Allen grabbed Peter by the clothes and shoved him into the taxi without being polite.
Nokotan beamed with a brilliant smile. "Where are we headed, handsome?"
"Driver, we need to get to a wedding quickly!" Allen declared.
Rebecca, seated in the driver's seat with black sunglasses, turned around and gave a thumbs-up. "Don't worry, we're professionals!"
Allen smiled and got in while Peter, unsure of what was happening, decided not to complain since they were helping him.
Nokotan grinned like a mysterious villain. "Don't worry, I've got it~" She floored the accelerator. "NUNUNU!! *Wicked deer laughter*"
"Ahhh!" Peter screamed in fright as he was thrust back into his seat by the inertia.
The taxi overtook one car after another while Peter continued to scream. Rebecca glanced back and shot him with a strange gun that covered Peter's mouth with a green, sticky substance.
Allen watched Rebecca in silence as she shrugged and arrogantly said, "Punish me~"
Unable to scream, Peter's fear was evident in his wide, terrified eyes. He was just an ordinary accountant who had never experienced intense emotions; his last memory of doing something remotely dangerous was ordering the mysterious special at that Chinese restaurant four years ago.
"Sexy brother, are you really going to disrupt a wedding??" Nokotan asked with a dandy voice while pretending not to know Allen.
"Well, well, that's the plan, but I'm not sure how serious Peter is about this. Do you have doubts?" Allen turned his gaze to Peter and removed the green substance from his mouth. He noticed that Peter still seemed uncertain despite his resolution.
"Ouch!" Peter, feeling the intensity of Allen's gaze, grew nervous, but there was a resolution in Peter's eyes. "She means everything to me... but I want her to be happy. I was going to go, that's no lie. If I saw any hesitation from her at the altar, I would intervene... Otherwise, I'd wish her a better life."
Allen smiled faintly. "Peter, tell me your whole story..."
Peter began recounting his story, and soon the Chat fell silent....
At the end of the story, everyone exploded.
Tony – Damn it! Go, Peter, and get your girl back!
McDragon – Sh*t, I'm envious of such a touching story and jealous of you, but don't give up!
Gwen – It was obvious she wanted you to stop her!
Ruby – I don't understand why she got engaged in the first place if she loves Peter...
Natasha – Time is a cruel enemy. The woman is nearing forty; it will soon be too late for her to have children. More than that, Peter didn't show interest in her.
Diana – Life is complicated... not everyone gets to enjoy a long life...
Hestia – A tragic story from the start; no one would be happy...
"All right, let's destroy that wedding!" Allen shouted with a deep voice.
Peter looked at Allen in disbelief as his body was tossed from side to side by Nokotan's sharp turns.
"Ahhh! How many people would be affected by this...?" Peter tried to speak, "And the man she chose isn't to blame for anything... Oh, I'm going to puke!"
Allen frowned and got angry. He then grabbed Peter by his clothes and stared at him closely, "Do you know?! She's getting married!! Peter, don't be afraid to fight for love! A life of agony is not worth it if you haven't given it your all!!"
"I know!" Peter cried. "But I'll never forgive myself if I ruin her special day!"
"Shut up!!" Allen slapped Peter. "Listen, noblemen are incredible and deserve respect, but sometimes you have to set everything aside and just fight!! So what if she rejects you? So what if everything falls apart? Even if you end up looking like the bad guy! You can think about the consequences later! But don't pretend you can watch the woman you love leave with someone else with a smile!! PETER, WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?!!"
"I... I..." Thousands of memories flashed through his mind—days she took care of him when he was sick, days she visited him so he wouldn't be alone at parties. His last memory of seeing her at the door as she was about to leave came to mind. 'At that moment... I wanted to get up, hug her, and tell her not to marry, but I didn't. I had grown used to being a spectator in my own life...'
"I don't want her to marry! I want her to be with me, and if anyone is going to marry her, it'll be me!!!"
"Heh," Allen smiled.
The Chat was also excited, and there were many smiles among the girls. People often wonder how a woman could agree to share her man, but Allen proves every day why it happens.
...
"Well said," Rebecca threw a briefcase at Allen, which he took with curiosity. "You'll need this!"
Allen opened it and saw two suits. He immediately took one and gave it to Peter, noting it was his size. He took the other one for himself.
"We must dress elegantly, Peter..." Allen said.
