Midnight Coffee

Maya sat beside Angel. It was almost midnight and Ace was nowhere to be seen. She tried calling him several times but his phone went unanswered. Maya tried to call Mike, he didn't pick up either which made Maya worry. She stacked Angel into warm blankets as it was a little cold that night. She pecked Angel on her forehead then walked to the window. A sigh came out of her lips as she Left Angel's room and headed to the kitchen. 

     " Mrs McCaffrey, she said in surprise. She thought Everyone already gone to bed. Mrs McCaffrey stood by the window. Are you still awake? She asked.

      " Oh dear, I couldn't sleep, she smiled at Maya. She Then left the window and poured some hot tea for maya and another for herself.

    " Thank you, Maya said as Mrs McCaffrey handed her a cup of tea. Maya Sipped some of her tea. She was wrecked out looking forward to her wedding.

      " How do you feel about your wedding? Mrs McCaffrey asked.
