After another half a day Yin suddenly opened her eyes and the surrounding Qi immediately became agitated.

Now there's one meridian left that only requires time in Qi-rich environment. The remaining time should be barely enough to open the Inner Gates Meridian. It requires careful grinding of the barrier from both 1st and 8th gate.'

The Inner gates meridian was special. It allowed one to cultivate inner gates to either obtain a berserk state if they only cultivated qi or body, or permanently open them for a boost if they cultivated both. As a dragon Yin's gates were even more tyrannical - she had 8 Inner Heavenly Gates. Where normal person could open 3 in mortal transcendence stage she could only open one, but her gates strength was miraculous and would enable her feats like instant limb regeneration in the future.

This made their cultivation base immune to crippling, which was common when capturing enemy.

Yin Long wasn't worried about comprehending the mystery. What worried her more was how to explain the tribulation that would surely follow. She also didn't want to accidentally destroy another building. After pondering a bit she decided to wait for weekend and ask butler Yang to secretly go with her to a secure location. Now she hurried to her first class, that coincidentally was starting in 10 minutes.