Aphrodite – Go ahead ❤️ ~
Donna – Oh ~
Emma F – *Cough* ~
Megan – hehe ~
Allen felt the perverted gazes and turned off the stream's image, which caused millions of disappointed noises, but he ignored them. For Nokotan and Rebecca, Allen created a small shield that blocked their view.
"Oh, come on, I've seen you naked many times!" Rebecca shouted, causing an uproar in the Chat. Nokotan only blushed without admitting she had spied on them a few times.
Inside, Peter felt embarrassed. Allen laughed and told him to just take off his office jacket and pants and put them over the suit. Peter looked furtively at Allen.
"Hey, relax. We're going after your girlfriend, remember?!" Allen was alarmed since it wouldn't be the first time a man showed interest in him.
"No, no, no, I just admired your body and how well-built it is!"
Peter's words made everything sound worse, the Chat, as usual was full of trolls who couldn't stop laughing.
Artoria – 'Ha...'
2B – ... *holding back laughter*
It was so funny that two girls who don't usually laugh almost did. Allen felt uncomfortable with the situation.
The car continued moving, and when the Chat's dissatisfaction reached its peak, they arrived at the wedding venue. Allen returned the image to the stream and people in the Chat saw Allen in a black suit and red tie, many women fainted straight away.
"Wait... there's something weird, since when did the church have men with automatic weapons at its doors?" said Allen in confusion.
Everyone's surprise, there were a lot of heavily armed men. Allen, Nokotan, Rebecca, and the Chat looked at Peter in silence.
"Oh... I forgot to mention, but the groom is a Mafia boss," said Peter.
Allen wanted to strangle Peter for omitting such an important detail.
"Nu nu nu, my moment has arrived," Nokotan laughed like a villain and from her head pulled out an AK, an M4 which he threw to Peter, a shotgun for Rebecca, and a Magnum .45 for Allen.
Rebecca laughed, Allen accepted the weapon by reflex, and Peter did too.
"Hey, we can't have a massacre at a wedding!" Allen exclaimed immediately, but Nokotan raised his fingers and shook his head.
"Onni-san, you don't understand. These are weapons from my world…"
"What?"
"Better let the red degenerate explain!"
Professor Deadpool – Let me explain. In cartoons and comedy anime, it's normal for characters to shoot and blow things up without real victims. This is due to the power of comedy because blowing up a building wouldn't be funny if people were dying... normally... So, these weapons, being from a comedy anime... are probably not lethal.
Allen looked at the gun in his hand. Just a moment ago, he was rescuing cats, and now it seemed like he'd walked into a scene from *The Godfather*.
"It doesn't matter," Allen said as he pulled Peter out of the car. "Let's go, Peter!"
"Ehhhh!!!"
Allen fired, and the bullet went straight into a gangster, hitting him but not causing any bloodshed. Instead, the man flew into a wall, crashing into it and leaving an imprint on his body before falling unconscious.
"Seems like it works…" Allen spoke with an unsurprised look, "Although the force of the shot seems excessive."
"Did you shoot without being sure?!" Peter shouted.
Allen crouched and grabbed Peter by the clothes again. "Peter, I've seen many strange things in my life, and this doesn't even make the top ten! Now get up, go into that church, and shoot all the gangsters with the power of comedy!" Allen paused. "Damn, I didn't expect to say that in my life..."
Peter started running with tearful eyes, firing in all directions.
Allen nodded while Nokotan wiped away her tears. "They grow up so fast~," Nokotan said like a mother sending her child off to college.
Rebecca, meanwhile, ran at several gangsters, dodging bullets and leaving a residual image. When she reached them, she fired her comedy shotgun. Instead of blowing them into pieces, they flew in all directions.
Allen gave a thumbs-up. "You're doing great!"
Rebecca retorted, "I'm doing everything!!"
Allen shook his head and left things to Nokotan and Rebecca while he followed Peter.
...
Somehow, Peter managed to enter the church. Peter's family and friends were on one side while dangerous-looking men and women were on the other.
In the middle, a gray-haired man smiled with self-satisfaction as he held the hands of his future wife.
"Do you now accept this man to love and respect him until death do you part?" the priest asked.
The bride, in her dress and veil, stayed silent for a moment. This made her side of the guests nervous. Was she planning to reject him?
The mafia boss' side was filled with irritated people. After all, why would a big-time mob boss marry a florist?
At that moment, gunshots and screams were heard from outside.
"I…"
"NOOOOOO!!"
As the bride was about to respond, a piercing scream was heard. Peter entered, glaring fiercely at everyone.
