Yao turned to him and smiled "Did you like it?" Viktor said weakly "But there was peace…" Yao shook her head and said "False peace. Although you didn't wipe out half the universe, didn't destroy the multiverse, nor did you destroy everything, it could be argued that you were more villainous than the others."
Yao waved her hand and continued "Between a life of slavery and control or one tragic incident, people normally choose the latter. Perhaps someone would agree with you. I can only say everything that you created during your reign was on top of the corpses of countless innocents. While everything seems normal and perfect, it's truly more grim than anything else."
She smiled and said "Viktor, I'm not here to kill you. Rather, I would like you to realize that your obsession has been growing, distorting into what you've come to do here today. Different realities have different individuals, while she destroyed Mutants in another reality, she won't in this one."
Yao paused for a moment before adding "I hope you can understand that going to the extreme in some paths is actually taking a turn down a new one. You can change and improve, the future you see is one of infinite possibilities. Similarly to Ultron, you can turn around to a brighter path."
She smiled and continued "You are an incredible individual with great power. Your responsibility stems from your loved ones, while it is admirable. You cannot take on responsibilities beyond your control. You must realize that even if you control everything, not everything will work out the way you want it to."
She pursed her lips and added "If I have to shine a light for you, I will." Viktor was silent and Yao smiled "You can find me at Kamar-Taj." Viktor replied "I'm not interested in magic."
Yao curled her lips and replied "It's not too much to come say hello." before Viktor's soul returned to his body and Yao disappeared along with the fractured glass.
Viktor looked at Wanda for a few minutes as he lifted his hand. He paused and finally sighed with confused eyes as he disappeared, leaving.
Yao stepped out of space and smiled happily before waving her hand.
The 'town' turned into the Grand Canyon before she disappeared for real.
Viktor returned home and Emma smiled slightly at him. Viktor trembled and walked towards her, hugging her tight.
Emma was startled and felt her shoulder getting wet. She rubbed his back and said "What's wrong, big bear…" Viktor tightened his arms and whispered "I'm sorry…" Emma's face changed slightly and she asked "For what?"
Viktor cried and replied softly "I'm sorry for changing… I just wanted to protect us… I didn't know how much I was hurting you. I love you, little bear… I'm sorry for not being with you and Lilith more, I'm sorry for asking you to do all those horrible things, I'm sorry…"
Viktor broke down and Emma cried, hugging him tightly and saying softly "I love you, Big bear… No matter what you become I will still love you… I just don't want to see you like this, it makes me sad. I know that you're doing what you think is right, but we don't need this… Even if people come for us, we can handle them as they come…"
She sniffed and added with a sobbing tone "I just want to be with you! I don't care if everyone knows. I don't care about anything anymore, I just want to be with you and Lilith everyday… I love you so much…"
Viktor kissed her and whispered "I love you more than you could understand, Emma." Emma pulled him in and kissed his lips, dragging him down as she teleported to their bed.
She kissed him and took off his shirt, saying "I missed you." Viktor caressed her cheek and smiled slightly with tender eyes, "I'm back, my love… I was lost for a while. I'm sorry…" she cried and smiled brightly "I'm… so glad…" before laughing and crying as she kissed him again.
The duo lost themselves to passion in an emotional time…
Far away, in Kamar-Taj.
Yao was sipping tea as a black man asked "How was your trip, Master?" Yao smiled slightly, replying "Fruitful. And Strange, Mordo?" Mordo reported honestly "He's just had an accident, Master."
Yao nodded and kept her smile, "I see. It should be soon. Prepare to receive him." Mordo looked hesitant and Yao said "Please." Mordo said in confusion "Master, why Strange? From what I've seen, he is impossibly arrogant and conceited. He is not suitable to be a mage."
Yao turned to him and asked "You think so? There are quite a few talents otherwise." Mordo asked curiously "Who?" Yao curled her lips and said "Tony Stark, Victor Von Doom, and Viktor Gardens." as she sipped the tea casually.
Mordo was stunned and said "All 3 Scientists and Doctors? However the only acceptable candidate is Viktor Gardens… he's kind and brave. Why not him, Master?" Yao pursed her lips and advised "Mordo, in this world, not everything is as it seems. The most suitable candidate in your eyes is only in the middle of mine."
She paused and shook her head, "Strange is the best of us, Stark is equally talented, Gardens lacks interest, and Doom is erratic. All of these people have the ability of becoming Sorcerer Supreme."
Mordo was shocked and said "Master! Is that true!" Yao curled her lips and sipped her tea, adding "Loki also has these qualifications." Mordo was dumbfounded "Loki?! Impossible." Yao smiled, "What did I tell you when you walked in here for the first time, Mordo?"
Mordo replied seriously, "Forget what you think you know." Yao nodded and stopped speaking.
Mordo changed the topic, asking "Master, if Strange goes to Gardens for treatment I'm afraid…" Yao suddenly had an interesting smile sprawl across her lips as she said "Your worries aren't necessary, Mordo. Strange's injury is inevitable."
The next day.
