We have been walking for a couple of hours not finding a single slime

"My king is it your fault for the slime shortage" Barbarossa looks my way and I avert my gaze

"Y-yeah s-sorry sniff*" I was sulking

"Don't cry it's your fault but you acknowledge it right? So let's just go search farther into the forest" Barbarossa pats my head

We searched farther into the forest and found an abandoned mansion. We enter the mansion

"Yeah you too" we walk slowly as we just entered

Something fell from above and hit my head

"Ugh?" I stand up and rub my head, then I look at the thing that hit me

"A slime?!" Barbarossa and I we're confused

"They might be other types of slimes and this one might be a metal slime a rare variant at that"

"You might be right" As we we're talking about the metal slime other types of slime come out from doors situated in front of us and the doors in our left and right

"Water slime, fire slimes, and the hell is that?" Barbarossa says what kind of variants two of the slimes we're but incapable of knowing what the last one was

"If you don't know let's explore and find out what kind of slime they are"

"Okay"

Me and Barbarossa walk through the door infront of us and notice a door that was closed.

"…?" We stop infront of the door and try to open it.

The door wouldn't budge open when I pulled on it so I tried pushing

I tried to slide it open. It failed. Barbarossa was looking at me in confusion and I was hiding my face out of embarrassment. The door wouldn't budge so I just destroyed it and put up a barrier to not let in the slimes. The room was actually a library! Barbarossa browses the bookshelf's and I sit on a chair that I found

"Yawn!" Seems like Barbarossa found something he likes

"Hey, I'll take a nap and wake me up once your done reading kay?"

"Yes my lord and thank you!" Barbarossa then started reading one of the many books in a pile he just created. I took a nap but it was a special nap, I was practicing my control in magic. I used air magic and made my self levitate. I close my eyes and go to sleep.

Thud!

I fail

I stand up and make myself levitate again. I close my eyes and try to control the surrounding mana

Be one with the surrounding and the surrounding surrounds me. Use the air to levitate me and continuously output mana consciously and unconsciously. I went to sleep, I was expecting myself to fall but I succeeded kinda. Even though I didn't fall, it was still bumpy and hard to control. I gave up on the idea of sleep levitation for now. I went to sleep on the floor.

I wake up and see Barbarossa still reading

"You done yet?"

"I see so if this goes there and that goes there he can creat variants and if he feed that to that it create—I see" he mumbles to himself. I left him to it and search the mansion.

"Hey I'll be searching the mansion, just find me alright"

"Alright" I went outside the barrier and saw that there was nothing no slimes no nothing but there was light emanating from outside. It was daylight

"It's still daytime huh?" I went upstairs and saw that there was no slimes aswell not like when we entered.

I walk through a corridor and saw a door it was closed. I went to the door and tried to open it

"Phew, it was a push" I was relieved that I didn't have to destroy another door. I enter and saw a single book on a table. The table was dusty and had cobwebs so I created a small gust and removed the dust and cobwebs. I blow on the book. It just doesn't feel right unless you blow on an old book then open it. I open the book and start reading it

A clothing made out of slime usable for all purpose id adorned with the all purpose sword also made with slime you will have the all purpose body suit!.This was my dream.Unfortunately the suit that I have created has not yet been completed currently it can only conduct 50% of magic through out the whole suit and sword.

After reading the page I closed the book and put it in my [storage]. I search the room and I knock on the wall thinking

I flow mana through the slime and create a sword. The goopy mess went and became a sword, a dull sword. I then tried to make the sword change it's shape. I created a broadsword

"Uwaaah!" Barbarossa appears at my back and surprises me

"My king I have read all the books down stairs and will now help you investigate this room—ooh a book!" Barbarossa immediately read the book on the table. I experimented on the A.P.S ( All. Purpose. Sword/Suit). I added some more magic circuits in the slime to see if the effectiveness would go up. I pass mana and try to make a sharp sword. The slime transformed into a sword it was sharper than before but it was still dull.

"Master, if you're trying to make the magic conductivity of the slime better it will be hard"

"Why?"