"No!... Martha, don't marry him!"
Allen smiled as the Chat was shocked. This man who seemed about to faint was now like a wild beast.
"Peter, what are you doing here?!" said the woman covered by the veil.
Peter calmed down slightly and looked at everyone. "I'm so sorry, everyone. I didn't mean to ruin this. I thought I could come and see Martha one last time." Peter looked at Martha and began to walk while breathing heavily and hesitating. "I thought I'd give you my blessing. I thought I'd wish you the best... I thought I'd see you leave with a smile!"
The woman gritted her teeth. "So why are you here?! Stop acting like this; you're confusing me!!! All these years you never loved me!! Don't come here to tell me you wish me well!! Just leave!!"
"No," Peter interrupted firmly. "I won't, Martha I love y-"
Many guns were pointed at Peter as the mob boss shouted, "Damn bastard, how dare you ruin my wedding!!"
Peter didn't even flinch as guns were aimed at him. "All my life, I've been a coward, but not this time!"
"Stop, they're going to kill you!!" the woman screamed in fear.
Peter continued walking towards the altar. "I won't. I should never have doubted, Martha, because—"
Martha and everyone connected to Peter held their breath. They had never seen Peter act like this.
"Martha I love you!"
Martha jumped into Peter's arms, which he caught. They embraced each other.
"I love you too!" she said, crying. "I had waited many years for those words..."
They looked at each other with love, moving everyone.
"DON'T FUCK MESS WITH ME!" shouted the mafia boss, pulling out his gun, and all the guests from his side did the same.
"BITCH, WHO DO YOU THINK PAID FOR YOUR FATHER'S OPERATION?! YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST RENOUNCE AND HUMILIATE ME LIKE THIS? KILL THEM!"
Peter held Martha tightly, and she did the same, telling each other that no matter the outcome, neither regretted it.
About fifty guns fired simultaneously at Peter and Martha. Amidst the terrified screams and cries of Peter and Martha's friends and family.
...
The sound of gunfire filled the air for half a minute until it ceased.
"Impossible!" said the Mafia boss, backing away.
Peter opened his eyes while shielding his beloved and looked around. He was surrounded by a golden shield, with thousands of bullets suspended in the air.
"That was awesome, Peter!" Allen said, smiling as he walked through the crowd.
The shield fell, and so did the bullets. Peter checked Martha and sighed in relief when he saw she was okay.
Wade – Kyahh, I'm soaked!!
Thor – I toast to Peter!
Superman – What a relief that Martha is okay.
Batman – Yes...
Superman – Huh? Did you comment?!
Barman – ...
The mafia boss's family trembled, nervously aiming their guns at Allen, but the boss immediately intervened.
"LOWER YOUR WEAPONS!"
Everyone was surprised by his reaction, except Allen. After all, in this world, he was known as a terrifying villain with no qualms about attacking the hero's headquarters and killing them. How could normal people stand up to him?
The man knelt with a pale face. "Don't kill us... the deal is broken, and I won't bother you again..."
Superman – I have to admit, in these cases, it's better to be a villain. If you had a hero's reputation. This would not end easily.
Allen shrugged as the mob boss's family left. The boss glanced at the bride before leaving.
Starfire – Maybe he really loved Martha.
Ivy – But using despicable methods is unjustifiable.
Donna – For a villain... ex-villain to say that carries a lot of weight~
Peter smiled at Allen, thanking him with his eyes, and then turned back to his bride.
Allen shook his head and decided to leave. There was no need to steal the spotlight here too. Both families approached, and far from any displeasure, they were relieved.
"Today, love triumphs."
JackSparrow – Very nice, but isn't anyone going to mention that the bride is 6'2" (1.90m)?
Allen coughed. He hadn't expected Peter's bride to be so towering, but love conquers all.
[Host, that bride…]
'I said love conquers all!!'
The Chat reached a silent consensus not to mention that Peter's bride resembled a female version of The Rock.
...
...
...
Allen left the scene, letting Peter have his happy ending. It was hard to believe that everything had turned so surreal out of nowhere.
Kara – Normally, patrolling the streets should be something simpler, like helping an old lady cross the street or stopping a purse snatcher.
MJ – Our Allen tends to get involved in a lot of strange things, and problems escalate quickly. That's already known.
...
Maeve had been observing the entire time while her perception of reality was shifting.
Though Allen's intervention with the girl and her cat was peculiar and amusing, everything related to it, especially the part about the gangsters getting shot, was disturbing.
