The battle continues

Not giving him a chance to recover, Nathan immediately utilizing his nature as a swarm of Nanocytes... Began to wrap around his body.

If he planned on winning this then, he had to somehow kill or leave Darkseid in such a state that he would have to bide his time before returning.

Darkseid struggled as he could but like a python, Nathan tightened his hold with each struggle... The Omega beams burned his sides but he remained steadfast.

Reach out with a newly formed arm, the sword which was still within Wonder woman's arm immediately began flying to him.

He may have not figured out all the abilities that came with this new power up but he sure as hell knew it had telekinesis... Which God didn't.

The Sword came flying at speeds that broke the sound barrier and just as it was about to bypass them, Nathan caught it and sunk the blade directly into Darkseid's eye.

His act was so quick and smooth that Nathan himself didn't believe he could do it.

Darkseid screamed in pain on losing an eye again but Nathan had no plans of stopping.

However, before he could do anything else, Darkseid tore him apart thereby freeing himself.

Nathan despite being in literal pieces didn't worry nor care, rather he simply flew in to continue his attack as his body reconstituted on its own.

It was clear that the injury was limiting Darkseid even if it was only for a short while but that was enough.

Nathan moved like an angel as he swung and slashed out with such grace that one would think him an expert swordsman.

Darkseid may not have normal tendons and muscles but a cut deep enough would still wound him.

Nathan cut deep grooves in Darkseid's knees causing the man to buckle under his own weight and in the sane movement, Nathan managed to cut off an arm entirely.

However, in the next second, Nathan was sent flying and skidding across the surface of the water as a one-eyed omega blast hit him.

[It seems the power difference doesn't matter a lot] Nathan said with a smile since this meant that Darkseid had never actually trained with his abilities ever

"You have had your turn" Darkseid said as he picked up his arm and simply fixed it back in place.

Nathan had a bad feeling about this, he didn't know how but he could sense that Darkseid had gotten stronger again.

Just as expected, Darkseid vanished and this time, it was nearly impossible for him to track the huge being.

Nathan activated all his senses both the satellites and set them for light speed imagery but even then he had problems seeing where Darkseid was. Refusing to giving up simply because of a better display of speed and agility, Nathan immediately prepared his mind for an attack.

"Arrgghh!!" Nathan shouted as he was sent shooting forward across the seas.

Out of nowhere, Darkseid reappeared again but this time, he felt even more powerful that it seemed as though he hadn't being fighting the real Darkseid at all. Nathan couldn't wrap his head around how much the Omega effect boosted Darkseid's power levels. He literally had similar powers to him and some yet this guy was somehow stronger.

Analyzing his current situation, Nathan simply concluded that the best way was to remove Darkseid from the battlefield since this battle was only causing the destruction of multiple cities in the world. Their punches created shock waves that created tidal waves and which in turn, floods several cities.

"You have proven yourself worthy of my power and I shall break you" Darkseid said as he hovered closer

As soon as he stood up, Nathan summoned the sword again but unlike before he simply analysed it before throwing it away.

"It seems I have already done so" Darkseid said

[I ain't the one with a black eye] Nathan pointed out as two small daggers formed in his hands.

They had the same effects as Wonder Woman's sword being made with the same Atomic composition and possibly even sharper than her sword.

They were better for him as he preferred using his hands than the sword.
