"Understood," Kazuya replied, nodding. He wondered why the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, wanted to see him. Perhaps Cloud Village was preparing another attack? The thought excited him.

Soon, Kazuya followed Shisui to the Hokage's office. The Anbu guards at the gate bowed respectfully as they passed, and the door opened to reveal the Third Hokage standing up to greet them.

"Kazuya, Shisui, welcome," Hiruzen said warmly, his eyes showing clear appreciation for Kazuya.

Golden light poured from Hiruzen's presence, bolstering Kazuya's strength further.

"Kazuya," Hiruzen began, putting down his pipe, "I have an S-rank mission for you. It might be dangerous. Are you prepared?"

"S-rank?" Kazuya mused, wondering if it involved eliminating Orochimaru. However, he doubted Hiruzen would want to kill his former student. Out loud, he said firmly, "Of course, Lord Hokage. For the village, I will face any danger."

Hiruzen smiled, pleased with Kazuya's resolve. "The mission itself is straightforward. Recently, the newly appointed Fourth Mizukage, Yagura, sent a diplomatic mission. Your task is to deliver Konoha's documents to Kirigakure and gather information. Kirigakure has shown interest in forming an alliance. You will discuss the draft terms and bring them back for review. Do you understand?"

Kazuya nodded, understanding the importance and potential of this mission. It was not just a delivery but also a chance to influence negotiations.

"This mission requires careful handling," Hiruzen continued. "You can select a guard, but remember, Kirigakure's attitude is friendly, and we don't want to provoke any misunderstandings by sending too many people."

Kazuya pondered for a moment before replying, "Understood, Lord Hokage."

Hiruzen then turned to Shisui. "Shisui, you will accompany Kazuya. Follow his commands and ensure his safety."

"Yes, Lord Hokage!" Shisui affirmed, his determination clear.

Leaving the Hokage's office, Shisui asked, "Senior Kazuya, who will you choose as the additional guard?"

Kazuya thought for a while and then smiled. "Uchiha Itachi. With the two of us, safety won't be an issue. It's a good opportunity for the boy to see the world."

Shisui looked surprised and a bit hesitant. "Is Itachi suitable? He is still quite young..."

Kazuya nodded firmly. "I've seen wisdom beyond his years in Itachi. He is not an ordinary child but a ninja with real potential. Letting him experience this mission could benefit both the village and the Uchiha clan."

Shisui felt moved by Kazuya's words. "Thank you, Senior Kazuya," he said, bowing deeply.

"All for the village," Kazuya replied softly. "Compared to those who have fallen on the battlefield, what I do is just a small contribution."

Shisui's eyes reddened with emotion. He deeply admired Kazuya's dedication and selflessness.

The team, consisting of Kazuya, Uchiha Shisui, and Uchiha Itachi, soon prepared for the journey to Kirigakure. Despite being a small team, their combined strength was formidable.
