Servant of God

From his back, he was then pushed by the guards that led him. He looked at them and only gazed at them, straight in their eyes.

The two guards' felt their backs tingling and their hairs standing as they looked at his fearless eyes.

Enoch stood ever so proudly and walked in the middle of the slaughterhouse.

Without fear, he looked up to the sky and shouted with great power, "I am a servant of God the Almighty! My death shall be of service to him! Soon, Heaven and Earth will sing praises of His name!"

Silence. This time, it truly lasted for a very long time. No one had dared to even whisper while facing the Great Goat General Akhirus before. To the people and the Nephilim, for the sacrificial slave to say nonsensical things and even shout in his presence was something that guarantees a greater punishment than just a death sentence.

That was for them, who knew nothing of the truest past. But for Akihirus, one of the greater demons and also formerly a great divinity within the Holy Temple, it was entirely different.

His body shook with both fear and rage, radiating throughout the lands he governed. The City of Izeinu was Akihirus' dominion over Earth. His rage was felt by everyone within his domain.

"Thou darest to speak so boldly within my domain?!" Akihirus thundered, "Thine God isn't here, this isn't His dominion! It is ours! Ours only!"

Boom! Boom! Countless screams of horror and thrill spread throughout the coliseum as the raging demon struck his claws everywhere. Blood flowed down the stairs like a river.

"Kill me, Akihirus, thou falsely powerful creature of chaos!" Seeing as to how hundreds have already died because of the demon's random attacks, Enoch shouted at him provocatively. "Kill me, and see how powerful my God is!"

"Kraaagh!!" What Enoch did was successful. Akihirus stopped blindingly killing people and immediately sent dozens of attacks at Enoch's way.

Despite his nearing demise, Enoch stood ever so proudly, glaring at Akihirus with confidence.

Splat!

Enoch's body became mush as the claws smashed him. Enoch's family shivered with fear and sorrow and wrath. Still, they covered their mouths, preventing anyone from identifying them as his family in fear of being killed next.

When Akihirus saw how easily he killed the person claiming to be "the Servant of God", he chuckled, then laughed proudly. "Behold how weak and untrue his God is?! I killed him that easily! He hast no power from his God, and therefore He has no power here!!" His laugh reverberated all across his realm.

Still, that laugh did not last long. Akihirus suddenly stopped his laugh and looked at the skies.

Thousands of clouds gathered, swirling above him like a typhoon. A strong and fierce wind assaulted everyone in a span of a thousand miles, even beyond Akihirus' own domain.

Boom!

Lightning and thunder rumbles, snaking their way into the middle of the swirling clouds and gathered into one huge ball of white lightning.

Seeing that, Akihirus was now feeling true fear, for that is not just a simple thunder. He prepared to run, but before even being able to do so, a profound voice sounded beyond the clouds that was heard by every person on Earth.

"Lowly goat. Hath you forgotten me?"

"No! This is not thine domain! Why art thou here?!" Akihirus yelled desperately.

"In the most ancient of times, I hath created the heavens and the earths that thou stepeth thine sullied hooves upon." The profound voice replied condescendingly.

"This world is not just my domain, everything in this universe is."

"Feeleth the wrath of Enoch's God." After that, the lightning descended. The demon tried to run, but the lightning just followed him like a target and, not long after, successfully hit the goat demon on his back.

"Agh!!" Akihirus cried and screeched in pain as the lightning slowly engulfed him and burned him out of existence.

As he disintegrated in both body and soul, everyone below had been watching. Even those that ran turned their backs and watched with their mouths gaped and their eyes widened in shock as Akihirus vanished entirely.

Throughout their lives, they have known that the Great Demons rule over the Earth and that no other beings were stronger than them. To them, the Demons were the gods of this world.

To see one of the most powerful generals of the Great Demon Nibiru just die that easily, the beliefs and knowledge that they have accumulated for generations finally wavered.

Although Enoch died, the people who watched still believed in Him without a slightest doubt in their hearts. The children of the House of Adam— his relatives— cried and felt that their brother's death was avenged, while some of them felt indignant that this God was present yet did not do anything to save Enoch before he was squashed by Akihirus' claw.

The next day, the news of the Almighty pulverizing the Goat General spread throughout the land, sea, and sky. The families that fell when the worshipers of the Almighty were annihilated from ages ago started emerging once again, creating their own cults underground, far from the sights of the Demons, Nephilim, and their loyal servants.

Some of the demon worshipers that witnessed what happened spread the news to their family and friends and told them to switch sides. Of course, a great amount of them were killed on sight either by the servants or by their own family and friends.

Chaos and unrest enveloped the world as the mortals senses and anticipates the coming shift in power.

As for the one that caused it all, He was looking at the world before Him and found out what He missed fixing; Earth was brimming with lost souls of the dead, without anywhere to go.

The Demons exploited that and ate to their fill, becoming one of the reasons why they were so strong.

It was then that He knew what must be done; It is time to visit The Nether Abyss.
