Uxas vs Darkseid

{That's it, I'm coming down} Nathan heard Hal or Flash say through the ship's comms

[Stay where you are, you idiot, he…. will… kill… you] Nathan said

He could feel his remaining bones breaking, the metal that made him which had withstood all till now, cracked under the giant's hold.

However, the World came first... He already started the fight as a hero then he will ensure that the people he was fighting for would be safe.

Nathan immediately activated the Sentries, there were more than a trillion of them still remaining on Earth even after all the Kamikaze attacks he had forced on them.

The Sentries cooperating with the satellites and their own advances life scanners immediately began an evacuation mission.

The many that were free were repurposed into evacuation vehicles... Each for each biome and civilization on Earth.

If The Justice League couldn't save them, then he doubted he, alone could do it.

Nathan endured for a full 20 minutes until he was sure that none remained on Earth.

"As expected of a noble soul but do you truly think that sending them off planet would save them from me?" Darkseid said amused by Nathan's actions

[No but it would save them from me….. Individual 'Uxas' Detected, Duplicating abilities]

With that, Nathan was finally freed as Darkseid was forced to let go of him as his body grew.

Nathan gradually grew bigger until he matched Darkseid but he also felt a whole new level of strength and power within himself.

[Duplication failed….. Unknown entity detected….. systems fail…]

[Or not] Nathan thought to himself as the smile on his face vanished

"I see, you can copy my physiology as a New God but you cannot copy my true power" Darkseid said as he started laughing

Nathan merely smiled in response, he was still screwed but he now stood a better chance.

It seems even his advanced replication systems were no match for Darkseid's Omega Effect.

[We'll see if the extra set of powers is necessary or not]

Nathan couldn't believe that despite all this power, the Darkseid before him was even stronger. If so then just how much more powerful was this guy.

He had used Superman's powers and could tell just how strong he was but the power of Uxas was much stronger

And somehow Darkseid was more powerful than that. If he was this powerful then how the hell have they being beating him in the movies.

Did his presence here free Darkseid from the Narrative?

This new timeline would be hell for him if that was true. A entire universe full of Galaxy destroying beings and they were all free from the narrative.

Freeing himself from such depressing thoughts, he focused back on the fight but Darkseid was nowhere to be seen.

"Never cast your eyes away from your opponent"

Nathan heard a voice before he felt some force ram into his back.

Using the many thrusters and his newly gained form of flight, he managed to stabilize himself before Darkseid's next attack.

Immediately rushing forward as well, Nathan dodged Darkseid's oncoming fist as he threw a punch at the man's lower body.

Boxing, easy to learn and fiercely efficient... His punches got stronger and stronger until Darkseid was lifted off the ground but he wasn't letting go.

"Aargh!!" Darkseid screamed in pain

With a simple jump, he grabbed the man by his feet only to slam him into the ground as the sea parted.

This is where the fanfiction actually begins to deviate... This fight is different from the original and from here, nothing is the same
