~Mindscape~

On a mountain, a man was looking at himself in the reflection of a lake. With Cherry Blossom Trees and fruits, mainly peaches surrounding his location.

When he awoke he unknowingly ate a fruit. One that held power unimaginable to a feeble mind such as his.

Even the very strongest would crave just to see the one who ate in battle. The ones who rule from the shadows however feared it.

The person who possessed it was the natural enemy of the very essence of the world. Even God himself would go against a mere human to acquire the fruit.

The man touched his face in fascination and anxiousness. He was never able to see how he looked ever since he came to this 'Other World.'

But his eyes twitched in irritation multiple times, a habit he gained since childhood due to an incident.

One that left a scar deep within his mind, yet to be unleashed, it might even be used as a weakness in the future

Continuing to check himself out, he opened his eyes wide inspecting his cross-shaped eyes, that would make the strongest of women salivate with just a glance.

"Why do I look like Jin Mori from God of Highschool?" He asked himself calmly, having not a dime what was going on.

Through the years he has been doing the very same routine, sleeping and falling off trees on a regular.

Sleepwalking into random lakes and rivers, and even jumped off trees in his dreams as he had nightmares of falling from extreme heights.

Using the branch that once fell upon his head, he moulded it into a staff, which he used to train for the heck of it.

More or less a stick that could be used as a polearm of sorts, which he surprisingly had a knack for.

Even replicating the [Monkey Style Kung Fu] that he saw on television, he only tried it for the laughs but he truly knew how to utilize it in a battle.

His memories were deteriorating, but he still tried to copy and replicate as much of them as he could. Yet he still didn't believe it was any good in a head-on battle.

He did pick up some traits of monkeys, like the periodical scratching in random places, and climbing trees as if they were ladders.

He also had fur grow over his body, since then he's never looked into a river as he looked somewhat disturbing to the eye.

Due to that thought process, he was able to transform from his Monkey King transformation to his human one.

Which greatly reduced his parameters though he was still extremely strong just remarkably less weak physically than his [Monkey Form] form.

His body muscle mass also increased, which didn't change his looks one bit as instead of bulging muscles and a ripped body.

A toned body that would put any athlete to shame, it was so compact when he flexed he looked like muscle instead of a human being, even though he wasn't one anymore.

Even if he confirmed he wasn't in his old world, but in a different world, which was on his very first day of awakening.

He still didn't know his true power, which was enough to topple some of the world's strongest powers once used efficiently and tactically enough.

Grabbing his self-created nap sack that was slung over his shoulder, he took out a peach from it, one that tasted like death itself.

Still focused on his appearance, his eyes pierced the lake's surface more than he ever did.

Unlike his previous visits to the river or any body of water, he didn't look like a seven-foot hulking ape.

He began to mumble words that would even be incoherent for the best linguistics to ever exist back on earth.

"Iminsomeanimeworldofsortsormaybeevenoneofthoseweirdashorrorsforfucksake."

Going into a sense of denial as he had no one to speak to other than himself and his friend, Yeoui.

The staff shook when spoken about or to. He didn't know that at all though, his mind is usually on other things.

Such as how he was going to feed himself if all there was to eat was fruits that tasted like a side dish off ass.

Scratching his chin, he walked over to a tree, which scaled to about fifteen meters in height and two metres in width.

Climbing up it lie a ladder he propelled himself in such a way he hung off a branch using his knees. Scratching his chin, he went into a thoughtful mindset.

If he had the body of Jin Mori, any normal human or anime fan once they have the knowledge amount the series would instantly think they were in God of Highschool.

Using their brains a little more they would also know that the story of Jin Mori was that of The Monkey King.

Better known as Sun Goku in Japan, the main character in the Dragon Ball Z anime.

He was murdered by a slasher, or what he presumed led to his death. Gaining abilities that weren't in the realm of humans.

It was similar in a sense to Jin Mor's storyline. Being betrayed then lost to his opponent dyeing then reincarnating into a new version of himself.

Out of the blue, his body became heavy. Hopping down quickly he leaned against a tree wondering what was going on.

Looking around himself, he was able to see through fog easily yet he didn't know what was truly happening.

Before he could fight off or put up any struggle, he was unconscious. His eyes shut as his limb body lay against a tree.

The petals fell onto his body, saying their goodbyes to their next king and soon t be God.

He unknowingly spent 500 years, becoming what would later be known as the 'True King of Heaven.'

~Foosha Village~

*Yawn!*

Upon opening his eyelids he was greeted with a landscape he wasn't familiar with at all.

Instead of vast green and pink, he saw brown and black. Clothes that didn't look worn out or self-created were strewn across a chair.

He was now in a fully furnished and comfortable cottage-like room. Instead of an old hut that was covered in dust.

Sitting up he looked around himself with a raised eyebrow, 'Going from a mountain packed with fruits and Cherry Blossoms trees to a cosy room, a sign of a new world.'

Getting off the bed he walked to the slightly open door, pushing it to hear loud chattering and laughter.

Walking through what seemed like a corridor he came into contact with another door, opening it he walked into the lounging area.

Slamming of tables and clattering sounds were made, but due to his enhanced senses, he knew what was going on across the entire island.

