6•0 ; A Glitch in Paradox

While exploring the chamber and its various augmented facilities in search of fun, Void began to roam around. Suddenly, he collided with a hood-wearing girl as he turned a corner.

How did he know it was a girl? Her free-falling green hair reaching her petite waistline, was visible through the gaps of her ensemble..

(It's okay), a timid voice replied. With that, she turned around and vanished into the crowd of children without waiting for any further interaction.

(What a rude girl!) Seeing her impoliteness, Sora frowned.

However, Void remained unfazed, his gaze fixed on the disappearing girl in the green-hooded girl.

(Isn't that right? Onii-chan... Onii-chan. Hey! What happened? Can you hear me? Hello, Earth to Void.) Due to Void's unusual reaction and lack of response, Sora panicked. However, because of her 'eeriness' repulsion, she couldn't touch him or shake him from his frozen state, causing her to panic even more.

If this continues, she might fall into her 'eerie' mode again. After all, she is forbidden from expressing too much 'Feelings' towards her {Paradoxical contrast}.

Luckily, before 'she' could go out of control, 'he' snapped out of his trance-like state.

(Hehe, I never thought my 'high & above' twin sister would be this concerned about my well-being. *sigh* I could already picture tomorrow's sun rising from the West.) His sarcastic voice echoed in her being, helping her regain control of her panicked self.

Sora glared at Void and huffed. She didn't say anything and began walking towards her curiosity-piqued destination.

(Ahhh. Wait for me, Sister Sora!) Irish, who was perplexed by the incomprehensible scene, hurried to catch up with Sora, lost in thought.

(It seems the relationship between these two new pair of friends of mine is quite complicated. But weren't they quite close when together with Aunt Sarah? Then why are they constantly arguing now? Should I tell Mom and Aunt?) Irish contemplated, her deep thoughts depicting her as far from being a normal child of her age.

Meanwhile, Void's thoughts swirled, his expression turning into a frown behind his mask.

[Damn it! I guess I still underestimated her 'Inner Glitch'. It's truly bent on separating us and destroying the delicate balance between us. If this keeps up, she might go off-track and hate me for real. I-i-i can't let that happen! I can't bear to see her hate meee! I need to fix this, I need to fix it before it could overrides her existence and turn her against me ‼️] Unknowingly, Void's obsidian eyes and blank pupils started resonating with his strange thoughts. An eerie sensation similar to Sora's 'eerieness' gleaning for an instant.

In the next moment, Void returned to earth and trailee behind Sora and Irish, as if nothing unusual supervened within him. Yet his strange monologue persiste in the void of his blank consciousness.
