now and quickly left the area. The power level he sensed, he could not put a specific number to, but it was more than 10 times greater than his own when he was at level 1, that was for sure.

He rushed toward the mountain and flew over their peaks, the thin air at this level of altitude not bothering him at all. He then came across a small cave etched into one of the mountains and lowered his altitude, landing in front of the cave with a light step.

He looked around the cave entrance for signs of habitation, but there were none. Barring the fact that most species would find it hard to survive this high up, Hunter had already ascertained that this mountain range was the barren type.

There was nothing here to sustain wildlife, and many of the peaks were even covered in ice. Hunter didn't feel the cold much despite being bare-chested due to a thin layer of ki he circulated around his body to maintain his body heat.

Hunter decided to enter the cave at first but came back out with a troubled expression when he realized a problem. The interior of the cave was dark near the deeper parts, and there was nothing around to light it up.

Even if he did return to the forest area and knock down a few trees to use as firewood, they would soon be put out under this biting cold. As such, he simply sat cross-legged in front of the cave and checked what he had put aside until now.

｢Frieza Force on the Move! – Racial Tutorial Quest

Description: After being defeated by a certain Super Saiyan twice, Emperor Frieza has demanded that all Saiyans in the world must be captured and brought to him upon hearing that the dragon balls had been used to revive the entire race.

Objective: Survive the pursuit of the Frieza Force and reach level 10!

Rewards: 10,000 experience points, 50,000 Zenie, and a Teleportation Device that leads to West City.

Note: All quests have certain hidden objectives that can be triggered by the player which increases the reward given at the final settlement. Try your best to find them!｣

Hunter's eyes narrowed, and he seemed to understand what was going on when he saw the mothership in the distance, as well as the fights going on. So it turned out that this ship was sent here to handle this specific region, and the ongoing fights must be other Saiyans who were dropped into this world randomly just like him.

That made everything interesting yet also troublesome.
