Chapter 11: Breaking the barriers

After a couple of minutes Lee came to his senses and began to observe the screen, It showed his portrait and there was a section which showed his basic attributes.

"Luck...As I thought it's the same"

"No, wait something is not right here, What is this all about?!"

The mechanical voice which sounded in his head previously sounded again.

"Congratulation to the host for merging with the system"

"Who are you?"

"…."

Lee waited for couple of seconds and did not receive any reply, so he decided to ask again.

When he was about to ask again the voice finally responded.

A mechanical female voice sounded in his head[Welcome host, I am your personal assistant and I will assist you in your future growth, you can call me system]

Hearing this Lee mumbled "Huh? What future growth I don't even know what will happen to me when I go out"

The voice went silent for a couple of seconds , which increased Lee's anxiety.

[Host, Your aptitude can't be measured by regular standards that's why it can't be displayed]

Lee was in a daze again and was repeating the words the system said to him in his mind.

Finally a smile slowly crept upon his face "So that's how it is"

Is this the same for my luck then?

Lee began to think as he did not get any reply from the so-called 'system'.

Finally a thought crossed his mind , he asked the system

"Did I faint because you merged with me back then?"

...

There was no reply again.

Lee thought in his mind"So , I am an unparalled genius that can't even be measured, makes sense, that's why the system have chosen me to be its host"

"hey , Why do you want to help me grow? What do I need to provide you? how will you help me grow?"

Lee barraged the system with questions.

[That's my mission

No the host does not need to provide anything to the system

As for how the system will help the host to grow, the system will explain when the Host is out of the mystic realm]

Lee nodded his head and looked at the crystal sphere that was floating on the altar.With expectation he began to slowly move towards the sphere.

The important reason why one needs to enter into mystic realm to awaken his talent is because. only the sphere in the mystic realm can reverse nurture one's body and will open his sea of consciousness and then only his/her beast taming talent will awaken and sea of consciousness or soul sea is the place where one can store his tamed beasts.

And only after one opened his sea of consciousness he can be considered as a beast tamer. One needs to hold the sphere for couple of minutes to awaken one's sea of consciousness, after he awakened his sea of consciousness he will be transported to a special place filled with beast's where one needs to fight out through them or need to survive for the longest, if one can reach the end or survived in the mystic realm for long enough one can receive a beast with the strongest bloodline based on his aptitude.

As soon as he touched the sphere the letters appeared again

This time lee did not panic,

he continued to hold the sphere, after couple of seconds a strange energy began to flow through his veins. After flowing through his body all the energy began to slowly gather in his head and after a couple of minutes the energy gathered to its limit and he felt that an imaginary barrier that was present in his soul sea began to crack.

Like a broken glass the barrier fell down and disappeared and all the energy that gathered rushed into his soul sea, his soul sea began to absorb all the energy like a vortex and soon all the energy condensed into a liquid state and filled up his soul sea .

His soul sea was extremely large, Lee felt that it was even vast than the biggest ocean present in his world, he felt that it was so huge that he can't even comprehend its size.

After analyzing his soul sea for some time Lee was shocked because, normally when one condensed his soul sea it would be only at the size of a small lake. The purpose of the soul sea is to nurture the beasts and help them heal there injuries, as the beast tamer grow his soul sea will grow along with him and based on the beasts that the host have tamed the soul sea will develop suitable cultivating place for the beasts.

Seeing this Lee was overjoyed. As soon as his joy subsided a little bit he had a strange thought in his mind?

If I am transported to the secret realm based on the aptitude, where the heck will I end up? Will I die immediately after I enter? It's ok even if I die immediately.

A beast that's star level can't be decided will definitely be a lot stronger even if it has the lowest aptitude in that tier. Lee clenched his hand in determination. Before he could improve his motivation that was rising and falling since he entered the mystic realm a portal appeared above his head and sucked him in!!!