"Humans and monsters have different magic circuits so what you're doing is just adding like 2% conductivity"

"I see" I nod my head on Barbarossa's remark

"I'll experiment on this once we're back in the castle. Let's explore this place more in the mean time"

"As you wish" Barbarossa follows me as he levitates multiple books and continue reading

We continued searching the second floor and found multiple rooms with no interest. We then went to the basement and what we saw was

"Whoa" what we saw was multiple chambers filled with slimes. Possibly used for the Dr.'s experiments. I pull out a couple of the slimes and choose 1 of them

"I want him!" I create a summons contract and made a contract with the slime. I made that slime kill the other slimes that I pulled out then I put their corpses into my [storage] then we wen't home.

"My king what are planning on doing with that weak slime?"

"Weak? Who says my slime is weak? If they are weak then I'll make them stronger" I throw a manga to Barbarossa.

"I see this, hahahaha I truly looked down on the slime. To read this I have truly seen what a slimes true strength is"

I unsummoned Barbarossa then we returned to the castle. I was carrying my new slime. I named him uhhh her? It Nasir. We checked the training ground and saw no one their.

I saw a guard making his rounds. I asked him a question

"Hey we're are the knights?"

"Young master Arthur, they are at the forest training ground"

"Forest… training ground?"

"Yes it was a new training ground added after you brought home those Fire wolves Verni and Eddie. Currently they are training with the Fire wolves and the pups are with them too"

"Oh thanks"

"Such words are wasted on me" the guard bows his head to me then moves on

We went to the forest training ground and saw that they we're training with the wolves as the guard said. I saw a crowd of knights in a corner, instead of resting they seem to be looking at something. I look over at what they we're looking at. It was the pups

"Awwwww" All the knights and I say. Two of pups we're colored with the color dark blue fur and red eyes they we're the two males, while the 1 female was surprisingly a rare color, she was colored white with light blue eyes.

"Oh prince Arthur! Care to train with us today?" 1 of the knights ask me

"No no I'm just here to observe" As I say that the knight continue to be mesmerized by the pups and I observe the knights who we're training.

I saw that Alex was there training but his movements we're slow and he had bandages on his arm up to his torso. I called him over

"Alex! Can you come here for a sec"

"Prince Arthur what do you need?"

"Come with me for a sec and let me do a check up on you"

"O-ok" Alex stuttered, so I immediately noticed that something was wrong. I brought him inside an empty room and had him remove his clothing.

Is this the curse that has been tormenting people for hundreds of years? The curse of Belphegor or by what they normally call it Belghata. Barbarossa do you know what this is?

No, I'm sorry my king this didn't exist back then or maybe we only had little to no shown cases, so I'm sorry I don't know how to cure this

It's ok I'll check both internal and external so that if I'm able to find a cure I'll cure him

I check up the body of Alex and saw that there was a black patch of skin starting from his shoulder to his torso. Alex looks down and had a sorrowful face.

"Pls Prince Arthur pls don't tell anyone about this!" Alex pleads

I moved my mana to the right, left, up and down it was fun but I had no time to waste.

I put up a a barrier so that if someone we're to see us I wouldn't be disturbed

"Arthur…away…et away…him"m I couldn't hear much so I continued on curing Alex.

I move my mana inside him more and try to calm down his mana… there I finally calmed down the mana. I open my eyes and saw that the black patches of rot we're now gone. Alex was crying tears of joy. I looked over at the door and checked what was the thudding about and saw Grand marshal Edmond on his knees crying aswell. I removed the barrier and Edmond immediately run towards Alex. I left the room and Observed the knights again. I could here someone getting scolded back from the room. I practiced on manipulating mana since in the future something like that may also happen once again. I was surprised that my mana manipulation got way better. I knew that I had a large mana reservoir and people with larger reservoirs need extensive training to manipulate their mana so that they wont injure themselves, so I was actually surprised since this level of mana manipulation was enough so that I don't hurt myself. Though I was surprised I wasn't satisfied I wanted an even better control on mana. So I practiced controlling mana, honestly without something to practice on it was boring so I practiced with Nasir. I flowed my mana through him and brought it back to me.

"Prince Arthur!" I turn my head to the direction of the one calling me. It was Edmond and besides him was Alex

"Thank you for healing my son but how did you do it? That accursed disease was said to have no cure!"

"It had no cure, I only fixed something Inside"

"I don't understand but thank you prince Arthur. Alex go on" Edmond ushers Alex to go on and talk

"Prince Arthur will you allow me to become one of your vassals?"

"Sure"

"Really?!"

"Yeah" Alex had a happy aura around him. He said thank you and continued training and Edmond was going to report this to my father and to Ganon aswell