Maeve rubbed her eyes once more to see if she was seeing things incorrectly; she had lost count of how many times she did this. But no matter how many times she did it, it made no sense.
If there was one thing Maeve had learned in her years with the Seven, it was that humans were very fragile. She only needed to use a little force to make one of them explode, painting everything red. It wasn't that Maeve enjoyed it; she had vomited many times at first, but she had grown accustomed to the fact that when she faced criminals, the most common outcome was their death... sometimes in rather unappealing ways.
Maeve saw Allen leave the church and start flying. She was very curious about Allen and following him helped her to understand his nature. It was no wonder; she had only seen him in serious and angry modes.
Maeve began to follow him again, but Allen decided it was enough and stopped on the roof of a building.
"Hey, if you have something to say, you can do it... this being followed everywhere is getting weird," he called out.
Maeve froze abruptly when she heard a voice in her head. She looked up in disbelief at Allen greeting her from the roof and felt embarrassed at being discovered so easily—or perhaps she had never been hidden, to begin with.
Maeve landed about 10 feet (3 meters) in front of Allen. She didn't know what to say and remained silent, holding one of her arms.
Allen used the system to check what was going on with this woman.
Margaret "Maggie" Shaw.
Age: 33 years
Status: Nervous, embarrassed.
Affection: 99 (Platonic admiration; she doesn't seek a relationship with you nor feels physical attraction yet. You are everything she aspired to be, and she has placed you on a pedestal in her subconscious, but she hasn't realized it.)
Loyalty: 99 (Maggie had a loyalty of 50 when she began following you, but that number increased as she observed you. She holds genuine respect and admiration for you following a path so different from hers.)
Allen was surprised by these figures. If someone saw Maeve, they wouldn't expect this, not even Allen himself, given that their interactions had only been limited to seeing each other twice and not even speaking.
[She respects you like a scientist respects Tesla, or like a painter respects Leonardo da Vinci, and she values you like a fan values their favorite actor.]
Allen didn't know how to respond to that. He had planned for a courteous interaction with Maeve and then to step away, but now that he knew her feelings, it was complicated to keep his distance and not feel bad.
That was why Allen usually avoided using the subsystem, it made interactions with women uncomfortable.
"Queen Maeve, why were you following me?" Allen smiled. "Were you planning to ambush me?"
Maeve raised her hands and waved them. "No, that's not it. I have no such intentions!"
"Oh, I see. So you were planning to follow me to my evil lair and rescue Starlight?"
Maeve looked astonished and didn't know how to respond. At the same time, she realized they were enemies, and it wouldn't be surprising if he attacked her at any moment.
Had Maeve made a mistake? Should she have just left? Maeve hated the idea of fighting Allen and becoming true enemies.
"I... I'm sorry!" Maeve looked anxiously at Allen. "You might not believe me, but I don't want to hurt you. I don't want to be your enemy and I don't want to fight you."
Allen crossed his arms and looked at her with a severe expression.
"So, what do you want?…"
Maeve's eyes widened, and for some reason, her heart ached when Allen looked at her with hostility.
'Why is this happening?! It shouldn't be like this! We haven't even talked!!'
Filled with anxiety, Maeve began to retreat while her body trembled. There was her true nature again; she was too weak to oppose in such situations. If she weren't, she wouldn't have followed orders to kill or sought refuge in alcohol.
Maeve turned pale, and Allen softened his severe gaze.
"You make me feel like I'm kicking a puppy…" Allen sighed. "Are you hungry?"
Maeve looked up, unable to process what was happening. "Huh?"
"Haha..."
...
Ten minutes later, she and Allen were sitting at a table in a Japanese restaurant.
Maeve looked at Allen, confused. She could swear they had been on the verge of fighting just a moment ago.
Allen raised an eyebrow, resting his elbow on the bar, and smiled cheekily at her.
"If you prefer, we can still fight?"
Maeve averted her eyes in embarrassment, remaining silent. 'Not a chance!' she exclaimed in her mind. On one hand, she hated the idea of fighting Allen; on the other, she had no chance of winning.
Gwen – Here we go again.
MJ – Actually, I feel a sense of joy that, even though Allen changes, he remains the same.
Kara – You shouldn't be glad he's a womanizer.
Felicia – It's not a good thing, but it's precisely why our relationship exists.

A/N: It really wasn't going to last that long Peter's part and it got a bit absurd sorry lol