The time he spent in his Mindscape was dilapidated, but he didn't need or want to know that.

But he knew for a fact it wasn't a short period of time and it had a toll on his mind, his already cloudy memories were almost gone, dispersed into atoms.

Pushing the door open, he was greeted with silence. A green hair girl looked across from her position.

Her hands trembled, and her face was the definition of shock. Her round eyes widened to a weird degree as she dropped a glass filled with alcohol.

*Shatter!*

"Bro...Brother?" Everyone in the bar had a completely different picture of their relationship.

He did walk out of her room, which would imply they had some kind of relationship that stemmed further than 'Brother and Sister' to most.

Especially with her expression and utter astonishment. As if the duo was keeping it a secret from the public masses.

"EH!" Collectively screaming they were in utter shock, as some of them had no clue she had a brother.

Others thought she was in an intimate relationship like the complete idiots they were.

And the small minority she truly had some sort of relationship with, was informed about his existence.

They helped the best they could, even going as far as to try and attain a doctor from the Goa Kingdom.

Even those professionals had no clue what in the world he was suffering from so they gave up.

Which allowed his 'sister' to save up her money over the years, expanding the bar to accommodate the both of them.

Even with his abnormal growth and physical deformation of having a tail, she still loved him with everything she had.

She had a sliver of reason to believe he ate a Devil Fruit, especially since he was in a rather peculiar position when she came to check on him.

Though she wouldn't be telling him anytime soon, she used to play with his tail, to her it made him look cuter.

Sun looked around the bar, as everyone's mouths were comically opened to large proportions, irking him out a bit.

Seeing people for the first time didn't give him the feeling he thought it would, it felt underwhelming.

Sighing he truly didn't know what in the world to do, but first, he had to find out where he was.

Then he could go all sentimental on himself, "So, where am I?" He asked the most important question first.

Completely sidestepping the topic of him being the 'brother' of the girl who was working behind the counter.

Who looked strikingly similar to Makino from the One Piece anime, raising an eyebrow he put that thought into motion.

"Makino?" Her eyes watered as those words left his mouth, due to the time he was 'asleep' he might have forgotten everything about her.

But the only reason he truly remembered her was due to his love for anime, as he watched the anime more precisely than the manga.

So he easily recognised a character such as Makino, whose lore revolved around the main characters and one of the strongest men alive, herself and the child she would have in the future.

Scratching his head, he now knew where he was, and he didn't like it one bit. To be more precise he didn't like the world itself.

A justice system that might be even worse than his old world's own, even pirates were better than them in most cases.

Their secret service agents are a munch of murdering machines who don't question their loyalty due to brainwashing.

There were both good and bad, but the latter weighed the good. Making him gain an imaginary headache.

Walking from the doorway he took a seat at one of the tables contemplating his next move, only to be engulfed by a back hug.

Glancing over his shoulder the little Makino was clenching onto his back while snot ran out her nose smothering him.

She didn't care if he acted differently once she was able to talk to her 'Big Brother' again she was fine.

"I don't remember you, and I mean at all." The personnel in the bar were already chattering among themselves, some even left to inform the Mayor.

As they knew he deeply cared about Makino, and her brother's reawakening would be a high point in her life.

The drunkards, however, were wondering where they would attain their booze if she decides to shut down the bar.

Even if she enjoys working and selling booze to the lovely people of the village, it was all for one reason.

To find a way to heal her brother, who looked fine in their eyes, so what are her plans for the bar.

But the words that came out of his mouth halted all movement, even Makino's tears stopped moving.

Her eyes widened to unrealistic proportions but her eyes were already round so he wasn't that freaked out.

"You...you don't remember me, Aniki?" Her brown eyes began to dull, Sun was a blunt man after all.

If you did shit he would call you out for it, and if he ever did something untasteful or outright stupid he would take full responsibility.

But he was lazy, leading him to the road of a man of few words unless he was around someone he was acquainted with for a prolonged time.

Such as Zen, with whom he would hang out with every day for hours on end playing video games or watching anime.

Looking into her dead eyes, he spoke words that reignited them."I don't, but according to you I'm your 'Big Brother' so I guess that's what I am huh?"

Her eyes once again widened, but realistically for her size, as her head was covered with a hand.

Patting her as he didn't want to deal with a crying child. Especially since he had no clue why, making it harder to diffuse the situation.

So using his anime logic and bro con tendencies he went with the flow, which seemed to do the trick.

Wiping the tears that were threatening to fall out of her eye sockets, he held her cheeks between his hands.

"Even if I don't remember you, I will always be your Aniki. The world itself could go against us and that wouldn't change one bit."

Her eyes lit up, as she jumped into his embrace, hugging her back the surrounding people were in comical tears.

*Smash, Clatter!*

Coming through the door in a hurry was a man wearing something similar to that a beanie.

He wore tropical clothing, which looked substantially out of place on his body's frame, especially with his cleft chin.

Widening his eyes he looked at the hugging siblings, while the villagers who were in the bar ignored him completely and kept crying.

"I'm glad you're well, Sun." Showing a toothy smile he hit his cane once to show his joyful emotions, as running over was somewhat a struggle for his age.

Sun just looked at all this with a neutral face, while patting the half-asleep Makino on the back...
